The shower had great water pressure and was extremely comfortable, instantly washing away the fatigue from traveling. Above all, all of the staff were truly kind and attentive. Their thoughtful hospitality made our stay warm and memorable. Now I understand why it’s so popular and

The Room was spacious, the large public bath was clean, and the lighting and interior tones were calm and lovely. We only visited the restaurant "The lounge on the water," but both the breakfast buffet and dinner were highly satisfying. Within walking distance are Marine World an

It was a great decision—I was very satisfied. From the room on the 21st floor, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Seto Inland Sea and islands including Itsukushima. The Room was spotless and felt very clean, and the amenities were excellent: a SONY wall-mounted TV, a BOSE wire

We stayed here to celebrate my father's 70th birthday! The meals were delicious, and when we mentioned it was his 70th birthday, they immediately provided a celebratory hat, a traditional vest, and even a message card! The staff were incredibly kind and made us very happy.

What surprised me most was how perfect their pillows were! It’s rare for me to sleep so deeply—I didn’t wake up even once during the night—and my friend laughed saying she experienced exactly same thing! Then came breakfast next morning: those pancakes! Made luxuriously with ric

The front desk staff were polite during check-in, and the lobby area was clean with sofas for relaxing. The complimentary welcome drinks were unlimited, which was a nice service to quench your thirst. The room was clean and comfortable. I opted for breakfast and looked forward to

All the staff were pleasant and provided excellent service. The next day, I stayed at Nekoma Rikyuu accommodation, and the transition between accommodations was smooth due to good coordination. A few minor issues: The buffet area felt crowded and not very relaxing due to many

Also, when I stayed at Nishitetsu Fukuoka, there was a Panasonic Nanoe hairdryer (red) in the large public bath, so I thought there would be one in Nagoya as well, but there was only a Dyson. The room was clean, and the lobby was cutely decorated in Christmas style with free dr

I was surprised that both the shower and hair dryer were all ReFa. It was amazing. The food was flawless, with great taste and a wide variety of dishes, which made me feel truly pampered. Especially the sirloin steak—it was so tender and unbelievably delicious. I ate too much at

We stayed as a family to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, we were amazed by the spacious, wonderful Room you prepared for us. When we checked out, we learned that it had been upgraded free of charge, which truly moved us even more. At dinner, you even prepared a fruit platter to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our anniversary—thank you so much. Our whole family was touched by your warm thoughtfulness. The Onsen also offered a great variety, and we enjoyed bathing many times. Most memorable of all was the dinner buffet. Not only was every dish delicious, but each time limited-quantity items were announced one after another, we found ourselves excitedly wondering what would come next as we enjoyed our meal. Thanks to the Room, the Onsen, the meals, and above all the warm hospitality of your staff, this trip became an unforgettable memory for our entire family. After returning home, my husband and children told me, “Thanks to you, Mom, it was such a wonderful trip. Let’s do it again.” That made this trip especially joyful for me as well. I sincerely appreciate all of your kindness and consideration. We look forward to visiting again as a family someday. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for an event at Big Sight. The front desk staff were wonderful, and the Room and Facility were clean, with an amazing view—overall I was very satisfied with my stay at this lovely Hotel. The free shuttle bus to Big Sight was also a huge help. I liked the ameni

There were several kinds of alcohol—including sparkling wine—available with unlimited refills, and even snacks were provided, which made for a nice break after checking in early. The mini financiers were delicious. The refreshing smiles from the front desk staff were also very

Thanks to the excellent location and kind staff, we had a comfortable stay. The Facility was well equipped, and the curry was very delicious. Although the Room felt a bit small, our overall satisfaction was so high that it didn’t bother us at all, and it became a wonderful memory.

The in-room dinner was very delicious. The broth of the clam and mushroom hot pot was exquisite, and the gratin of pear was a wonderful meal. Thank you for the birthday message card with a beautifully hand-drawn picture and text. This was my second stay, and I will use it again.

You can even enjoy sampling different types of sake in the morning—it's heaven for tourists! (laughs) The staff's cheerful announcement when bringing freshly prepared dishes to your table makes you want to dig in right away—it’s such a nice touch! I look forward to staying he

The location is close to Sarusawa Pond, making it convenient for sightseeing. Naramachi is also nearby, so you can enjoy dining and shopping as well. The Hotel itself is not new, but it has everything you need, and the Room size feels just right. The staff were kind and courteous, and they also helped with recommendations for places to eat. I chose the plan with breakfast included. It was buffet-style, and everything was carefully prepared—delicious and enjoyable. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. I arrived by rental car, but there is no dedicated Hotel parking lot. You can park at a flat rate in the adjacent (Mitsui) coin parking lot, but if it’s full you’ll need to find another option yourself. I spent the mornings exploring within walking distance and drove farther out in the afternoon, then returned in the evening to park again. At that time of day, it seemed like day-trippers were leaving, so it worked out well for me. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Nara.

Michi-no-Eki Itano is next door, and a short drive away there are plenty of places to eat. As it’s still newly built, it feels very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very helpful and left a great impression. I’ve stayed at other Hotels in the same group as well; whi

We stayed here for sightseeing. We thought it was a Resort Hotel mainly for golf, but it was also a great Hotel to enjoy for sightseeing. The large public bath and open-air bath were at just the right temperature and very relaxing. Dinner featured excellent dishes, plus obanzai, and we were satisfied because we chose the all-you-can-drink option with sake, shochu, and beer. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and fun, and we made wonderful memories.

Complimentary café services are available along with desserts from 8 PM to 10 PM. The amenities provided were also satisfactory without any issues. Overall, this accommodation offered a very high level of satisfaction! It’s definitely a place I’d like to stay at again! Thank you

Both the Facility and the Room were new and had a sense of cleanliness. The Room amenities were well-equipped, and the outlets above both beds were GOOD!! Since it was a Room on the top floor on the railway and sea side, the view was excellent! The sound of the train was not both
