There was a welcome drink, and there were many amenity options to choose from, which made me happy. The staff were all calm and kind, creating a soothing atmosphere. The cleaning was done very thoroughly, so I could use everything with peace of mind. The breakfast buffet wa

The atmosphere of the main building was wonderful. Maintaining such a historic building must take a lot of effort, so I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept it was. This time we chose the newer wing where we could enjoy the Onsen in our Room, but next time I would love to stay in one of the lovely Rooms in the main building, such as Sanraku or Kumoi. Dinner and drinks were delicious, and being able to enjoy them in our Room made it feel truly luxurious. All of the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and we made great summer memories. We will definitely come again.

This was my first stay at this accommodation, and it was truly wonderful. From the entrance approach, lighting, room design, cuisine, to the selection of drinks—everything exceeded expectations. The private room bath had a calming atmosphere with smooth and pleasant spring water.

You can charge both your smartphone and charger simultaneously with ample outlets provided. Triple rooms feature separate bathrooms and toilets, which is another plus. The large public bath includes ReFa showerheads and hairdryers, along with high-quality shampoo and conditio

The lounge on the same floor had a nostalgic feel with a collection of manga, and I could relax with herbal tea and coffee. The Room was clean, and I brought a humidifier and lounge pants from the wall-to-wall shelves near the elevator, which made my stay very comfortable. I appr

Choosing the Plan with breakfast and dinner was absolutely the right decision. Using the ingredients as they are, with a clever twist here and there, we found ourselves saying “oh!” again and again—it was a real delight. We highly recommend the meal Plan. The Room was clean, and the Onsen was very relaxing. It exceeded our expectations for the price. We’re already looking forward to the meals on our next stay. Our sincere thanks to all of your staff. Thank you, and until we meet again.

I was very satisfied with this excellent Hotel. The morning curry and risotto, as well as the late-night noodles, were outstanding. I also enjoyed free soft drinks and alcohol. The amenities were well stocked, and they stored my luggage free of charge until the end of the day on

The cleaning was thorough, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I was impressed that the pajamas had buttons to prevent them from coming undone. It wasn't luxurious, but there was attention to detail, and as the name suggests, it was a cost-effective and satisfying stay. Tha

I stayed for one night but wished I could have stayed longer. Everything from the newness, fragrance, interior, room setup, and amenities was extremely satisfying. I recommend the harbor view. The breakfast, variety, and staff service were all very satisfying. The only downside i

Both the guest room and the large public bath were new and clean, and we were very satisfied. The large public bath is small, so during busy times, the lockers and washing area might fill up quickly, but during our stay, there were only about 1-2 groups, so it was very comforta

I chose the Japanese-style room because it was the most attractive option in terms of price compared with the other rooms at the time of booking. It was a spacious 10-tatami room on the top floor with a view down over the Shirakawa River, and it felt just like staying at a traditional hot spring inn. It would be perfect if there were a large public bath (there isn’t), but the in-room bathroom was very large and comfortable. I stayed multiple nights for work, and having only one futon set in such a large tatami room felt almost a bit lonely. One request: since there are no power outlets near where you lay out the futon, an extension cord would make this even better. Breakfast offers more than enough variety and is very high quality—and they also cook omelets to order. I liked it so much that I’ve already booked again for business trips in December and January. Next time I’ll try a Western-style room for comparison (laughs). If this Japanese-style room is offered at a reasonable price, I highly recommend it.

It was incredibly relaxing. The Room was spacious, clean, and the large bed ensured a great night's sleep. I enjoyed a luxurious time in the bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi and TV. The lounge was free to use and offered light snacks, so we enjoyed beer and wine. For friends w

I’ve stayed here several times when racing at Fuji Speedway and the adjacent kart circuit. There are many chain restaurants nearby, which is very convenient in the evening. If you don’t mind a walk, you can reach Gotemba Station on foot (about 20 minutes). The staff are ver

We also had a BBQ on the terrace, and since everything was prepared, we just had to grill, making it a delicious and enjoyable BBQ. It was a pity we couldn't see the starry sky, but unanimously, it became a property we want to stay at again. Check-in can be done in the room, whic

I was happy to have soft drinks and coffee available, and I also enjoyed the welcome bar (until 8:00 PM). I had a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed little by little each day. While it didn’t use luxury ingredients, it was very well thought out, an
