The beautifully maintained space and hospitality, along with the attentive response to our needs, made me realize once again what a wonderful hotel it is. The one-room type room I stayed in this time had a lovely atmosphere with tatami mats by the window, and the spacious bathroo

We enjoyed one dinner and two breakfasts, all featuring amazing seafood dishes with great variety. The live kitchen risotto and French toast were absolutely exquisite! My children were thrilled and said they want to come back again! Thanks to you, we created wonderful memories in

Highlights: The Room is very spacious and spotless. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bathtub is large enough to soak in properly. The bed is double-sized and roomy. Amenities are well stocked. I still haven’t found any downsides lol. I’ll definitely stay here again

m. At check-in, the staff explained the procedure clearly and guided me smoothly, so I felt comfortable staying here. Most of all, I was happy that Aqours goods were beautifully displayed at the entrance. It really showed how much you value “Love Live! Sunshine!!” and its chara

The location is simply outstanding. From anywhere on the property, I could see Mt. Bandai beyond Yairoku Pond, and I was moved again and again. In addition, the service, dinner and breakfast, open-air bath, cleanliness, and the lounge’s ease of use were all excellent and comfortable. I’m glad I chose Urabandai Kogen Hotel for my commemorative trip. The nature that changes with each season must be wonderful as well, so next time I’d love to visit in a different season. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for the first time in about a year. It remains a truly wonderful Accommodation. The surrounding nature, the buildings, the lobby, the Room, the Onsen, the restaurant, the lounge, the drinks, the food—and of course all of the staff—everything is genuinely excellent.

Also, the bath and washroom were spacious, so even with several children, we could enjoy it without any stress. A clean space with tasteful interior design where both dogs and humans can relax is very precious. I would love to use this place again with dog-loving friends or impor

The number of dishes could be adjusted, so even my light-eating wife finished everything. The sommelier's stories were delightful, making it a fun and quick meal. Our room was a corner Room with a king bed, offering ultimate relaxation. My wife was also satisfied and expressed he

The view of the Kanmon Straits from the spacious lobby was beautiful, and the well-cleaned room with calm interior was wonderful, making it a comfortable hotel. I was healed by the warm smiles of the staff and the Onsen in the room. The meals were delicious, including not only th

Just looking out at the lake from our Room made me feel truly happy. Everything in the Hotel, starting with the Room, was so comfortable that I was really glad we chose to stay here. The portions were very generous and a bit too much for me, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I’m planning to come by car with my husband, and I’m already looking forward to it. (I also loved the wonderful bath in our Room, but I wanted to see the Onsen building as well; I’m very sorry for the trouble caused regarding the lockers.)

All staff were always smiling, and their kind, attentive hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. The view from the infinity pool is breathtaking—you’ll forget you’re even in Japan. The thalasso pool has shade, so it provides relief even under the midsummer sun. The ocean view,

The Room, dining area, service and hospitality, and the spring sunlight filtering through the broadleaf trees on the expansive grounds—all of it was wonderful. After savoring fugu and Ajimu wine, I followed my usual Yufuin routine and enjoyed a perfect night at Stair bar near Yuf

The sommelier selected wines and sake that paired perfectly with each dish, making everything taste even better. The Room was calm and relaxing as well—it became a blissful summer holiday. Thank you all very much. We’ll be back again next year, and we look forward to seeing you

This was my sixth visit in total, and I’m grateful to be moved every time. Thanks to the variety of room options and the warm hospitality of all the staff, I’m able to truly experience the sense of escape from everyday life that I value when traveling. What impresses me most each time is the food. The dinner menu is never the same, and the seasonal dishes have become the highlight of my stay. Considering today’s rising costs for all kinds of ingredients, I’m truly impressed and thankful to see the chef’s exceptional creativity and ingenuity reflected in every meal. One note of caution: because the food is so outstanding, you may find yourself drinking more—so if you enjoy alcohol, a bit of self-control might be needed (laugh).

As a couple, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. We had high expectations because the Reviews were highly rated, and this Hotel truly lived up to them. The Room layout is closer to that of a Business Hotel, but it was very clean, well equipped, and we had no complaints. The large public bath was never crowded, so we were able to use it several times during our stay. There was also a massage chair, which made it easy to unwind and relax. Breakfast was a standard buffet with plenty of variety. The French toast in particular was delicious. We also enjoyed visiting the adjacent Isuzu Plaza more than we expected. If you stay here, I recommend making a Reservation in advance for the tour.

The view from the Room was great, and both the Hotel and restaurant provided a pleasant experience. We received free tickets to Gonggen Onsen, about a 10-minute drive from the Hotel, and enjoyed relaxing in the Onsen after checking in. The front desk staff left a good impressio

At IKYU, it was categorized as casual, but we enjoyed a luxurious Onsen experience that felt like staying at a private villa. The Room had a spacious washroom, and the toilet being separate was also convenient. The heater in the Room was turned on in advance, so we stayed warm without needing to use the air conditioner. Various thoughtful touches were noticeable throughout, and I heard that adjustments are made regularly. It had such a pleasant atmosphere that made us wish to stay longer. Here are some points of concern: It would be helpful if spare foot mats were provided for the private bath so they can be replaced after use. The abundance of wash towels was very convenient. A single fresh flower in the Room would add charm since there were flowers in the dining area. During meal service, providing more details about local ingredients or cooking methods would be appreciated by travelers—it may require extra effort from staff but makes for enjoyable conversations while savoring meals. Having a menu list would also enhance the dining experience further.

The switch to a non-smoking room was smooth, and I appreciated that afternoon tea service was available until late at night. Above all, the separate bath and toilet, along with a jet bath and an in-bath TV, made the stay very comfortable. There were also several types of charging

This was my third stay. It was my first time in the “Haruka” cottage, and it was just as comfortable as always. On the day we arrived, we took a walk along the river from the back garden door to Sakuta Beach. It took about 10 minutes to get there. Our senior dog needed to be carried part of the way, but was thrilled once we reached the beach. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Facility and overall setup reflected wonderful hospitality. The staff were also very kind, making each visit a lovely memory. Thank you very much.

With easy access from Junglia and wanting to stay on Kouri Island, I made a Reservation here. It was very convenient—less than a 30-minute drive from Junglia! On the way, seeing the view from Kouri Bridge again after a long time really got me excited! When I arrived at the Hotel and headed to the entrance, a staff member came out to greet me and carried my luggage for me. Since I checked in much earlier than planned, I asked if it would be possible to make a dinner Reservation, and they kindly accommodated me (it may have been the last available seat). Just like the Reviews said, the food here was outstanding! For dinner, I ordered beef sirloin steak, hamburger steak, garlic shrimp, and other Okinawan dishes. Every dish was carefully prepared with great seasoning—truly impressive. Breakfast included freshly baked bread, a salad plate, soup, and coffee; both the portion size and taste were completely satisfying. The Room was exactly as shown in the photos—stylish and clean with a white-and-blue theme—and it was very comfortable. Personally, I really appreciated having a vanity separate from the sink area; it was very convenient to use. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Kouri Island next time!
