We were able to take our time enjoying the streets of Shuzenji and were very satisfied. We enjoyed dinner calmly in our Room. The portions were generous and we were very happy with it. The annin tofu in particular looked beautiful and was so delicious that it truly impressed us.

The Room and the large public bath were clean, providing a comfortable stay. All the staff members were very kind. The breakfast, including rice, bread, and side dishes, was delicious and filling. This is an excellent Hotel where even women traveling alone can feel safe staying.

They even surprised us with a celebratory plate! The large public bath with night views and private open-air baths were amazing, and breakfast was absolutely delicious as anticipated! This is an accommodation that anyone would be satisfied with. Thanks to this experience, we had

I first visited in March and have been coming every month until August. There is a new menu each month, and everything has been delicious. The grilled eel and pike conger with plum sauce from last month were particularly outstanding. This month's highlights included the tuna tast

Above all, even when simply heading to restrooms at the restaurant, every staff member’s warm attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed by an outstanding team. I’m so happy to have found my favorite Accommodation ever. Since we visited in midwinter, I definitely want to return ag

For the price, the room was surprisingly spacious. It's big enough to be called a junior suite. As expected from a king, the bed was very large and had just the right amount of cushioning, making it extremely comfortable. It seems a bit far from the station, but it's only abo

I love Obihiro and visit regularly, and I always stay here during my trips. This time, I stayed in a single room on an upper floor, which was spacious enough for a solo trip, with good sunlight and a nice view, making the room enjoyable. The mattress and pillow were very comforta

Dinner was delicious, especially the local specialties heated right in front of us on a traditional hearth. The room also had a massage chair that helped relieve our tired legs and back after walking a lot. Although it's far away and we can't visit every season, we would love to

The staff's thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. We chose a room with an open-air bath, and it was truly the best. The room was also very clean. The staff's dedication to welcoming guests in the best possible way was evident and truly wonderful. We definitely plan to use thi

The room's shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were all unified with Laura Ashley products, which I really appreciated! The west-facing view was beautiful, and overall it was a satisfying stay. One point of concern—similar to last time—is that the space between tables during brea

The large public bath felt around 43–45°C to me, which was too hot to soak in, but the Room, changing area, and bathing area were kept very clean. Even when fully booked, it was an easy Hotel to stay in. Great value for money—I would definitely return—and I recommend this Accomm

I stayed for one night while visiting museums. The Room was very clean, and the amenities and drinks were well stocked, so I could relax comfortably. Although it’s close to Tokyo Station, it was quiet at night. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive, and they stored my

The Hotel was clean, and we enjoyed delicious meals. However, it was exactly sunset time, and it was disappointing that the curtains were closed so we couldn’t see it. The Onsen had a wonderfully silky texture that left our skin smooth! We used it three times. One thing that concerned me: when we arrived, a staff member came to take our luggage. While we waited with our dog in a stroller, we were told to wait outside until check-in at the front desk was completed. Waiting outside in the summer heat didn’t feel appropriate. If possible, I would have liked to wait inside—even in a corner of the lobby—while only one representative went in to complete the check-in. I heard that around autumn there will be a new Accommodation where guests can stay with their dogs, and I’m looking forward to it! I would also be very happy if there were a dog run.

I visited Tokyo Skytree for the first time, and the location was perfect as the Hotel is right by Oshiage Station, with no transfers needed from the Keikyu Main Line at Haneda Airport to the Toei Asakusa Line. It was very convenient to stroll around Solamachi as if it were a gard

The warm hospitality of the staff, the quality of the onsen, the comfort of the room, and the wonderful meals we enjoyed in the room with my husband—all of it became a wonderful memory for us as a couple. We were able to spend a heartwarming time thanks to the staff's thoughtfuln

The beds were large and very comfortable. There was also plenty of space besides the beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate, allowing us to enjoy a proper soak in the bathtub, which was excellent. There were supermarkets and dining options within walking distance, making

We stayed with a same-day Reservation, and everything was excellent. We checked in later than planned and were almost late for our dinner Reservation, but every staff member provided outstanding service without showing any displeasure. Thank you very much. Both the open-air bath

The room was a twin and was more spacious and clean than I expected, making it comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. After having rice, my husband brought all types of bread (about 6 kinds), and we shared them. Surprisingly, we could eat them all

Its depth allows for a luxurious soak up to your shoulders while watching TV—such an indulgent experience. Being able to choose bath salts is another delightful touch that helps melt away work fatigue. Although my stays are often short and I rarely have time to use items like
