I finally made it to Kinosaki Onsen, a place I had long wanted to visit. The public bath-hopping, the crab kaiseki dinner, and the charming streets were all wonderful. Above all, the warm hospitality from your staff made this a truly relaxing and heartwarming trip. Thank you very

Relaxing in the large bath and sauna is truly the best. The room was clean, and the complimentary financier was delicious. Everything, including the service, is consistently above a certain standard, so I can stay here with peace of mind every time. I look forward to staying agai

It was a clean, quiet hotel with a great atmosphere. Since the price was reasonable, I honestly didn’t expect much, but it far exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied! The breakfast in particular was truly delicious—on par with what you’d get at a specialty café or bakery—and I was genuinely impressed. The Agu pork sausage croissant sandwich was outstanding. Not only was the sausage excellent, but the balance with the carrot râpée and whole-grain mustard inside was perfect—I still find myself wanting to eat it again just thinking about it. The island banana and chocolate baked treat was unbelievably good as well—so delicious it hardly felt like “just hotel breakfast.” You could really tell that both the ingredients and cooking were carefully considered. Housekeeping is provided once every three days, but they delivered fresh towels (including a bath mat!) and water every day, so I had no inconvenience at all. Highly recommended!

The bathtub was a comfortable size, and I was able to relax very well.

A colleague who traveled with me on business also said it was a good Hotel. In particular, the complimentary breakfast was very satisfying from the morning—there were perfectly portioned side dishes served in small portions that you could choose from. It’s amazing to get this

This was my first stay here. The cuisine was outstanding—delicious Yonezawa beef and flavorful Tsuyahime rice. The baths were not very crowded, so I could relax and soak while listening to the gentle sound of the river. It was a truly soothing inn in every way. I will definitely stay again if I have the chance.

While looking for Kurokawa Onsen, I came across Yamazaki Ryokan. I stayed there during my visit, and it was an even more wonderful Accommodation than I had imagined. I would definitely like to stay again! - The Shuttle Service to and from the Kurokawa bus stop was available, which I really appreciated. - The building itself was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping was thorough. It felt reassuring—like coming back to my family home—and I was able to relax in comfort. - All of the staff welcomed us with smiles at all times, and their service was truly outstanding. The warm, homey atmosphere throughout made it very pleasant. - During my stay, I could enjoy the Onsen anytime as much as I wanted, at whatever time suited me. It really helped soothe away my fatigue afterward. - Dinner was generous in portion size, each dish showed thoughtful creativity, and everything was genuinely delicious. - Breakfast also featured many carefully prepared dishes, and I was very satisfied. Overall, I could truly feel the staff’s hospitality throughout my stay and enjoyed a wonderfully luxurious time. If I have the chance to visit again, I would absolutely like to stay here.

This is my favorite Ryokan in Izu Kogen. It was my first stay in a while. This time, my eldest daughter—who usually works extremely hard as a nurse—was able to take an unusual long weekend and said she wanted to celebrate my birthday, so we decided to stay here. There are nine private baths, each with a different style. My daughter was thrilled and kept saying, “I’m going to try them all!” At dinner, the kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) I specially requested was huge, and she happily said, “Dad, this fish is delicious!” She smiled the entire trip. The one who felt most healed by this relaxing getaway was me—the father. The staff’s service was truly top-notch, and our stay was very comfortable. I’d love to visit again. Next time, I’ll probably get scolded if I don’t bring my younger daughter too.

Thanks to your thoughtful hospitality, it became the best birthday for both my friend and me. We are sincerely grateful to have spent such happy time and made unforgettable memories. The Room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere as well.

Upon arrival, we were guided by a cart to our Room while still in the car, and the check-in process and explanations were handled smoothly and efficiently. We took a walk before dinner, and when we entered the main building, it was a wonderful place with great atmosphere, where we enjoyed a very delicious dinner. I felt it was great to be able to spend such a relaxing time with my wife.

We stayed with children, and it was a wonderful Hotel. All the staff were kind to our children, so we were able to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The facilities were comfortable, and the view from our Room was great—we could all unwind and enjoy ourselves as a family. The food was delicious, and the staff service was attentive. This Accommodation is highly recommended for family trips. We would love to stay here again when traveling to the Noto area.

It’s different from a typical Hotel, but the Room was spacious and great. I’ll use it again.

The photos on the booking site looked kind of bluish, so when I arrived I honestly thought it might be a different building (lol). The building looks a bit old, but at check-in they offered hot oshibori towels, there was free mineral water in the room fridge, and the room was very clean and comfortable. My room was near the elevator, but I couldn’t hear any noise from the hallway at all (maybe there weren’t many guests). Overall I was very satisfied, but one thing I didn’t like was the TV remote. The TV was a Sharp, but the remote was a third-party one and responded terribly slowly—it really annoyed me. Maybe someone took the original remote home? It’s right in front of Kurobe Station, but there are no restaurants nearby. You’ll need to eat in the hotel or go buy something at the Lawson about 150 m away. If you go to Lawson, you can get a ¥100 discount coupon at the front desk that can be used on purchases of ¥300 or more—make sure to use it. I walked about 2 km to a tonkatsu restaurant along Old Route 8 for dinner. It was nice as a little walk.

We stayed as a family of three. The Onsen was wonderful—smooth and silky, a truly great Onsen. The meals were also excellent. We chose the course with sukiyaki. Everything—sukiyaki, sashimi, tempura, miso-grilled chicken, and more—was carefully prepared and delicious. Breakfast was served in a different dining area filled with morning sunlight, and it was just as tasty. The building was very clean, the Room was spacious and spotless, hot water and cold water were provided, and the futon was very comfortable. Everyone at the Accommodation was kind and attentive, so we had a great time. It’s an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again.

The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated that the toilet and bath were separate. The area was quiet, so I slept well. Breakfast is buffet-style, and the staff prepare freshly cooked dishes such as stir-fries on site. The flavors were well balanced, with a comforting, home-s

We visited during summer vacation with our child and our 15-year-old Toy Poodle. We’ve stayed at various pet-friendly hotels, but this one offered excellent value and was very comfortable. The building is a bit old, but it’s well maintained, and the owner couple’s hospitality was attentive without being intrusive. Our dog played a lot in the dog run and got so excited about the roast beef dinner that, despite being a senior, he ate about 80% of it. Of course, the meals for humans were also carefully prepared—generous portions and delicious. Is it really okay to offer all this at this price…? Thank you so much! We’d love to come again.

The staff are always kind and very attentive. This time, I stayed in the Kinun Room for the first time. Even the room sign feels special and elegant. The room sparkles with gold accents, and the Totoblu artwork on the bed back featuring two cranes is truly stunning.

It’s a wonderful Room with a great view, so I would be happy if these issues could be improved. I’m planning to visit again in a few months, so I found myself hoping for a different Room next time. I love this lovely Hotel and plan to continue staying here in the future—thank

I also appreciated being able to take coffee back to my Room. If I may be indulgent, introducing pajamas and providing drip coffee in the Room would make me a definite repeat customer. Lastly, the staff, including those at the front desk, were very kind, making my stay extremely

When we arrived at the Hotel by private car, many staff members warmly welcomed us, and their courteous service was truly pleasant. We had a comfortable stay in every way, and we were happy with the perks as well—thank you. The hospitality was excellent this time, and our stay w
