My family wasn’t all together at check-in, but the staff kindly offered to hold our key card at the front desk. They proactively spoke to us before we even asked, and their thoughtful service was much appreciated. It was a bit disappointing that the lounge closed earlier than expected in the evening, but overall we had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

I originally had a Reservation at another Hotel, but after seeing this one on YouTube and hearing the food was great, I changed to this Hotel. There were plenty of amenities in front of the front desk, and they even provided baskets to carry them—an excellent service. They also offer free drinks and have a water dispenser. The women-only floor made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay. I was very satisfied with the breakfast I had been looking forward to; the vegetables were truly delicious. I wanted to try the curry too, but I was too full, which was a shame. This is a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

I booked this as a stopover for the middle of our Multiple Night Stay trip without knowing much about the area, and it was wonderful! The Room was spacious, and the futons were already laid out in the Japanese-style room. The bedding was very comfortable—perhaps with a mattress included—and I slept well without any body aches. The Onsen Facility was also very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and my wife and children were very happy. Thank you very much!

The service was very polite. The 200 yen beer and chu-hi were very delicious, and I had refills. The receptionist was also very courteous, making my stay very pleasant. I enjoyed the New Year's soba as well. The amenities were well-prepared, making it a great hotel for wom

Toilet: Of course, equipped with a washlet Room layout: Easy to use. The chair has casters, which is convenient Bed: Good and clean TV: Free movies. Not many titles, but there are some quite good ones Large public bath: No sauna, but the bath area is clean and a good size

The bedding was excellent. We stayed as a triple. Although it was an extra bed, the mattress did not sink, and we slept soundly. Amenities were available in the lobby, including bath salts, allowing us to enjoy our favorite scents individually. Thank you very much!

It was very good. The front desk staff (several people) were very attentive and helpful, and they assisted us in many ways. It was a little difficult to adjust the Room air conditioning. The value for money is excellent and the location is great, so I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a parent and child for my son’s university entrance exams. ■ Warm hospitality for exam takers At check-in, the staff asked, “Are you here for exams?” and gave us a small gift. My son, who was feeling nervous, seemed relieved by the thoughtful gesture, and I’m truly grateful as a parent. ■ Excellent amenities and a comfortable Room The amenity bar was well stocked—my son especially liked the bath salts and was able to relax. I also tried a face mask for the first time in my life! Even as an older guy (haha), it felt very refreshing after a bath. We were assigned a corner connecting Room, which allowed us to maintain privacy while still being close enough—making our stay extremely comfortable. ■ Great location It’s close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble at all even with a Plan without dinner. ■ A small suggestion for the future Winter in Matsumoto was drier than expected, so having hand cream among the amenities would make it even better! Thanks to the kindness of all the staff, my son was able to take his exam in great condition. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Matsumoto. Thank you very much!

I stayed for 2 nights during my trip back home. First of all, the room was clean! The bathroom area was also very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of drinks available. One morning, the staff kindly asked if I preferred rice, porridge, or bread. Unfort

The Room was clean and quiet, which was great. I was very happy that there was a welcome drink. I also appreciated the small lobby area. The bathroom was clean, but it was small and cramped. For breakfast, the restaurant seemed to be under renovation, so I ordered a bento for 600

I’ve stayed at many hotels with kitchens, including overseas, and this place is among the best. It’s close to Kotoni Subway Station, and there’s an AEON directly connected to the station, making it easy to cook for yourself. Between there and JR Kotoni Station, you’ll find plenty

It’s also a space that could be used for studying; my older son said the desk in our Room was enough and studied there instead. We both got a lot done and were very satisfied. It was also a big plus that there’s a famous “bukkake udon” shop just a short walk away, as well as a d

We stayed as a family with breakfast included, and the Room was clean and well maintained. The bed was firm, and we slept very well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of side dishes, all of which were delicious. Thank you to the staff for their kind service with warm smiles. There was also a large public bath, which we enjoyed at a relaxing pace.

I stayed here again following last year. From check-in, the staff welcomed me with friendly, familiar service. I accidentally left my music player behind the bedding, but they called me and kindly arranged to send it back. Thank you very much.

At first, we used to request a baggage rack, but now it’s always prepared in the room without asking. We stayed during our trip to Niigata after a while, and once again, everything was perfectly prepared, which made us very happy. The morning breakfast is always delicious. During

I use this Hotel as a base to visit Onsen centers in Minamata and Ashikita Town. This time, I stayed for two nights again, and the complimentary breakfast was very delicious. The nighttime alcohol service is also really helpful. I'll take some vacation days next month to visit ag

I stayed at the accommodation again to attend the Chintoro Festival for the second time. This time as well, I was provided with a room where I could see the fireworks, and I was able to enjoy them leisurely from my room, which felt incredibly luxurious! Thank you so much. Reg

All the staff I met were friendly, kind, and attentive. The free beer in the cozy lobby was a delightful touch, and the autumn leaves were beautifully vibrant. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and felt just right. For Onsen, we visited four partner hotel locations for hot

The property has been renovated and feels exceptionally clean. The front desk, guest rooms, and restaurant all offer breathtaking views. If it had an open-air bath, it would be perfect.

We stayed as a parent and child. Despite being very busy, the staff took care of us efficiently and promptly. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. We received Kintoki sweet potatoes as a souvenir and enjoyed them at home as tempura. The chilled sake was also excellent.
