I’m usually picky about pillows, but the bed was very comfortable. The drinks in the fridge were cheaper than at other hotels. The amenities were surprisingly luxurious for these days—the body towel felt great to use, the toothbrushes were good quality, and there was even a ReFa

I chose the Universal Twin Room, and it was the perfect choice! Building No. 2 seems to have been recently renovated, and the scent of cypress filled the air. The large bath was especially relaxing with a pleasant aroma, and I enjoyed soaking in it every night. The stocked mine

Although it was hot outside in summer, the Hotel Room felt fresh and comfortable. With a semi-open-air Onsen bath, we relaxed and toasted as a couple while looking out at the deep-blue sea with a cold canned beer in hand—it made us feel truly happy. We enjoyed the Onsen many times until around 10:30 a.m. the next morning. Since we are both over 60, we were able to stay at a discounted rate. For dinner, we went to the neighboring seafood market “Mushigamaya,” which is also highly recommended. The Hotel breakfast can be delivered to your Room; it was delicious and my wife was very pleased. We would like to stay again.

Despite changing the number of guests just one day before, they kindly called back and responded promptly. The private bath and the meals were excellent; the hot pot broth was so delicious that we drank it all and ended up completely full. The handmade soba had a great bite, and the freshly cooked rice was glossy and so good that we had seconds even though we were already full. The bath water had natural mineral deposits, leaving our skin smooth and soothing both body and mind from everyday fatigue. Thank you very much.

We celebrated a 60th birthday and had an amazing experience! First of all, thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. From the seating arrangement with a view of the garden (and torii gate), to the BD plate and commemorative gifts, every detail was truly appreciated. The kind

What made me happiest was that all the staff were truly kind. I think we caused a lot of trouble, but they helped us many times. Thank you very much! I also enjoyed the beer and snacks I had in the evening. It was a Hotel that made me want to use it again! I deducted one star

This was probably my third stay, the first in 7 or 8 years. It’s a wonderfully comfortable space with a rare tropical vibe for a Ryokan in Lake Kawaguchi, and a great blend of Japanese and Western Hotel-style design. The open-air Onsen bath feels almost like an infinity pool, wit

I was very satisfied with the spacious Room. The bathroom was separate, allowing me to relax. I apologize for not noticing the bath towels in the back and asking for one to be brought. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was enjoyable. The rice balls were nice! The

As always, the beautifully presented and delicious meals made with seasonal and local ingredients, the perfectly tempered onsen with natural flowing hot spring water, the staff's attentive hospitality, and the consistently high-quality service befitting a luxury ryokan allowed us

Our stay exceeded all expectations in every aspect—Onsen, meals, and hospitality—making it truly a "blissful time." We thoroughly enjoyed both the "Ogumiage no Yu" and "Hana no Yu" Onsen baths that we had been looking forward to. The highest quality spring water was gentle on th

We travel to Onsen destinations across the whole country about 20 times a year as a couple. This time, we stayed for two nights. The sense of space design was outstanding, the service provided by well-trained staff was top-notch, and both the Onsen and meals were impeccable. Seei

The front desk staff and spa staff are all smiling, very kind, and polite, making it easy to ask for help if needed. The Room is spacious and clean. The in-house wear is also nice. ●Spa For just 500 yen, you can enjoy a stone sauna and löyly. You can have a long relaxing tim

Both the balcony and the Room, with two beds each, delighted both humans and our dog. The entire Hotel exuded a welcoming atmosphere for dogs, and the meals were delicious, with cute dog-shaped carrots that were truly impressive. Complimentary ramen, ice cream, and consommé soup

The Room was spacious with two separate bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic ocean-view terrace, making it very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of ingredients and the option to choose from three restaurants. However, the distance from the ma

making for a truly wonderful stay! The large public bath on the top floor is compact but clean, with an amazing ocean view! The sauna was also great. Exploring baths at affiliated accommodations via glass boat was enjoyable as well. This is an accommodation I definitely w

The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and I appreciated being able to store my luggage before and after my stay. The facilities and rooms were very clean, making for a comfortable experience. I was also pleased with the separate bath and toilet setup! I look forward

The refined Japanese-modern aesthetic, stripped of anything unnecessary, and the thoughtfully placed art throughout were truly captivating. Spending time in the open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water in the Room was pure bliss. I was also impressed by the high q

On my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I planned a visit to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which I had long wanted to see. I stayed one night at an Accommodation in Kinugawa Onsen. I chose it after searching with conditions such as having an in-Room Onsen bath and being reasonably priced. The lobby was well maintained, and the hallways were very clean as well. Our Room had an Onsen bath and two separate rooms, so my wife went to the large public bath while I enjoyed the in-Room bath. The meals were very delicious, and the portions were just right—slightly on the generous side. It was a quiet Accommodation where I could relax in the Onsen, which was wonderful. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone was polite and courteous. One thing that concerned me was that when I opened the window by the in-Room bath, there were quite a few spider webs. Also, insects gathered on the window at night so we couldn’t open it; I thought that if there had been a screen door or similar, we could have opened it. If I have another chance to visit nearby, I would like to stay again.

With Halloween decorations everywhere due to the season, and beautiful fresh flowers in front of the reception, it was truly delightful. The lounge exclusively for guests also had outdoor terrace seating where we could enjoy the pleasant breeze from the harbor in both morning and

Another strength of this hotel is the large public bath. Soaking in the spacious bath helps relieve the fatigue from walking around, allowing you to relax both physically and mentally. It's a very good facility, but foreign tourists with different bathing manners, such as having
