The staff's service, the Facility, and amenities were all excellent. We also enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker and selfie stick in the Room. Not just for this family trip, but among all the places we've stayed at so far, this was unanimously our family's favorite Property. The consid

The bed-making, hairdryer, and hair iron were excellent! The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast quality was outstanding for just one coin! The public bath was also clean. I wanted to take photos but forgot, which is my only regret. It was a wonderful trip! Thank you to all th

It feels incredibly safe and secure here. Thank you! To Mr./Ms. N and Mr./Ms. I at the restaurant—you both embody genuine hospitality with heartfelt service that makes the food taste even better! Thank you! A newly joined female staff member as of September also left a stro

We were impressed by the unlimited welcome drinks (including alcoholic options) and the extensive bookshelf that felt like a library. Additionally, the bath changing area was fully equipped with curling dryers and hair irons, providing every convenience. We would love to stay

Every time, I am treated with the best hospitality that makes me want to come back. The food is incredibly delicious, and the latest amenities (such as the shower head, hairdryer, and TV) are top-notch. In various aspects, the sense of style, attention to detail, and the high

The attention to detail in the service allowed me to relax and unwind during my stay. My child is already leading the charge in planning our next family trip to the inn. Lastly, the dashi we purchased at the inn was fantastic. I'm looking forward to my wife using this dashi to

I stayed for three nights this time, and I was really able to spend my time comfortably. The response of the staff was also wonderful. I would definitely like to use it again in the future. I didn't have time to visit the adjacent gourmet burger shop this time, but I definite

During the Obon holidays, my daughter and her husband came back home with our grandchild, and we stayed here. It’s a Hotel specialized for children, and our grandchild was absolutely delighted. With the all-inclusive plan, we fully enjoyed both alcoholic and soft drinks. The meals were buffet-style, which made my daughters very happy as well. We also enjoyed the late-night snacks. We stayed in Room “Casual 10,” and since there are only two Rooms on the 8th floor, it was very spacious and cute. Everyone loved it—our grandchild especially—and kept saying how wonderful it was! The baths were also great; we were able to use both a private bath and the large public bath. Everyone was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

The menu changes with the seasons, and it’s so delicious that I always end up eating too much. On my dog’s birthday, the staff also offered their congratulations. Everyone speaks to the dogs, and my dogs are always delighted by it. The spa treatments, Onsen, food, and staff—every

It was my first time staying here, and it was excellent. I stayed with my dog, and the log cabin was very clean, odor-free, and comfortable. They came right away to explain how to use the BBQ, and their guidance was very thorough. The BBQ meat was delicious, and there was plenty of food—very satisfying. I would love to stay again.

On weekdays, some stores were closed, so it was a bit hard to catch the right timing, but I was able to enjoy delicious meals and drinks both during the day and at night. Once again, I was able to relax in a wonderful Room. Thank you very much. I will visit again! There’s sti

Staying at an Accommodation with only three Rooms made me realize how that allows them to serve truly exceptional cuisine. The Room we stayed in, called “Korin,” had the bath and washbasin outside the main Room, which was a bit inconvenient, but in return it came with a dedicated dining Room. This meant we could focus on the meal immediately without leaving our Room, and each dish was served at exactly the right moment. It had been a long time since I so strongly appreciated the happiness of eating hot food while it is still hot. From the appetizer through lidded dishes, seasonal starters, and grilled items, the natural flavors of the ingredients were brought out beautifully. The grilled steak in particular exceeded expectations—honestly (sorry!), I wasn’t expecting much from Tochigi Wagyu—but it was surprisingly tender, with an outstanding balance of fat and lean meat. To be frank, we went to a famous steak restaurant in Nikko for dinner the next day, and this steak easily held its own against their Maezawa beef. The finishing soba was also delicious—I regret not ordering a larger portion. Two dipping sauces are provided (one warm and one cold), and personally I recommend the cold one. I’m attaching a photo of breakfast; breakfast was wonderful as well. If I have another chance to visit, I would love to stay in a different Room next time. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay in four months, and my husband and I stayed for one night. Just like the first time, we were able to relax completely. During our first visit, I wasn’t feeling well due to overwork, so I only managed to use the bath in our Room once and didn’t get many chances to talk with Madame. This time, I was in perfect condition, and I was truly happy to be able to visit again. As before, the cuisine was beautifully presented and of course tasted wonderful—we enjoyed everything all the way through dessert. We were genuinely moved by the chef’s uncompromising dedication. Also, on this second visit, we really realized just how high Madame’s level of hospitality is. She remembered exactly what drinks we had ordered last time, and we were impressed by her unwavering commitment to exceptional service. Next time, I’d love to visit with my sister as well—she loves traveling and good food. Thank you very much!

Thank you for your warm hospitality, including the surprise chocolates and the Room upgrade. From the entrance to the restaurant, I was impressed by the attentive service from all staff members. It is a lovely Hotel where history and modern comfort are beautifully balanced, and

In February last year, during a three-day trip to Shizuoka, I was moved by the Yume Terrace and visited the hotel's garden terrace for lunch for the first time. After hearing my wife's "most wonderful view of her life" many times, I reserved a twin room with a view of Mt. Fuji an

The Room's facilities were clean and user-friendly, and having both a bathtub and washing area was the best part. The hairdryer was Dyson, the showerhead was Refa, and even the air purifier in the room was Dyson—everything felt luxurious. I would love to stay here again!
