I stayed here to attend a live concert. The Accommodation was very clean overall and had a bright, pleasant atmosphere. Both the Room and the bathroom were comfortable, and I was able to relax and rest well. The only disappointment was that the breakfast selection and portions felt a little limited. It might have been because I went for breakfast a bit late, though... The staff also explained everything politely, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

I chose Seiunso for my stay in Unzen Onsen and had an extraordinary experience that exceeded my expectations. After visiting Nagasaki's Mount Inasa and Glover Garden, arriving at Unzen with its serene onsen town atmosphere and steamy landscapes was truly memorable. At the heart o

I also had breakfast at the restaurant in the Hotel; the taste was top-notch, and the two types of smoothies were incredibly delicious. Despite being just a few minutes from the station with excellent accessibility, its location on higher floors ensures quietness. I would love to

The Room is compact and cozy, calming and well-equipped with everything we need. The bathroom has no step, and the bathtub is deep enough to soak up to your shoulders. The Hotel is clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious—we were very satisfied. Since we only co

First of all, the location at Tanukikoji is excellent—perfect for fully enjoying Sapporo's bustling downtown area. Most notably, the breakfast here is outstanding. Both Japanese and Western dishes are offered with a decent variety, but more importantly, the quality is exceptional

This Accommodation is a day-use Onsen Facility with lodging, overlooking the satoyama landscape of Okuizumo. Thank you for letting us stay at a very reasonable rate as part of the “Special Room Grand Reopening Commemorative” offer. The Room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was well stocked with complimentary drinks such as beer, chu-hi, sake, and tea. There was also a coffee machine with plenty of coffee beans provided—perfect for coffee lovers. The open-air bath is not very open, but it is free-flowing from the source. However, since the source temperature is low at 29°C, it was disappointing that hot water needs to be added. Because it was hot in July, we mostly bathed using the source water as-is. When I returned to the air-conditioned Room I felt chilly at first, but afterward my body warmed up from the core. The large public bath was far from the Special Room, but I still went three times. I noticed a slight chlorine smell, but it was nicely warm. It would be ideal if the in-room bath’s spring water could be heated. For dinner we had the top-tier “Matsu Kaiseki” at a table in the restaurant. At this great price (50,000 yen), we were fully satisfied; however, if it were priced at 70,000–80,000 yen or more for two people, I think more creativity would be needed both in the dining setting and in the meal content. As of writing this Review on IKYU.com , it seems that Special Rooms are not currently being sold there. We were glad to enjoy beautiful satoyama views with no solar panels or anything else in sight from this Accommodation. All staff served us with warm smiles and pleasant hospitality. I also appreciated that most staff were local Japanese rather than foreign workers. We support hardworking Japanese Ryokan like yours. If charging regular rates, we hope you will consider adding one more step of “specialness” worthy of a Special Room. We would love to stay again.

I stayed as a single guest, but I was able to spend my time comfortably. I forgot to bring makeup remover and there wasn't any provided in the amenities, but there were convenience stores and drugstores nearby where I could easily get some. The breakfast buffet was also very deli

This is a dog-friendly inn with several photo spots, and we took many pictures. Thank you for your thoughtful gesture after the meal when we informed you in advance about the celebration. My parents were very pleased. It was the perfect inn where we would love to stay again with

At the time of reservation, I had a request for a high floor with a good view within the plan, and the room was on such a high floor with a great view that my companion was very pleased. It might have been a coincidence, but I was impressed by the kind consideration to meet my

We chose the fugu course this time, and would love to try the kaiseki meal next time as well. All of the staff were consistently polite and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. This is a wonderful Accommodation that makes us want to return again and again. Thank you

The breakfast was delicious, and I was impressed by the free welcome drink (including beer) and complimentary rental bicycles. Matsue mostly has flat roads, so I explored for about three hours by bike. The staff provided attentive service, and I've added this Hotel to my list of

Located right inside the Ichibangai Arcade near Kagoshima-Chuo Station, you can avoid getting wet on rainy days. Check-in and check-out were smooth using the QR code sent via email. There’s a cozy space on the arcade side where you can enjoy coffee at your leisure! The unique Kag

It was a wonderful Accommodation that made my first trip to Niigata truly special. The building and furnishings felt a bit aged, but there were programs where we could enjoy the local culture, such as shamisen performances and Snow Country readings. They also had thoughtful a

I gave this as a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gift for my parents. They were very pleased and said it was a wonderful Accommodation, fully satisfied with the meals, service, Onsen, and Room. The bus stop to the ropeway for Senjojiki Cirque is right in front, and on our way home

We were very satisfied with both the hot spring water and the meals, and we were especially comforted by the staff’s kindness and warm smiles. This time, we stayed with my daughter’s family as a large group, and you even celebrated my birthday, making it a truly memorable trip.

There is a variety of food available, all of which is delicious, with both Japanese and Western options, making it very satisfying. Additionally, there is a drink bar, providing a very fulfilling experience. The staff were kind and courteous, making for a pleasant stay.

Although it was a Room with just a shower booth, I had no issues as the public bath was almost like having it all to myself. I used it both at night and in the morning. The public bath also provided Snow Skin Essence amenities, allowing me to relax fully. Access to the stati
