It was very comfortable.

I stayed here because I wanted to visit a well-known nearby izakaya, and I was impressed by the stylish, locally inspired interior and tasteful displays—it was a pleasure to look at. Breakfast was homemade, warm, and delicious. Thank you very much.

The staff were very kind, which was reassuring. The only inconvenience was the lack of chairs in the bathroom and washroom. I also wished for a bathrobe and separate top and bottom loungewear. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time. It was a very good stay. Thank you

Above all, what impressed us most was the warm and courteous service from all staff members. We felt comfortable throughout our stay, and their spirit of hospitality could be felt everywhere. This was a wonderful Onsen Accommodation that truly made us think, “We definitely want

The service at check-in, the room upgrade, the hospitality of the staff, the delicious breakfast and dinner, the relaxing Onsen, and the peaceful atmosphere were all excellent. I will definitely use Kozeniya when I travel to Tottori Prefecture again. You won't regret staying here

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s clean, the staff are wonderful, and even a single Room is spacious enough with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. I recently learned it’s part of the Royal Host group—no wonder the food is so good. You can also enjoy Osaka specialties, and there’s a wide variety of drinks such as tea. Thank you for the great meal. I’ll be back again.

Every stay here is always comfortable. The rooms are always clean during each visit. Conveniently located near the station, with shopping and dining options available inside Hakata Station. There are also several convenience stores nearby, making it even more convenient.

It was my first stay in a while. Last time, it was shortly after the opening. The Room was clean and comfortable. I think it would be nice if there were a cold bath in the large public bath.

The service was very attentive, the Room was clean, and the meals offered a great variety.

After the renovation, the Room was very clean and beautiful. The food was delicious, and the upgraded course had generous portions, so we were very satisfied. The rice from Fukui Prefecture is excellent. I usually eat only about half a bowl at breakfast, but I had a second serving. It was new-season rice and truly delicious. The lobby felt a bit warm. I also soaked in the bath for a long time and couldn’t stop sweating, and when heading back to the Room you have to pass through the lobby, which felt a little hot. It was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality.
