We were very satisfied with the coffee and amenities, which made us really happy! There was even a massage chair in the room, making it a truly relaxing and special day. It was our first time in Yufuin, and choosing this accommodation turned out to be the best decision.

The modern yet calming design was truly wonderful and left a lasting impression. We came without any prior knowledge, but it seems Dogo Onsen as a whole is actively working with contemporary artists. I heard that several Ryokan partner with specific artists to create thoughtfully

The meals were all delicious; we enjoyed plenty of Hamamatsu gyoza and eel. The roast beef was also exceptional! The kids' menu was adorable and tasty as well. All the staff members were very kind, making it a comfortable stay for both us and our dog. When my child fell ill

Each dish prepared by the head chef is like a work of art—absolutely delicious—so both my heart and stomach were completely satisfied. Also, just like at Fufu, I love Hakone Suishoen’s onion dressing—it’s so good that I bought some to take home. I also had the chance to speak wit

The design is spacious and stylish, and the beauty of the building from the outside continues throughout the interior. I also thoroughly enjoyed the lounge. Both the breakfast galette and every à la carte item were delicious—I was satisfied from start to finish. It was such a ha

Upon arrival, there was a welcome drink service at the restaurant. The amenities were excellent (MIKIMOTO shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. The staff provided friendly service, making my one-night stay highly satisfying. Than

The price was a bit high, but I added breakfast. Local Hokkaido specialties such as soup curry, herring, and seafood were available. Everything was excellent. After breakfast, it felt great to take a walk around Nakajima Park. When I stay in Hokkaido again, I would definitely lik

The atmosphere was also fantastic. We were also guided on a firefly-watching tour, which was an incredibly fortunate experience. Breakfast made me feel so elegant! Be sure to choose a plan with breakfast included. Thank you for preparing so many wonderful benefits for IKY

We stayed for two nights in a Suite and a connecting Room. We were completely satisfied with the Room, service, and food. The location—inside KITTE Osaka—also meant we could enjoy dining outside the Hotel without ever going outdoors. For dinner on the first night, we had takoyaki

Recently, we've been staying at luxurious ryokans, but among them, this one stood out for its scenery, meals, onsen with a sea view, impeccably clean room, all-inclusive drinks (during dinner and in the room), and excellent staff service—everything was flawless. We would love to

After enjoying canoeing in Kushiro, we arrived and were immediately impressed by the spacious, beautiful entrance. The lobby, centered around an irori hearth, felt wonderfully open and soothing with its charming design. Every member of the staff was truly welcoming, making our stay relaxing and comfortable. The milk soft-serve and milk were rich and flavorful, and the morning daifuku and ozenzai were also delicious. This is our number one Accommodation we’d love to visit again.

Bath: I prefer lukewarm water, and every Onsen was just right. The Onsen-hopping experience was also enjoyable. Meals: Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the homemade sesame dressing and tartar sauce. The red pepper ice cream was also amazing! Room: We stayed in

The Room was spotless, very comfortable, and easy to relax in. I didn’t use the Hotel meals or the large public bath, but a friend who stayed there did and strongly recommended it: “You should definitely try it—go in! It’s really great.” I went out drinking late and had an early

I’m a repeat guest. I always have a comfortable stay. The Room is clean, and I appreciate the anti-fog section on part of the bathroom mirror. Seeing the little rubber duck in the bath is soothing, even for an older guy.

Since this was an Accommodation for daytime drinking, I checked in on the first day, took a bath, and immediately crashed. On the morning of day two, the full course—bath → sauna → relaxation → manga—was amazing!! Next time I’d like to stay 2 nights with “bath, sauna, and manga”

We stayed as a family and had an extremely satisfying stay! - Perfect location: Close to the station, with excellent access wherever you go—an ideal spot. - Stylish space: The interior and rooms feature a modern, sophisticated design and are impeccably clean. - Comfortable lobby

There was also a meal for our dog, and they ate it happily. It must have been really tasty—after we got home, they barely ate for more than a day (lol). Traveling with our pet to see our children who live far away became a wonderful memory. We would definitely like to visit again

Because the property is operated by a small team, there were a few minor things I noticed, but the meals were delicious and served in just the right portions, and I was able to enjoy the bath to my satisfaction with a Reservation. I’d love to come back in autumn to see the fall foliage.

The Room was spacious, with plenty of space for luggage, and it was perfectly equipped with all the amenities we needed. After arriving, we were very satisfied to enjoy sake in the lounge while having rice crackers. Face towels were provided in the bathroom, which was very conven

The front desk and restaurant staff are all kind and courteous. The lounge offers free snacks and coffee, and at night, there are complimentary post-bath ice creams (such as mini-sized Essel Super Cup), providing a thoroughly satisfying experience. The 30th-anniversary event inc
