This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. The Room felt smaller compared to other Route Inn twin rooms. With two adults and suitcases, there was no space to open them comfortably. Other Facilities and services were as usual, comfortable and satisfactory. I would like to stay again.

I visited Shibu Onsen during the quieter period just after the Obon holidays. It was a very clean Onsen Ryokan, with the Room, amenities, and baths all well maintained. The level of service was just right, and I had a comfortable stay. As for the meals, I thought the adult dishes were good, but I wish there had been more creativity in the children’s meals. They consisted of fried foods such as sausages, frozen chicken, and French fries, and my child hardly ate any of it.

I stayed alone on a weekday. The hotel has a modern and stylish design. The front desk is simplified in a good way, making check-in smooth. I chose the Executive Bunk Room. It features two large bunk beds: the lower bed is queen-sized, and the upper bed is single-sized. This setup allows up to six people to stay (two on each lower bed and one on each upper bed). The room also includes a small kitchen, a drum-style washing machine, and a spacious bathtub. It’s an excellent environment for multiple night stays with larger groups. The location is along Peace Boulevard. While it’s not particularly close to the station, I enjoyed walking along Peace Boulevard during the seasonal Dreamination (Christmas light-up event). For breakfast, you can choose between sandwiches or granola with drinks included. There’s also a lounge available, but I opted to take my meal back to my room. Since it was a weekday, the price was very reasonable—great value for money! I would love to visit again!

We stayed here as a family. It was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access Enoshima and Kamakura. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to relax in the Onsen, and the breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay here again.

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.
