The room was bright with natural light, very clean including the bathroom area, and had a great sense of cleanliness. Amenities were well-stocked. There are lounges scattered throughout the accommodation. The service was excellent! Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, snacks, s

The "Villa Komorebi Garden Suite" was an incredibly spacious special room where we enjoyed a luxurious time with a sauna and an open-air bath overlooking the garden. The autumn leaves visible from the large public bath were stunning, providing relaxation for both body and mind, m

Feels like an upgraded version of Route Inn, known for its great cost performance. Spacious natural Onsen bathhouse (even with an open-air bath), free drinks, and complimentary beer and ice cream after bathing (though not every day). The excellent cost performance is remarkable

The separate top and bottom pajamas were also a nice touch. The vending machines in the facility were reasonably priced and easy to use, and with many restaurants and a certain discount store nearby, we had a very comfortable stay. This time, we had a busy morning schedule,

The room, meals, and service were very satisfying at the hotel. We stayed at a hotel with an open-air bath in a separate building, and the staff was courteous, with plenty of towels prepared for us. The Italian course was also wonderful, with excellent hospitality, and all th

As mentioned in the reviews, the room was very clean, the large public bath was pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. This was my first stay at Hotel Route-Inn, but as cleanliness is very important to me, I really liked this hotel. For future trips, I will

The Japanese breakfast, starting with a freshly made morning drink, fresh salad, and rich-flavored potato soup, was a carefully prepared dish, and with the synergistic effect of the delicious air of the natural forest, it became the best breakfast. It's such a truly delicious sp

As a member of Via Inn, I frequently use this hotel. The addition of skincare products at the amenity corner next to the front desk has been very helpful. The Room is clean, and staying in a Deluxe Twin with a separate bathroom allowed for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

The guest room was impeccably clean. The highlight was the free "Yonaki Udon" (night udon), which had a rich broth with a hint of tanginess—perfect for nighttime. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, and above all, every staff member engaged with us from the guest's p

As expected of Dormy Inn, the services are excellent for the price. However, if you plan to have dinner out, we recommend making a Reservation at nearby restaurants. There are only a few options, and the good ones fill up quickly—though they can be a bit pricey.

I liked how clean and simple everything was—it was easy to understand and comfortable. The Room bathroom was clean and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, and the air conditioner worked effectively. I enjoyed the bath salts, with a good variety available, which

The Room was spacious with a pleasant view overlooking Takayama City. The bath facilities were large with plenty of options, and the relaxation areas after bathing were comfortable and spacious, providing a sense of ease and generosity throughout. However, one disappointment was

There were four private Onsen baths, and each one was very clean and a pleasure to use—it really helped me unwind. I usually manage about three visits, but I wanted to try all four, so I pushed myself. The meals were truly delicious. They were mainly Japanese-style, with some Western-style dishes in between, so I enjoyed a great variety. The fish had absolutely no odor and was so fresh that I felt I had never tasted anything like it before—what a surprise. Dinner and breakfast rice and miso soup were also excellent, which I really appreciated. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

I was soothed by the many flowers and trees and the lively songs of birds. There is also a park nearby, making an early-morning walk very pleasant. The Hotel’s complimentary drinks were great, and the meals—along with the beautiful tableware—were thoughtfully prepared and delicio

I ended up checking in later than planned after seeing a play starring Rie Miyazawa, but they kindly called to confirm and welcomed me warmly despite my late arrival. Their advice on where to go for drinks in Akabane was spot-on, and with the Akabane festival the next day, it mad

Japanese-style double Room with breakfast and dinner included. I also requested a pick-up from Yamagata Station. On the way back, I took the bus to Yamagata Station from the Zao Onsen Bus Terminal, just a few minutes’ walk away. I arrived early, but was able to leave my luggage and explore freely. The staff member who assisted me felt unexpectedly curt, which seemed different from the Reviews. The person who showed me to my Room also didn’t seem to notice a fairly large dead insect right by the door when it was opened. That was disappointing. I was very satisfied with the Room, meals, and baths. The entire building is covered with tatami mats and you take off your shoes, which feels great, and everything was well maintained. All staff were pleasant in both their service and greetings. Since the baths switch between men and women, you can use both areas; I enjoyed the warm feel of wood and traditional atmosphere. Some Reviews said it was small, but as a woman I didn’t find it cramped since there weren’t too many people using it at once. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious—I finished everything. The Yamagata beef shabu-shabu was truly excellent. There is a portable air conditioner in the Room (I think), but because its duct runs out through the window, the top of the window doesn’t close completely tight; I couldn’t help noticing that gap. I saw a similar setup in the lounge as well, so I assumed it’s installed as a measure against summer heat. There is no elevator—only stairs—which I actually liked very much. Around this time of year we could hear spring cicadas (maybe), which was soothing. From the entrance you can see a gentle slope leading down to the main road, along with steam rising from the Onsen—an impressive location. It’s a small but comfortable Accommodation with a warm atmosphere—thank you very much.

I was initially worried due to my lack of familiarity with the area, but the hotel was conveniently located near the station, easy to find, and exceptionally clean. The Facility and amenities were excellent, leaving me very satisfied. Above all, the staff were polite and left

The lobby and lounge also had lovely interior design. Both the lounge coffee and the breakfast coffee were delicious, and I was very satisfied. I chose the American breakfast, but the Japanese set also looked delicious. There were many guests from Europe and North America, and I

The late-night soba noodles, ice cream service, and lactic acid drinks—signature offerings of Dormy Inn—were greatly appreciated! Every time I think, "What a great deal!" and feel happy about it. The manga corner is also well-stocked. And the bath facilities are excellent!

After finally arriving through heavy rain on this trip, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The meals were served in a calm lounge, and we could really feel the care put into each dish. The Onsen was wonderful, but unfortunately, due to torrential rain severe enough to trigger warnings, the water temperature dropped on the morning of the second day. We were especially disappointed that we couldn’t use the bath in our Room. With expressways closed, sightseeing wasn’t possible at all, so we’d like to come back next time for a retry. The Accommodation is a pleasant, clean Hotel, and all of the staff were very kind.
