I stayed for one night on a business trip. From the exterior, it felt like being in a foreign country. The guest room had an elegant, classic British atmosphere, and the pleasant scent of potpourri made it truly relaxing both physically and mentally. In addition, there were Facil

The clean and user-friendly Room made work progress smoothly, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a clean bathroom with a bathtub and washing area that eased the fatigue from work. The location is within walking distance to Honmachi, Shinsaibashi, and Yotsubashi, making it an

I stayed here for the first time two and a half years ago. I was completely satisfied with the Hotel’s location, the Room, and the large public bath. The property was also very clean, which left a great impression. So this time I didn’t hesitate to make a Reservation for two nights, and enjoyed visiting Mitsumine Shrine and sightseeing around Chichibu and Nagatoro. The “Tabibito no Yu” bath is a natural Onsen, and compared with other Route Inn properties it has more shower booths (and they’re ReFa), plus a larger bath—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I definitely want to stay here again next time I visit Chichibu. Thank you for taking care of us for two nights. We’ll be back. One small disappointment: the in-room TV’s facility guide didn’t work (even when pressing the Home button), so I couldn’t check how crowded the large public bath was.

I was initially anxious about staying with my 5-month-old baby, but we had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious even with the baby crib, so there was no stress at all. The bed was large and very comfortable to sleep on! The meals were enjoyable even during a multi

It made me think about visiting again when mandarins are perfectly ripe next time. The staff members were very cheerful and friendly; their warm hospitality allowed us to feel completely at ease during our stay. We created so many wonderful memories here—thank you so much for e

I specifically searched for a Room with a separate washing area, and this Hotel met my criteria. Being a new Hotel, it was very clean. The quality of the towels was excellent, and there were even two bath mats! The amenities were delightful, including stylish bath salts and an

Everything was excellent. The Room even had a massage chair. The bathroom was separate from the toilet and very spacious. Bicycle rentals were also available. I can’t believe it at this price. I’d love to stay again!

It is the second oldest Ryokan in Yugawara, and I was a bit overwhelmed to stay in the room where Heihachiro Togo once stayed. However, the proprietress and staff provided warm and heartfelt hospitality, allowing me to relax completely with their attentive service. I was amazed

At night we had fun playing table tennis and Othello, and the 12th-floor panoramic open-air bath was uncrowded and very comfortable. We were able to truly recharge over two days. We plan to visit again in autumn. It was an excellent-value, thoughtfully curated Hotel stay with r

The garden was magnificent. The bath was also an Onsen that warmed us to the core, and the meals were very delicious. We would definitely like to stay again. The cake included with the anniversary Plan was exceptionally good, and enjoying it with the complimentary coffee made for a truly happy time.

It has a small entrance where cars cannot stop at the front door, and it is not a large Hotel that can offer a grand welcome, but it is wonderful. The cuisine, in particular, is excellent. I have stayed at various luxury Resort Hotels, but this place seems like one I would return

Although we didn’t have high expectations for the meals at this price point, dinner was a full-course French meal and breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet—both were authentic and highly satisfying. The hospitality was exceptional as well; truly worthy of Okura's world-class re

As a couple who enjoys drinks, we also appreciated that alcohol was available from tea time (in a good way!). Of course, our Room was wonderful as well—including the balcony and the bathtub with jacuzzi controls. If I had to mention one request: the single-use mini bottles of sh

They were also thrilled to receive New Year's treats as gifts. Having a convenience store accessible from the lobby was very convenient. The New Year's floral arrangement at the front desk was beautiful as well. Overall, we had an extremely comfortable stay. We would love to

All the meals were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with them as well. We also enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with tasty eggs. Thank you to the hotel for your thoughtful hospitality. As a couple, we were very satisfied and are already talking about wanting to visit

The accommodation is new and clean, with a separate bath and WC (be cautious with the rain shower), providing a relaxing experience. She was upgraded to a spacious room with a double bed and even had a massage chair, making it almost too luxurious for one person. The staff greete

To start with, this hotel & golf course is excellent—definitely worth a repeat visit. **Pros:** - The hotel is attached to the golf course, so after finishing your round, you can return to your room and immediately enjoy a bath and a toast. - There are ice machines and mic

Both the Hotel and the Room were very clean, which really lifted my mood! The desk was spacious, and the bed springs were great as well. On top of that, the female staff member at reception kindly arranged for my friend and me to have adjacent Rooms, which made me very happy. The

We stayed in a private two-story house with a Barcelona sauna. We were satisfied with everything—the Room, bath, and Facility. Above all, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the temperature was just right, and it was amazing. Everything provided—from the hair dryer and facial lotion to the shampoo—was excellent. It was the best Accommodation we have ever stayed at. We would love to stay again someday.
