This was my second stay. I truly feel from the bottom of my heart that I’m so glad I found Haccho-no-Yu. Thank you always for your heartfelt hospitality. The baths and the Room are wonderful, but above all, the cuisine is exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the many creative dishes prepared by the head chef—they were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much. All of the staff were full of hospitality, and I was able to relax completely. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was in the perfect location for a casual stroll—no matter where we wandered, we always ended up back at the hotel, which was a real comfort. There was so much to see that we walked around happily, and of course our feet paid the price... But this hotel has a natural hot spring! Thanks to that, we were able to head home feeling refreshed and full of energy the next day. We were very satisfied. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, we’d love to stay here again.

The Facility is old, but it’s well cleaned and very tidy. The amenities were fully provided and made for a comfortable stay. The kids struggled a bit with the unfamiliar 3-piece unit bathroom, but it was a good experience. Personally, I was impressed by how easy the combination of the hair dryer holder and cable clip was to use. Yukata are also provided (they were better than those at a large lakeside Hotel). Since we only needed a place to sleep that day, the Facilities and service were more than sufficient. It’s conveniently located close to both the station and the bus stop. In the morning, we had a set breakfast at the Sukiya next door. I’d like to stay again and would recommend it.

It takes longer to walk from the nearest station than I expected, but having a convenience store right in front is convenient. Although the hotel is old, the room is spacious, and the unit space for the bath and toilet is also large, making it easy to use. However, the overwhelm

The top-floor Onsen features silky-smooth water, with ice pops served at night and probiotic drinks in the morning—thoughtful hospitality. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, with carefully selected ingredients in every dish; everything was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The classic late-night soba is light yet flavorful, and I had no trouble finishing it even after dinner.

Thank you so much for the heartfelt hospitality. The time spent at the historic Okutsuso felt as if time slowed down, allowing us to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and truly relax. The meticulous attention to detail throughout the accommodation and the warm smiles of

The Room and the large public bath were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious. I love croissants.

I come to Wakayama once a month and stay here each time. This time, the front desk was extremely helpful, and I really appreciated it—thank you to the front desk staff. Also, when I write my requests on the in-room questionnaire, they are sometimes fulfilled later on. I’m very grateful. I also like the Facilities, such as the large parking lot, public bath, and breakfast service.

The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The Room was clean and functional! The only slight dissatisfaction was the lack of a nearby convenience store, but while exploring, I found a yakiniku restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner. I appreciated the staff's thoughtful gestures, such as the handmade map.

I stayed here during a ski trip and was amazed by the excellent cost performance. The building, rooms, and onsen are all meticulously maintained, ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes with great taste, making it an exceptional v

I stayed in a single Room, and unlike a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious. The bath was also large and relaxing. It does not have an auto-lock system, so you need to remember to lock the door yourself. The breakfast buffet offers many local specialties in addition to stan

Great service. The Room and bathroom/toilet are clean. The step-free transition into the Room is a nice touch. The amenities are outstanding, and they even provide bath salts. Welcome drinks are available. The on-site restaurant was not open at night. The breakfast buff

A luxury to soak in the hot water while listening to Japanese bush warblers during the day and a chorus of frogs at night. The spring-inspired meals were also delicious and truly enjoyable. There aren’t any particularly special amenities or services, but everything feels comfortable—from walking barefoot on the tatami floors throughout the property to the subtle aroma in the air—and it’s genuinely relaxing. The building seems old, but it’s kept very clean, with no faults at all. It was so quiet that I could clearly hear the pleasant snoring from the next room—perhaps part of its charm. The Onsen is, of course, wonderful as well.\nI would definitely love to visit again.

The Room was well-cleaned, had a sense of cleanliness, and I was able to relax comfortably. I enjoyed shopping as there were places like Colette Mare and Summit Store. Access to the Red Brick Warehouse was also convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the Canal Park Station of the

The Room was clean. We had a twin Room, and it also had a sofa by the window, so it felt spacious—there was no problem even with two suitcases open. Since we were on an upper floor, both the night view and the morning scenery were beautiful. It was also very convenient that ther

The abalone, shark fin, and simmered fish were all flawless. The stargazing event was enjoyable, and we could see the Milky Way with the naked eye. The guide's explanations were also entertaining. The open-air bath lived up to its excellent reputation—absolutely perfect! The

It truly felt like a miracle of Izu. The staff were all attentive and provided excellent hospitality. The large communal bath features six different types of baths, each of high quality and incredibly satisfying. This is a Ryokan you can confidently recommend for special oc

It was incredibly clean, and the view of the Skytree from the window was breathtaking. I had a very pleasant stay. The Koala's March cushion was adorable, and the Koala's March pancakes at breakfast were both cute and delicious. This has become my favorite Hotel. Thank you very m

The guest room was well-maintained and very satisfying. The Hotel breakfast buffet is of higher quality compared to Coco's breakfast buffet. There are two convenience stores right in front of the Hotel and a drugstore nearby. The drugstore sells alcohol at prices lower than th

I reserved a twin Japanese-Western Room, and this time I also used the in-room bath once—it was very relaxing. The Room was spacious and had five chairs in total, making it very comfortable to use. The furniture also looked like high-quality pieces from years ago. Even the prov
