Thank you for the wonderful service—it made our stay truly exceptional. First, I accidentally made a Reservation with the wrong gender, but you quickly brought us yukata in different sizes, which was very helpful. With fewer guests staying, the attentive, personalized service really stood out. We also enjoyed the complimentary pudding—it was delicious. The Onsen was available at night as well, so we could relax and take our time. The bed felt a bit firm and slightly uncomfortable to sleep on, but other than that we had no complaints at all. Also, it was pouring rain at checkout, and you kindly handed us towels—this helped us so much. We truly appreciated your thoughtful attention to detail. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kusatsu.

The dinner was very delicious, and the breakfast buffet was also good. The egg with a rich yolk was particularly tasty. The private open-air bath and the large public bath had nice, clean water, and the Room was clean with blankets provided, making it perfect. Additionally, I was

The room we stayed in was "KURI," which was spacious and offered exceptional comfort in a modern Japanese style. The bed featured Simmons' top-tier model for unparalleled sleep quality, while the sofa provided superb comfort—making time spent in the room feel truly luxurious. The

The entire Accommodation is covered with tatami mats, making it exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. Some staff members speak English and Chinese, and they always greeted us with a smile while kindly explaining the Facility. The staff in charge of our meals were also very attentive and even helped us crack the crab. What impressed us most was that they remembered our faces and Room number right after check-in. At check-out, they promptly prepared our shoes and luggage. The meals were luxurious and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed high-quality seafood (crab) as well as beef. This time we chose two options—sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. Shabu-shabu is a bit more expensive, but it is well worth the price. The Onsen facilities were excellent: in addition to the indoor bath, the open-air area had a hot bath, a cold bath, and even a sauna—perfect. We were also happy that the hair dryer was ReFa! The post-bath lounge (relaxation area) offered various drinks, light snacks, and massage chairs. Personally, I think this is an outstanding Accommodation that rivals Hoshino Resorts KAI. While the building itself feels slightly dated, I found the quality of the cuisine to be far superior to Hoshino Resorts. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We visited to enjoy a family vacation. THE HOUSE has wonderful taste. From the moment we stepped inside, we fell in love with the ocean view stretching across the entire window. We were also captivated by the sight of Mt. Fuji glowing in the sunset, and couldn’t stop taking photos. There was an original photo book casually placed there, and when we opened it, inspiring words appeared, which conveyed the lovely thoughts behind this place when it was built. Since it was Golden Week, Aburatsubo and Misaki Port were crowded, but coming back felt like returning to a secluded private villa where we could truly rest and enjoy the quiet. Also, at a Hotel or Ryokan you can feel slightly rushed about breakfast times, so it was great to spend relaxed “THE HOUSE time” without that. Our dog could also stretch out and seemed very happy. Thank you very much.

As for the price, it was significantly cheaper even compared with Hotels in central Osaka for the same dates. Even so, the Facility still feels new, the Room was clean, and I was happy with the well-equipped services such as amenities, loan items (including a ReFa hair dryer),

We stayed here for a girls' trip to Tottori and Shimane. We were drawn to the infinity bath and considered the sister accommodation, Kaike Yugetsu, but decided on Shogetsu as there was availability for a Japanese-style room and we received a bathing ticket as part of the Diamon

The view from the Room at dusk was breathtaking, and the greenery and scenery of Todai-ji Temple and Mt. Wakakusa—visible from the open-air bath, the daybed, and the Room—were truly soothing. Spending time at this Accommodation with my friend was relaxing and refreshing. The staf

The luxurious wood-grain interior, the spaciousness of the Room, the Airweave bed, the separate bath and shower area, the Nespresso coffee, and the colorful and delicious Western-style breakfast buffet were all comfortable. Although we stayed at a discounted rate for a short stay

The breakfast and bath were wonderful, but the spacious and comfortable MUJI Room made the stay exceptional. Additionally, enjoying MUJI's Boule de Neige, Banana Pound Cake, and Shrimp Bisque with an illy espresso machine turned into a luxurious late-night snack. Although I wasn’

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality during our stay. From the moment we arrived and stepped out of the car, we were touched by every thoughtful gesture. Both breakfast and dinner were abundant in variety, delicious, and truly satisfying. We were especially impressed by

The result? It was absolutely amazing! First of all, the tea in the lounge was delicious (super important). They offered herbal teas and decaf blends created by Lupicia, which were a delight for a tea enthusiast like me. Especially noteworthy were the herbal teas. While many h

I am satisfied with the room, the bath, and all the staff. Yamagata is a place with great scenery and ingredients, so I would like to visit this Ryokan again. The "Yamagata Museum of Art" in Yamagata City is a museum with a very rich collection of high-level works. Unlike mus

The room was spacious, and Meiji Jingu Stadium was right in front—such a delight! The bed was comfortable, and the bath and toilet were separate, with the toilet being spacious as well. The large public bath was clean, and I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. Meals offered a variety

I was very satisfied with the buffet. The main dishes, such as sashimi, crab, steak, and tempura, were plentiful. I also thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine. The replenishment was quick, and the all-you-can-drink option was a nice touch. The bath facilities were very satisfyin

The Room was spacious, and we were delighted to see SkyTree-shaped water bottles provided. Soaking in the bathtub while enjoying the night view felt like being in an open-air bath. The bed was incredibly comfortable, truly a heavenly bed. Breakfast was also satisfying. I’m

Since it was just after a holiday period, I had the chance to use almost all of the private baths, enjoying an incredibly luxurious time. The entire facility was clean overall; both the onsen and room were comfortable, making this birthday trip truly memorable. When visiting

I have stayed here so many times that I’ve lost count! Great location with easy access from the airport and close to the station. The public bath is consistently excellent. Having a convenience store and Don Quijote nearby is a big plus. Of course, the service, Room, and amen
