I think it’s wonderful that you improved based on the previous Review, and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly even in the basement. The meals had also improved. I was touched by the surprise birthday gift. I’d like to visit again for a special occasion. It was a shame that the bath water temperature was on the low side and took quite a while to warm up.

I used the shuttle bus from Maihama Station, and I was moved to hear Disney melodies playing on board. I’m grateful for the very kind service from the driver and everyone at the front desk. The room was very clean, with lovely interior design, and I had a comfortable stay. It’s a

Thank you very much for the complimentary upgrade this time. The front desk staff are always pleasant, and the Room is always thoroughly cleaned and feels very fresh and spotless. I have to visit the hospital regularly, but staying at this Hotel is truly relaxing for me. Thank you as always.

Sitting on a sofa with a cup of coffee while watching the seaside was truly soothing. The bread from the adjacent bakery was also delicious—I’d love to try more varieties next time. It was a clean, beautiful hotel with excellent meals that left me completely satisfied. Thank

The staff provided courteous service. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was very satisfying, and the coffee and café latte from the machine were excellent. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. *The partnered parking lot

Thank you for the wonderful service—it made our stay truly exceptional. First, I accidentally made a Reservation with the wrong gender, but you quickly brought us yukata in different sizes, which was very helpful. With fewer guests staying, the attentive, personalized service really stood out. We also enjoyed the complimentary pudding—it was delicious. The Onsen was available at night as well, so we could relax and take our time. The bed felt a bit firm and slightly uncomfortable to sleep on, but other than that we had no complaints at all. Also, it was pouring rain at checkout, and you kindly handed us towels—this helped us so much. We truly appreciated your thoughtful attention to detail. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kusatsu.

The indoor bath inside the building also had wonderful views and excellent water. I also thoroughly enjoyed the creative, thoughtfully prepared meals. The hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me. I would love to visit ag

I stay here frequently. I always feel relaxed thanks to the hospitality, meals, Room, and Onsen. The meals are very delicious—so much so that I end up overeating. The Room is also great: it’s comfortable for working and comes with an Onsen, making it perfect for a refreshing break. I will definitely stay again.

The dinner was very delicious, and the breakfast buffet was also good. The egg with a rich yolk was particularly tasty. The private open-air bath and the large public bath had nice, clean water, and the Room was clean with blankets provided, making it perfect. Additionally, I was

Both the Room and the entire Accommodation were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Onsen warmed us through to the core and helped relieve our travel fatigue. The meals were a delight both visually and in taste, and the steak in particular was outstanding. We had no contact with other guests, making it a quiet, relaxing space. Conversations with the staff were also pleasant, and we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again in a different season.

Before my stay, I received a thoughtful phone call, and they kindly accommodated ingredients I can’t eat. Thanks to that, I enjoyed beautifully presented and delicious cuisine (Kyoto-style kaiseki with local ingredients) along with local sake—completely satisfied. When I mentione

We visited to enjoy a family vacation. THE HOUSE has wonderful taste. From the moment we stepped inside, we fell in love with the ocean view stretching across the entire window. We were also captivated by the sight of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset, and couldn’t stop taking photos. There was an original photo book casually placed there, and when we opened it, inspiring words appeared, which conveyed the lovely thoughts behind this place when it was built. Since it was Golden Week, Aburatsubo and Misaki Port were crowded, but coming back felt like returning to a secluded private villa where we could truly rest and enjoy the quiet. Also, at a Hotel or Ryokan you can feel slightly rushed about breakfast times, so it was great to spend relaxed “THE HOUSE time” without that. Our dog could also stretch out and seemed very happy. Thank you very much.

As for the price, it was significantly cheaper even compared with Hotels in central Osaka for the same dates. Even so, the Facility still feels new, the Room was clean, and I was happy with the well-equipped services such as amenities, loan items (including a ReFa hair dryer),

We stayed here for a girls' trip to Tottori and Shimane. We were drawn to the infinity bath and considered the sister accommodation, Kaike Yugetsu, but decided on Shogetsu as there was availability for a Japanese-style room and we received a bathing ticket as part of the Diamon

The view from the Room at dusk was breathtaking, and the greenery and scenery of Todai-ji Temple and Mt. Wakakusa—visible from the open-air bath, the daybed, and the Room—were truly soothing. Spending time at this Accommodation with my friend was relaxing and refreshing. The staf

The luxurious wood-grain interior, the spaciousness of the Room, the Airweave bed, the separate bath and shower area, the Nespresso coffee, and the colorful and delicious Western-style breakfast buffet were all comfortable. Although we stayed at a discounted rate for a short stay

The breakfast and bath were wonderful, but the spacious and comfortable MUJI Room made the stay exceptional. Additionally, enjoying MUJI's Boule de Neige, Banana Pound Cake, and Shrimp Bisque with an illy espresso machine turned into a luxurious late-night snack. Although I wasn’

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality during our stay. From the moment we arrived and stepped out of the car, we were touched by every thoughtful gesture. Both breakfast and dinner were abundant in variety, delicious, and truly satisfying. We were especially impressed by

The result? It was absolutely amazing! First of all, the tea in the lounge was delicious (super important). They offered herbal teas and decaf blends created by Lupicia, which were a delight for a tea enthusiast like me. Especially noteworthy were the herbal teas. While many h

The staff's hospitality was impeccable and left a good impression. The lounge was also very spacious, truly maintaining a space for adults to enjoy a relaxing stay. The Italian restaurant for breakfast had a wonderful space and excellent interior design. I apologize if this sound
