Bath: I prefer lukewarm water, and every Onsen was just right. The Onsen-hopping experience was also enjoyable. Meals: Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the homemade sesame dressing and tartar sauce. The red pepper ice cream was also amazing! Room: We stayed in

Our family of three (parents and child) stayed here, and it was a wonderful Accommodation. The staff were young and energetic, yet their manners were impeccable. When we returned from visiting the public baths, they anticipated that our yukata might be damp from sweat and had a fresh one ready for us at the front desk. Dinner—traditional Japanese cuisine—was served in a calm atmosphere, with the perfect amount: not too much and not too little. My wife and daughter were both very satisfied. This is an Accommodation we would love to add to our family’s annual celebrations. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The free-flowing, continuously fed Onsen was wonderfully abundant, and each private bath had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine was perfect for wine lovers, with rare wines to match. The interior design—and the lamps placed throughout—were all beautifully chosen. Right in front of the Accommodation, there is a row of cherry trees along the riverbank; I can only imagine how stunning the view must be during cherry blossom season. I won’t wait until then—I will definitely return again soon. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I was tired from traveling from Tokyo, but the check-in was smooth, and the room was quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly. The hotel staff were very pleasant, and I felt at ease. When the baseball season opens next year, I would like to stay again. I am really looking forwar

The Room was spotless, very comfortable, and easy to relax in. I didn’t use the Hotel meals or the large public bath, but a friend who stayed there did and strongly recommended it: “You should definitely try it—go in! It’s really great.” I went out drinking late and had an early

I’m a repeat guest. I always have a comfortable stay. The Room is clean, and I appreciate the anti-fog section on part of the bathroom mirror. Seeing the little rubber duck in the bath is soothing, even for an older guy.

Since this was an Accommodation for daytime drinking, I checked in on the first day, took a bath, and immediately crashed. On the morning of day two, the full course—bath → sauna → relaxation → manga—was amazing!! Next time I’d like to stay 2 nights with “bath, sauna, and manga”

We stayed as a family and had an extremely satisfying stay! - Perfect location: Close to the station, with excellent access wherever you go—an ideal spot. - Stylish space: The interior and rooms feature a modern, sophisticated design and are impeccably clean. - Comfortable lobby

There was also a meal for our dog, and they ate it happily. It must have been really tasty—after we got home, they barely ate for more than a day (lol). Traveling with our pet to see our children who live far away became a wonderful memory. We would definitely like to visit again

The Room was spacious, with plenty of space for luggage, and it was perfectly equipped with all the amenities we needed. After arriving, we were very satisfied to enjoy sake in the lounge while having rice crackers. Face towels were provided in the bathroom, which was very conven

On this day, there was no time limit, so I could leisurely enjoy my favorite dishes. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were kind and attentive, maintaining a good distance. I enjoyed stargazing and watching the sunrise; although it was a short one-night stay, I had a

I have stayed here several times and always appreciate the experience. The breakfast is especially delightful, with a perfect variety of dishes, including local specialties, all prepared with care and replenished promptly. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate the free parking and the well-stocked amenities. The free drinks are a nice touch as well. Thank you very much!

Beauty items such as hair irons, makeup removers, and lotions were well-prepared and extremely helpful. Additionally, there were complimentary drinks and desserts, showcasing thoughtful hospitality that truly moved me. Moreover, the rooftop footbath offered a relaxing time wit

We were worried that the earthquake might have caused damage, but when we asked in advance, we were told there was no particular impact and that we could feel at ease, so we decided to visit. The area around Aso was cooler than Kumamoto City and very comfortable. For the open-air bath in the Room, they showed us how to fill it with Onsen water when showing us around, and since it is available 24 hours a day, we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak at night and again in the morning. This time we chose a Plan with breakfast only, but there were many small dishes beautifully arranged and pleasing to the eye, and the rice cooked in a pot was also very delicious. This is an Accommodation we would like to visit again for a relaxing stay.

The Room was clean and comfortable, and with the fresh greenery of the season, the semi-open-air Onsen was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and we had a pleasant stay. The location and surroundings are excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love

This was my first time staying in Nasushiobara. The Shuttle Service to the station was truly appreciated. The person who provided the Shuttle Service was very kind. Thank you very much. The meals were delicious, and I’d like to come back again to relax. I hope the weather will be better next time.

I stayed here for an event at Ebisu Circuit. I’ve used this Accommodation many times, and I’m truly grateful for the consistently excellent service. It’s a convenient location, as you can get around easily with the Hotel as your base!

I’ve stayed at various Vacation Villages, but Retreat Azumino Hotel was completely different from any of them! This Hotel is too good to enjoy in just one night. It made me want a Multiple Night Stay. It’s quiet, spotless, and I have nothing to complain about.
