We were very satisfied with the in-room dining as well. Drinks were always available in the lobby, making it a flawless accommodation. My husband and I were extremely pleased. The staff members were friendly, including the foreign staff who left a great impression. It’s truly a p

The entire property is spotless and feels very clean. The Room was also clean, and the toilet in particular looked brand new. Of course, the baths are spacious, with various types of baths and a sauna. Bath hours are until 11:00 PM, so I ended up going right before closing each time, but I was satisfied. Checkout was smooth since all I had to do was put the key in the box. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ishikawa Prefecture.

The additional dishes we ordered—grilled spiny lobster, steamed abalone in sake, and Wagyu steak—were all exceptionally delicious. The sparkling wine from the anniversary option perfectly complemented the meal and added to our satisfaction. Even when full, I highly recommend tryi

This was my second stay, after about a year, and it’s truly a relaxing Hotel. The interior is simple and clean. The location is quiet, yet there’s a convenience store nearby, which is very handy. The elevator requires a room key to access the upper floors, so the security feels r

For a one-night stay with little luggage, it provided ample space and was well-equipped with amenities, leaving me with no sense of lacking. The large public bath was excellent for relieving fatigue! Breakfast starts early at 6:30 and offers a wide variety, allowing me to hav

The water in the room is natural spring water, so there's no need to buy bottled water from vending machines. The meals, including a cold potato soup served in half a melon, are very delicious. The hot spring has a high ceiling and is a spacious, pleasant area. The separate bui

This was our first time staying here, and we were very well taken care of. From the warm welcome upon arrival, we were served tea and delicious sweets before being shown to our Room. The guest Room had a clean, modern Japanese style, and we were truly impressed by the wonderful view of the sea from anywhere in the Room—even from the bath. In addition, the Onsen bath had silky, slightly thick water that felt great and left our skin smooth; we enjoyed it many times and were completely satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were more than enough in quantity, and every dish was delicious. We initially thought the dining area seating might be close together, but it wasn’t at all; we enjoyed chatting while listening to explanations about the dishes from the proprietress and staff. We had been looking for an Accommodation where we could simply relax, enjoy great food, and soak in good hot water—and this was a wonderful Accommodation where we could truly take our time. We’re happy to have found an Accommodation that makes us think, “We definitely want to come again in a different season.”

It was truly the best two days in between the rainy season. I was able to let go of my everyday fatigue and stress. The view from the bath over the Kikuchi River was so breathtaking it felt like I could be drawn right in—I could have looked at it forever. The meals were refined and delicious, perfect for me. In particular, the Shichijo rice was outstanding—shiny and absolutely delicious. The front desk service was excellent as well. I would definitely love to visit again.

In the Furano area, where prices are often set for international visitors, this Hotel offered good value for the price and quality. I chose a Room that might not be a unit bath type, but unfortunately it ended up being one (understandable, though). Overall, there were many stains, which bothered me—on the floor and on the Room walls as well. Breakfast was properly prepared and I enjoyed it.

They were kind and attentive throughout. When I called before my stay with a question, they responded very politely. The Room with a well-cleaned kitchen was very comfortable. I would like to stay again.

Due to work, I needed to park a truck about the length of a microbus. They allowed me to park in the space behind the Hotel. Before arriving, I called near the Hotel and they kindly gave me directions and waited for me at the entrance. Since it was a completely unfamiliar town, their attentive support made me feel at ease. It was a long trip from Niigata Prefecture, so I was relieved. When I asked because I couldn’t figure out how to operate the Room air conditioner, they explained it carefully. The Room is clean. Breakfast was delicious. At an affordable price, it’s a good Hotel where you can feel safe and rest comfortably.

On the day of my stay, I decided on a whim, got the Accommodation’s approval, and arrived after 8:00 p.m. When I told a man at the front desk that I was heading to a nearby izakaya for dinner, he cheerfully said, “Then please take this,” and gave me drink coupons for the place, lent me an umbrella, and even showed me a shortcut—always with a smile. It really put me at ease. The private bath was available until 11:00 p.m., so even though I arrived late I could relax and enjoy it. I also appreciated having a beer vending machine in the building. The property is old, but clean in an unpretentious way. The Room, futon bedding, and amenities all felt safe and comfortable to use. The other guests also seemed very considerate. Breakfast was great too—the main dish (grilled pork? hot pot?) went perfectly with rice and egg over rice. These days it’s rare, but everyone on staff I met appeared to be Japanese—maybe just by chance? Everyone provided such wonderful service that more than made up for the age of the building, and it was very comfortable throughout my stay. To be honest (and no offense meant), I only made a Reservation because there happened to be availability and didn’t expect much—maybe that’s why it felt even better. Next time I’d like to visit with dinner included. Thank you very much.

There was an amazing variety of Kyushu specialties: tonkotsu ramen, udon, and even baked curry. Excellent—more satisfying than eating out in town. That said, the layout/flow isn’t great. To make baked curry you have to get rice from another area first, then come back for curry a

As always, the room was clean, and it was convenient to be able to adjust the lighting brightness with a remote control. It also helped that the TV angle can be changed electrically. The bathroom was clean as well, and the amenities were well stocked. It was very convenient to be able to view a camera feed from the room showing how crowded the breakfast venue was. The parking lot is spacious, and there are also places nearby where you can have dinner, making for a calm and comfortable stay. This was my third stay, and it has become my regular Accommodation.

From check-in to being shown to our Room, and even during meal service, everything was courteous and pleasant. The meals were even more filling and delicious than in the photos, and we felt truly satisfied. The large public bath was also very clean, and the open-air bath was in

I stayed here for the first time, inviting two friends from out of town. I had heard great reviews from people who had used Yuya Suizen and was told it was worth visiting at least once. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and the Room was clean and extremely comfortable. The hydrangeas in the lounge and throughout the property, along with the furnishings, were tasteful and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, and we had a truly happy time! I’d love to come again with my family.

We stayed one night at the newly opened Kakoi to celebrate our dog’s birthday. The hospitality of all the staff was excellent, and the young female staff member in charge of our room was very attentive. From check-in to check-out, we had a truly comfortable stay. We were satisfied with everything—the room, the bath, the meals, and the service. Our dog enjoyed it too. We would love to visit again.

The toilet and bath were separate, which was really nice. The Hotel was clean overall. Breakfast was also delicious.

The room was spacious and clean, and the large public bath had ReFa showers and hair dryers, which I was happy to use. They also provided cleansing oil and face wash, so I was very satisfied with the Facility and amenities. The meals were delicious and very filling—I left compl

The staff at the Accommodation were excellent, and the other guests were also very considerate, which made the stay even better. The ocean is right in front of you, and both the views and the meals were flawless. The breakfast bento was a health-conscious menu, and the multigrain rice onigiri was especially great. I stayed while feeling unwell the day before, but I felt better by the time I left. It was truly relaxing and wonderful.
