Overall, it was nearly perfect; however, since the North Wing and the main building with the restaurant are slightly apart, it might feel inconvenient during bad weather—hence one point deducted. Still, I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already made a reservation for the autumn foli

I stayed at the property to celebrate my mother's birthday. When I mentioned this at the time of reservation, they kindly prepared a message card in the room on the day after contacting us in advance. My mother was very pleased. Thank you very much. The room was very clean

I was very satisfied with the meal selection and timing, as well as the attentive service from the staff during meals. The Room also offered a lovely view of the green mountains, and best of all, it was quiet with no hustle and bustle, so I could truly relax. The bath was a bit far and required walking across floors; since this stay was in summer it was fine, but if I have the chance to stay in winter, I think it would be nice to have a long-sleeved jacket to wear over the yukata. Both dinner and breakfast were light yet satisfying, and every dish was delicious. In the morning there was complimentary coffee, which was perfect for a relaxing moment before departure. I would like to stay again when traveling in Chiba. Thank you very much.

I traveled with my partner. The Hotel felt a bit old, but all the staff we passed greeted us warmly and cheerfully, which was very pleasant. They promptly assisted with the reservation call for river rafting and handled it efficiently. The meals in the morning and evening had a wide variety of dishes, were visually colorful, and used local ingredients, which I appreciated. The chicken in the hot pot was delicious, as was the rice. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Next time, I’d like to try river rafting too!

Every time I travel, I use Comfort Hotels in various locations. Thank you for promptly responding to my request for an extra pillow. The bathroom drainage was good, making it easy to use. Although it was a twin room, the beds were spacious, and I was able to rest very comfo

The bath rating was set to 4 as there was no Onsen, but the Room had a proper bathtub where I could relax and unwind. Additionally, the staff's hospitality was excellent; everyone was very polite, making my stay pleasant. Thank you very much. The location is perfect, with Tak

The cabin was affordable and had a high satisfaction level, but I felt the combined toilet and shower room was slightly inconvenient, so I tried using a private room. The private room had a separate bath and toilet in a small space, and it was equipped with a bottle of water an

I was also grateful to have a mini kitchen and a washing machine in the Room. I was able to spend my time comfortably with clean, freshly washed clothes. The bath was also clean and pleasant, so I used it in the morning and evening. It would be nice to have bath salts as amenit

The Kinugawa river gorge visible from the Room was also wonderful and relaxing. You can also go through the courtyard down close to the riverbank, and you can enjoy feeding the koi (one free bag of koi food per person is provided in the courtyard). The meals were also very delici

The front desk, the welcoming entrance, the views, the baths, and the staff were all wonderful. This was my first stay, but it’s a Ryokan I’d love to visit again. A few points I’d like to see improved: Regarding payment and the “Come Again Fukushima” Plan, I thought it would apply, but it turned out that only on-site payment was eligible and online payment was not. The application process is confusing, so it would be helpful if it were made clearer. There is no ramp at Fujita-no-Yu, so I would really appreciate it if one could be installed. I was truly comforted by the staff’s warm and natural greetings. I’m glad I could talk about local topics with the person who took care of our dinner. Thank you very much.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff’s smiles were a treat as well. All those lounge perks—everything for free… Hotel, are you sure this is okay? Drinking wine by the pool at night also became a wonderful memory. I was completely satisfied! I’ll definitely be bac

The guest rooms and the large public bath were convenient and easy to use. Breakfast was sufficient as well. However, it was disappointing that there was only one elevator, so we often had to wait.

\nIt was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost.\nThe Room was very spacious and clean, and I was happy that the bathroom and toilet were separate!\nThere was also a washing machine and microwave in the Room, and the front desk ha

” I also left a little after 4:30 a.m., and when I apologized to the male front desk staff for the trouble I had caused her, he said, “Please don’t worry—this happens sometimes.” I’ve stayed at AZ Hotel in Fukuoka as well, and it really is an excellent Hotel. Thank you very muc

Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!

Amenities were adequately provided, and with a table and chairs available, light dining in the Room was possible. The best part was that the bathroom had a separate washing area and bathtub, making it very comfortable to use. Additionally, there were extra towels prepared speci

Check-in and check-out processes were smooth too; everything seemed well-organized. My mother mentioned she would love to stay here again when we visit Osaka next time—and I completely agree! As someone who stays at various hotels of different ranks every year—I can confidently

The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay stress-free. Breakfast included both Japanese and Western options, all carefully prepared and delicious. A staff member kindly offered to make an omelet for me, and

It was a very comfortable Hotel. The staff were kind, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, which was great. One disappointing thing was that the refrigerator did not get cold at all.

No matter how many times you stay, Takahashiya is an accommodation that always leaves you fully satisfied. A warm welcome at the entrance, Kind greetings from the staff, Rooms with unique designs and styles, Perfectly sized baths available 24 hours a day, Complimenta
