The garden view allowed me to enjoy the sight of the garden at Ukigetsuro, built on the site of Tokugawa Yoshinobu's residence, making my stay relaxing. The facility was clean, and the unit bath was spacious and well-maintained—perfect for business use with no complaints at all

I was satisfied during my first stay, and once again, I was very pleased with the breakfast this time. The bath is not natural hot spring water, but the spacious tub and secure women's bath made it comfortable and safe to use. We stayed in a semi-double room for two people, a

The building itself is old, but the Room has been renovated and is very clean. The cleaning was thorough, and the bathroom and toilet are separate, making it a good choice for those who dislike unit baths. Although it was a smoking Room with no non-smoking option, the guest Room did not smell of smoke as much as expected. However, the hallway had a strong smell of tobacco, which might be difficult for those sensitive to it. There is a large public bath, sauna, and stone sauna available, which would be especially appreciated during colder seasons. The parking lot is spacious enough, and there’s a convenience store and gas station nearby for added convenience. If I visit Niigata again, I would love to stay here. Thank you!

I was attracted to the Hotel with a natural Onsen and made a reservation, and it turned out to be a better Hotel than I expected. The open-air bath was, of course, pleasant, but the women's "nano steam sauna" was very clean and nice. In a regular sauna, hygiene can be a concern d

We had coupons for visiting public baths, and we enjoyed visiting about four places, but the public bath and sauna at our facility were the best. We were lucky to have the sauna privately, and it was very clean. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious and very sati

For breakfast, we went to the 10th floor of View Hotel's main building and enjoyed delicious food while gazing at Tokyo Skytree. Since there were four of us, we stayed in connecting rooms but also spent time chatting comfortably in the lounge with some snacks. It was a very enj

The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, and I was very grateful to be assigned a room that met my requests. As soon as I moved to the room, I took a shower, and the bathtub where I could stretch my legs (with a separate toilet) was the perfect reward for my tired body.
