This has become my favorite Hotel. It had everything I wished for. - The pajamas are a separate two-piece set, which is great. - The Plan with ReFa amenities is stylish and well curated. - Late check-out at 12:00 made it easy to relax. - You can watch YouTube on the TV. - AEON a

As always, the beautifully presented and delicious meals made with seasonal and local ingredients, the perfectly tempered onsen with natural flowing hot spring water, the staff's attentive hospitality, and the consistently high-quality service befitting a luxury ryokan allowed us

The Hotel is conveniently located near the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it easy to enjoy the night views and a morning stroll—an excellent base for sightseeing. The Room was spacious, and the bath area was separate from the shower booth, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s not a modern, highly functional Hotel, but it has a luxurious feel and offers great value for money. I think it’s an excellent Hotel for visiting the Bikan Historical Quarter. We used the luggage delivery service from Okayama Station. Since this Hotel was eligible, we could sightsee easily and comfortably.

Blessed with good weather, even in December, I enjoyed an exceptional view including Mount Fuji while sipping morning coffee at the outdoor lounge—so breathtaking that I forgot about the cold. The air was crisp and refreshing; taking deep breaths made me truly appreciate coming h

The lounge and Room were clean and tidy, and there are plenty of diverse and well-equipped shops around Fuchu Station, making it very convenient. The Hotel staff were polite, kind, and left a pleasant impression with their smiles. I was able to relax and stayed for 5 nights, and

The Room was spacious even with an extra bed, featuring large windows with great views. The staff provided polite and attentive service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The French toast was freshly made by the chef on-site, and it was nice to

The location near Nara Station was very convenient. The Room was spacious and clean. The late-night soba was delicious. As for the Onsen, it would have been perfect if the changing area were a bit larger. I really liked being able to take off my shoes at the entrance, step onto the tatami, and go straight to my Room. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nara.

Their natural and thoughtful service was truly wonderful. They even upgraded our room, and its excellence brought so much joy to our child. The bath was amazing as well; enjoying an open-air bath while admiring the snowy scenery was incredibly relaxing. The meals were also very

I stayed for one night and two days, and it was a very satisfying experience. There was Shuttle Service to the Onsen town and luggage transportation service, and at check-in, I was offered a welcome drink and light snacks. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the Ons

We stayed here for our last trip as a couple before the baby arrives. We asked that no raw foods be served, and they kindly changed not only the dishes but also the drinks to caffeine-free rooibos tea, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that they adjusted the menu so it felt no different from meals made with raw ingredients, and it became a wonderful memory for our last trip as a couple. Both the Room and the bath were lovely, and we would like to stay again as a couple when things have settled down. Thank you very much.

Very favorable impression. The hotel is new, clean, and pleasant. The night soba and the staff's excellent service during breakfast were wonderful and impressive. The breakfast was also very delicious. Choosing this Dormy Inn was the right decision. The reason it's not all 5 star

I also liked the separate loungewear set. Even though it’s an affordable Business Hotel, the breakfast buffet had more variety than I expected—especially the curry, yakisoba noodles, and okra with sesame dressing, which were delicious. Thanks to all these thoughtful services,

Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality meals, reasonable rates—and top-l

The large public bath was spacious, clean, and excellent. Having laundry facilities, vending machines, and a microwave on the same floor was also very convenient (hotels with these on separate floors can raise concerns about convenience and security). The hotel is close to the

The cleanliness of the Room, the bath, and the quality of breakfast were excellent, leading to high satisfaction. Especially noteworthy was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The foreign staff at check-in worked diligently, and the female staff during breakfast were very k

The lobby, Room, and bath were all luxurious with a modern Japanese style and had a great atmosphere. The Room I chose had amenities from Ella. I was also pleased to receive a welcome drink. For dinner, I chose kaiseki, and both the ingredients and presentation were excellent,

The Facility amenities were excellent as well: a drum-type washer/dryer and a kitchen, plus a clean, spacious bathroom with a separate washing area, which made our stay very comfortable. We could wash our swimsuits and clothes right away that day. Because the Room was so cozy,

As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it made for a truly wonderful Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much

I used the suites in both the annex and the main building, and both rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The Hotel staff were all kind and provided exceptional hospitality, for which I am deeply grateful. My parents were very happy as well, so I’m truly glad I chose this Hotel

A friend told me last year that the Suzuka Circuit pool was great, so we stayed thinking we’d be tired after spending the day at the pool. The Hotel is conveniently located—it's close from the parking lot to the entrance, and there are shuttle buses inside, so it’s easy to get to the baths, restaurants, and front desk. The pool itself was excellent, with a variety of areas for everyone from small children to adults, and there are plenty of shops as well. The staff were also very helpful. We even bought tickets again the next day and went around the attractions. Our child will be three next year, so we’d like to come back again.
