The refined Japanese-modern aesthetic, stripped of anything unnecessary, and the thoughtfully placed art throughout were truly captivating. Spending time in the open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water in the Room was pure bliss. I was also impressed by the high q

We stayed to celebrate my son’s career change. The spacious lobby was beautifully decorated with cherry blossom tree displays in full bloom, complemented by marble columns. The congratulatory message and baked treats were a thoughtful touch, and the large bath, well-stocked ameni

On my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I planned a visit to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which I had long wanted to see. I stayed one night at an Accommodation in Kinugawa Onsen. I chose it after searching with conditions such as having an in-Room Onsen bath and being reasonably priced. The lobby was well maintained, and the hallways were very clean as well. Our Room had an Onsen bath and two separate rooms, so my wife went to the large public bath while I enjoyed the in-Room bath. The meals were very delicious, and the portions were just right—slightly on the generous side. It was a quiet Accommodation where I could relax in the Onsen, which was wonderful. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone was polite and courteous. One thing that concerned me was that when I opened the window by the in-Room bath, there were quite a few spider webs. Also, insects gathered on the window at night so we couldn’t open it; I thought that if there had been a screen door or similar, we could have opened it. If I have another chance to visit nearby, I would like to stay again.

With Halloween decorations everywhere due to the season, and beautiful fresh flowers in front of the reception, it was truly delightful. The lounge exclusively for guests also had outdoor terrace seating where we could enjoy the pleasant breeze from the harbor in both morning and

Another strength of this hotel is the large public bath. Soaking in the spacious bath helps relieve the fatigue from walking around, allowing you to relax both physically and mentally. It's a very good facility, but foreign tourists with different bathing manners, such as having

Soaking in the open-air bath without worrying about anyone else, while looking up at the deep blue summer sky and sparkling stars, was amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying, with many different carefully prepared dishes served in small portions. I also loved the

We stayed at another Hotel the night before, but everyone agreed that Sansui was better in every way for both meals and Rooms. The view from the Room, the spa sauna and pool, the drink service in the lounge, and above all the staff were truly excellent. We will definitely visit

This is my favorite Accommodation on Awaji Island, so I have stayed here many times, though recently I had also been staying at Villa Rakuen and Yumesenkei. It was my first time back at Amaharu in a while, and everything was outstanding: the same attentive and refined hospitali

The change in menu worked out well for me as there were various delicious accompaniments made from quality ingredients alongside coffee offered after this Japanese-style breakfast set. Drinks provided inside our room's refrigerator were complimentary too! This exceptional hotel

This time, it was also reliably comfortable. The spacious bathroom and washroom, abundant amenities, and fluffy towels were great. The individually controlled air conditioning provided peace of mind even on cold days. From the assigned room, I could see the Kaiun Bridge, so I enj

I stayed in a suite. The view of the sea combined with the view from the room's bath made the infinity bath wonderfully relaxing. I enjoyed the bath many times both in the evening and in the morning. Of course, the view from the room was also wonderful and relaxing. The room ha

The front desk staff were very efficient and kind, there was a large public bath, the breakfast buffet with a great selection of Nagoya specialties was delicious, and the Room was clean. It was a wonderful Hotel with a very high level of satisfaction. I would definitely like to s

The beds were spacious, and both the interior and the Room were very clean, which made us very happy. The hairdryer in the large public bath was also a Refa, and it was partitioned like a private room, making it very comfortable to use. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of havi

Two nights for sightseeing. The location is perfect. Bunmeido Sohonten is just nearby, and there’s a great Italian restaurant close by as well. You’re also near Youme Town. It’s a good idea to check the parking in advance—I drove past it. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

Enjoyed the stunning night view from both the bath and bed, as well as the thoughtful breakfast and relaxing time in the lounge. The breakfast starting with sparkling wine was delightful, featuring three different egg dishes over three days and freshly baked bread each time. On N

On my first trip to Kusatsu Onsen, I stayed for two nights in the private open-air bath guest room “TAKASAGO.” Guest Room (TAKASAGO) The layout is wonderfully spacious, with the bedroom and tatami-style living area separated, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Personally, I felt the room was a little dim due to limited natural light depending on its orientation, and I would have loved a larger sofa where you can really sink in rather than a low table—but overall it was an expansive, truly luxurious space. The tatami room with the low table faces a private garden and had a lovely sense of traditional charm. The maisonette-type rooms looked brighter and seemed to have more comfortable sofas as well, so I’d like to try one next time. Onsen Two different hot spring sources—Jizo Gensen and Bandai Kosen Gensen—are supplied here, making for an indulgent bathing experience. In addition to enjoying high-quality spring water anytime in the in-room open-air bath, the three private reservable baths each had their own distinct character and conveyed refined Japanese aesthetics. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in Onsen throughout my stay. In particular, I loved “AWASE,” where three tubs are lined up from low to high temperature so you can experience a traditional bathing method—I went back again and again. Breakfast As dinner service was suspended during my stay, breakfast was the only meal offered—but its quality was outstanding, easily on par with dinner. I often stay at cuisine-focused Ryokan, and this was among the best I’ve experienced: creative composition of dishes, cooking that brought out the best of each ingredient, and thoughtful selection of tableware that elevated every course. Hospitality & Service The staff’s attentiveness and perfectly balanced approach—present when needed but never intrusive—left a strong impression and made my stay very comfortable. While there are a couple of minor preferences regarding the guest room setup, overall I was extremely satisfied with every aspect: Onsen, food quality (breakfast), and hospitality. I would absolutely love to return when visiting Kusatsu again.

The open-air bath has chairs for enjoying the outside air, allowing for a thorough relaxation. The starry sky was also beautiful, perhaps due to less light pollution compared to the city center. The post-bath lounge has a tatami and manga corner, and being on the top floor, the v

The Room was comfortable overall, and I especially appreciated having a massage chair. I was also very satisfied with the ReFa shower head and hair dryer, which were great to use. In addition, it was convenient and nice that the desk lamp had wireless charging. The only thing

The property is quiet and serene throughout, and the premium lounge and tasteful art pieces are exceptional—making it feel like an extraordinary stay in an art museum. The staff’s hospitality was also attentive, turning my first trip to Ureshino into a wonderful memory. Thank yo

I love Dormy Inn, and this Hotel was especially comfortable with outstanding service in every way. For dinner, we wanted to relax at the Hotel rather than eat out, so we bought bento boxes and ate them in our Room. The breakfast selection was excellent as well, with plenty of loc
