The welcome drink and snack service were also delightful touches. The bath facilities allowed for relaxing soaks, and the changing area was clean and well-maintained. I personally appreciated that the showerhead and hairdryer were from ReFa! It was truly an excellent stay

I stayed on the ladies' floor. I made the reservation with a light heart, wondering what a ladies' floor is, but I was very satisfied with the quietness of the floor and the attention to detail in the room's facilities and amenities. The large mirror with lights made it easy to d

This was my fourth stay. This place is exceptionally well-equipped for dogs, and everything is comfortable. When it comes to Facilities where you can stay with your dog, owners often have to compromise on something, but here both the meals and the baths were completely satisfying. The Hotel staff are kind, and it’s simply a very welcoming place. We stayed during the Obon holiday period, but it was wonderfully cool, and our dog—who had been worn out by the summer heat of over 35°C every day—was full of energy again. It’s truly an ideal summer retreat.

We soaked in the Onsen, enjoyed a delicious dinner in a spacious dining area, and the next morning relaxed again in a massage chair while watching the beautiful sunrise. This is our favorite Accommodation as a couple in our 70s. We will visit again to unwind. Thank you very muc

There is a Hankyu store on the way to the station, and there are also shops inside the station, with a convenience store on the first floor. There are several shops nearby as well. Although it's close to the station, it's a calm and quiet area. The breakfast buffet offers two

The scent is completely different from locations like Ginza—relaxing, almost like New Caledonia's niaouli. The staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and attentive. Despite interacting with about five staff members, all of them displayed perfect manners and care, even tho

All the front desk staff were very pleasant. The attached parking lot was convenient. The extension fee was reasonable and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and satisfying. It would be great if there were a cold water dispenser in the large public bath area. Alth

We stayed as a two-generation family of four. Since my mother has difficulty walking and a barrier-free Room happened to be available, we chose this Room. It was very convenient, on the same floor as the lobby lounge. The Room was furnished as shown in the photos, but some pieces felt a bit in the way for moving around. The toilet door was heavy, and for an in-room toilet it felt oddly like a hospital-style door. There was also a large mirror directly in front of it; the placement wasn’t great because it was on the wall by the toilet and could be seen from the sofa while resting, which I didn’t like. The Room itself is very spacious, which is great. You can step out onto the balcony through the bay window and enjoy fresh forest air, which felt wonderful. The view wasn’t great since we were on the 3rd floor, but in return, the view from the 6th-floor bath area was unbelievably beautiful—something I’d never seen before—and I highly recommend using the baths. The food offered many dishes, and because the lobby area is spacious, getting around during meals was smooth—it really felt like being at a resort. Drink servers were set up so you could get beverages in various areas, and overall service was excellent. We could feel thoughtful service at every moment and truly enjoyed all-inclusive stay. For activities, there seem to be table tennis, karaoke, tennis, etc. Overall, it felt like most guests were Japanese.

At this Hotel, both the Premium Floor and Executive Floor offer not only spacious Rooms but also smaller Rooms that are just right for solo stays, so you can choose to suit your needs. On the Premium or Executive Floor, regardless of Room size, the hospitality is excellent, mak

It was also great that the sushi was made fresh right in front of us. Since we were on an upper floor, the view was wonderful, and the spacious Room was very comfortable. The Room felt clean and well maintained, with thorough housekeeping. We’re already talking about coming back

The bath experience was also great; in the morning, they switched the men’s and women’s baths, so I got to enjoy both during my stay—once at night and again in the morning! It’s truly a wonderful place. Both of us thought we’d love to come back again, so we will definitely

And the breakfast buffet was outstanding—an incredible variety and everything was delicious. From rice topped with bonito flakes or bonito broth to seared bonito (tataki), salads, simmered dishes, fried items, and stir-fries—everything was excellent. I would definitely stay again

When I checked the route during a walk, I found out that the elevators only operate from 6:00 AM and were not available early in the morning. The front desk kindly provided clear directions, and I was glad I confirmed in advance. The Room was spacious, had a great view, and I

As an airline-affiliated Hotel, it generally feels safe and reliable to stay here. It is located in the heart of Matsuyama City, right in front of the Okaido tram/bus stop and next to Mitsukoshi. It’s an excellent location for both sightseeing and business. Matsuyama’s down

Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious, delicious, and more than we could finish—we were very satisfied. The view from the Room was great, and soaking in the bath while listening to the sound of the sea was truly relaxing. The beach was right outside, which thrilled our child.

We were satisfied with everything, including the staff, Room, bath, and meals. It is also conveniently located near the station. I stayed here while accompanying my younger brother (who requires nursing care), and we did not experience any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much.

On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. This year as well, thanks to your kind support via IKYU, you accommodated our requests, and we were able to spend quiet, relaxing time in a spacious Room. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration. While providing environmentally conscious services, you also respond pleasantly to guests’ detailed requests, and once again we truly felt how glad we were to stay with you this year. We would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the parking staff and the cleaning staff; their support made our four-day stay wonderful. We look forward to staying with ibis Styles Sapporo again next time. Thank you very much, everyone. It is an excellent Hotel.

Whenever we visited Oku-Nikko and Yumoto, we would stop by Senjogahara or the ranch, and this Accommodation had always caught our eye. After turning 60, my spouse and I stayed here for the first time. The Onsen and the breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and it was a relaxing summer holiday to see many couples around our age dining in the restaurant. After ringing a bear bell and walking around Senjogahara for over an hour, we headed to Nikko Toshogu Shrine!

Our family of four stayed in a room with a private open-air bath, and it was amazing—even putting it mildly. The meals, baths, and views were all excellent. The food was generous and delicious, and at night we enjoyed a sky full of stars. The bath left our skin silky smooth—especially the morning bath, which I highly recommend. This was our first stay, but it’s an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much.

It was a one-night trip to Shizuoka for the two of us after a long time. We wanted to enjoy delicious fish near the fishing port and found a Hotel near Shimizu Port. Although we got lost on the way during check-in, the staff who assisted us were very kind and helpful. The R
