I love traveling and often stay at Super Hotel properties around Japan. This time, my stay at Super Hotel Shikokuchuo was excellent in every way: the staff’s hospitality, the comfortable Room, the relaxing large public bath (I personally love alkaline Onsen), the welcome drinks

The forecast of rain turning to snow at night showed their concern for guests who came by car, and their attentive and kind service made us feel that it was a hospitable Stays. The snow-covered mountain scenery the next morning was beautiful, and both my friend and I were very sa

I was relieved to find out that check-in was available until 1:00 AM. The entrance has a Ryokan-style design inspired by the Edo period, reflecting Kawasaki's history as a post town on the Tokaido road. While the concept is Edo-era, the facilities are modern and very comfortable

The water itself was amazing, and I ended up staying in for a long time—it warmed me up and felt very pleasant. Other than that issue with the water, everything else was clean and well-maintained, which was great. On my way back from drinking outside, I passed by reception and

The room requires changing into slippers upon entry, offering a comfortable size for solo travelers and a clean, pleasant stay. The front desk staff provided excellent service and kindly assisted with dinner recommendations. Guests can choose their preferred pillow, though av

The building isn’t new, but it was clearly well maintained and very clean! It was a pet-friendly Room, but there was no noticeable odor at all. We were very satisfied with the Room!! The pool is available from 9:00 to 17:00, but since check-out is at 10:00, using the pool in the morning feels a bit rushed. I thought it would be nicer if check-out were at 11:00 so we could relax more. Next time, I’d like to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and take it easy!

They provided clear, courteous explanations via LINE even before our stay, which made everything easy to understand. During the stay, they also sent updates via LINE, so we had nothing to worry about. When we entered the Room, it was clean and smelled wonderful. The tableware and cooking utensils were well stocked, so we had no inconvenience. There were only a few amenities, but since preferences vary, it didn’t bother us. There is no TV, but we watched movies on the projector—it felt luxurious on a big screen. We stayed mainly for the sauna, and it was piping hot—very satisfying. It would have been even better with a cold plunge bath and relaxation chairs. You can see the Mogami River from the Room and the bath—it’s very soothing. It was an excellent sauna trip overall.

A wonderful Accommodation with a large BBQ grill! You can really feel the attention to detail in the appliances and bath amenities—something that will definitely excite women. What’s more, there’s a sauna on-site, which was incredibly relaxing. I was also impressed by the kind and attentive service. I’d love to stay for a long time.

It was very well-equipped with bath additives, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, and emulsion. There was also a welcome drink, and I received a special coin at check-in, which allowed me to buy one drink of my choice from the vending machine inside the building, making my stay c

The bath is exceptional, and the relaxation space after bathing feels like a small library with plenty of books, where you can enjoy soft drinks or wine at your leisure. We highly recommend staying for multiple nights next time to fully indulge in this blissful experience.

The property was clean throughout, and I truly enjoyed the stay itself. Including the wonderful service from the staff, it’s a Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. The breakfast snow crab omelet and ramen (Kyushu tonkotsu ramen on this day) were incredibly delicious. I a

As a Business Hotel, I didn't have high expectations, but the single room was spacious, with a simple table and chair setup that allowed for some work. The ample legroom made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, as rumored, was abundant in variety and quantity, providing satisf

The meals are delicious—simply outstanding. You can really tell they use locally sourced ingredients and that the chef prepares everything with care. The pricing also feels very reasonable! The Room is quite spacious and clean, and the mountain view from the bath was truly relaxing.

Last time, I tried dinner for the first time and was happy with how reasonably priced it was and how generous the portions were, so this time I also tried breakfast for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations as well. Everyone at the front desk is very kind, and I alway

The staff's hospitality was excellent. The interior was white, giving a sense of cleanliness, and the warmth of the wood made it very comfortable. There were Christmas decorations in the lobby, on the room doors, and in the rooms, creating a lovely atmosphere. The amenities were

The separate bath and toilet with a bathtub, as well as the ability to purchase a passport, were deciding factors for my stay. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted by an indescribably pleasant scent and an open atrium filled with a sense of spaciousness—a truly extraordinary

There was even a fresh orange juicer, which was very popular. I was impressed by the changing daily Eggs Benedict, freshly made burgers, tacos, taco rice, and Blue Seal ice cream. Perhaps because there were multiple pools and jacuzzis, it didn't feel crowded, and we could enjoy

The onsen offers a luxurious time with an infinity view of the Tsugaru Strait. The front desk staff provided pleasant service. Everything was very satisfying. We have made a reservation for two nights in January as we really want to stay again. We are looking forward to it.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

Before leaving, they kindly told me about a nearby spot with beautiful cherry blossoms—the cherry blossoms in the city hall garden were stunning! The staff at Juraku are always kind and welcoming with their smiles—it makes me so happy. I definitely want to visit again!
