While all baths in Nyuto Onsen are excellent, this accommodation is the most modern, making it ideal for elderly guests or families. Before our stay, we received a call informing us that there might be temporary water outages during our visit. Although there were occasional dis

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The staff’s service was very pleasant and made us feel truly comfortable. Their efforts for guests and thoughtful hospitality felt warmly sincere. It is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly relax. We would love to visit again if we have the chance. It was our first time staying in Nasu, and it became a lovely memory for us. In particular, the male attendant’s lighthearted talk at dinner made everyone smile and created a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much. We also visited for an anniversary, and we were very happy to receive such a lovely gift. In fact, we just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you again for all your kindness and care. We will cherish it and use it with gratitude.

Everything was wonderful—the beautiful Room, the delicious meals, the private bath, and all the Hotel staff! The food in particular was outstanding. The course meal, made with plenty of locally sourced ingredients from Shimoda, let us truly savor the richness of Shimoda, and we e

Despite booking with an early bird discount, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a slightly larger room. Both the room and the large public bath were clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious—everything exceeded my expectations. I’ve decided that this will definite

My favorite part is the complimentary late-night soba. It’s just the right portion after a bath, and it’s a service I look forward to every time. The sauna was also excellent. I worked up a good sweat and was able to fully relax, which helped me refresh from travel and work fati

Although only smoking Rooms were available, smoking was allowed on the balcony, so the Room didn't smell at all. The bed was large, there was a sofa, and the large TV and other Facilities were unimaginable for the price. I was also pleased with the coffee and water service. The s

I took a solo trip to Ureshino Onsen. While there are few Ryokan that cater to solo travelers, I found Shoen. It has the atmosphere of a classic Showa-era Ryokan, and both the meals and the hot spring water were excellent. Since there were not many guests, I was able to relax in the open-air bath as if it were reserved just for me. I highly recommend this Accommodation for solo travel. Thank you very much.

This Accommodation never disappoints, no matter how many times we stay. The open-air baths include two types—a barrel bath and a rock bath—and can also be reserved for private family use. The meals are excellent, especially the beef tongue stew. The amenities also seem to get upgraded every time we visit. This time, because of the rain, we couldn’t have breakfast outside, but the outdoor breakfast is wonderful as well. It was also great that we were able to book a little cheaper through Yahoo Travel. We’d love to stay again.

Everyone greeted us warmly, making us feel at ease. The meals were high-quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. Breakfast, in particular, was plentiful enough to fill you up! While the room's Onsen was great, being able to use the main building's large public bath and enjo

The excellent location, sophisticated interior, and the comfort that felt just like home... And above all, the wonderful staff!! The smiles, attentiveness, and hospitality of the staff were exceptional. Thanks to them, it became a truly memorable trip. We would definitely

On the way back from Kinosaki Onsen, I stayed overnight as I am not comfortable driving at night. The Hotel seems new and clean. It is convenient with a roadside station and a convenience store nearby. The room appears to have a foreign-style design, with hangers placed at a high position. It might be slightly inconvenient for shorter individuals. Overall, it was a comfortable Hotel to stay in.

I had been wanting to stay here whenever I visited Kobe, drawn by the breakfast. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a great selection not only of bread and sweets but also sausages, omelets, beef stew, and more. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax comfortably.

I stayed for one night and two days. I had previously seen a container Hotel on TV, so I was really looking forward to it. The front desk staff explained everything very politely, and I had a pleasant stay. It was a bit disappointing that there weren’t any restaurants nearby, but there is a convenience store within walking distance, so it wasn’t an issue. I’d be happy to see this expand across the whole country.

It was my first stay, but the Comfort Double A Room was very spacious and clean, allowing me to relax. The onsen and sauna were also clean, and I had a pleasant time. Additionally, the breakfast was unexpectedly surprising in both content and quality, which amazed me. I highl

The Club building is new, and the Room was very clean and relaxing. The service at the Club Lounge was exceptional. During afternoon tea time, there were daily variations that made it enjoyable even for two consecutive days. The cocktail time offered a wide selection of alcoholic

It was fun—the teacher was enjoyable, and next time I come, I'd like to learn how to make delicious coffee. I had a watercolor painting with a bamboo pen made as a memento. And most importantly, the staff are truly friendly, always smiling, which makes me happy. I want to

Above all, the open-air bath with a view of the snow was delightful. Our child who wanted to play in the snow had a great time in the hotel's garden using free tools for making snowballs and borrowed sleds. The onsen was also excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets featured

I was overwhelmed from the entrance, and there was a corridor leading to the separate room, with seasonal flowers arranged here and there, making me feel the hospitality towards guests. The garden could be seen from the room, and the lighting and window designs exceeded expecta

The surprise plate from the Hotel also made it a wonderful memory. As I am pregnant with our second child, this trip was likely to be our last one for a while. It turned out to be such an unforgettable experience filled with precious memories with my family and child that I coul

It was that wonderful. I believe this is an older Ryokan that has been renovated, and I was truly impressed by the concept. It’s a triumph of spatial design. The entire building is kept softly dim, with sophisticated lighting creating a luxurious atmosphere, and carefully select
