This Hotel is very convenient in many ways. First, the location is excellent. For our family, who gets around without a rental car, it was perfect for going anywhere and doing anything. Also, the elevator does not require you to scan your Room key card, which actually made things more convenient. We stayed in a triple Room, and it was very spacious—there was plenty of space even with our suitcases open, so it was comfortable. We also appreciated having a large public bath. After marine activities, you want to shower as soon as you get back to the Hotel, but without a public bath you end up waiting your turn for the shower. In that sense, having a large public bath where everyone can bathe at once is really helpful. However, one thing: I think the public bath closes too early. Breakfast was tasty with no issues, and when we returned to the Hotel from dinner in heavy rain, the front desk kindly lent us bath towels—they were very helpful. We have visited Ishigaki Island several times and stayed at various Hotels, but we decided to make this Hotel our regular place to stay on Ishigaki Island.

The amenities surpass those of a typical business hotel and are noteworthy. Makeup remover, lotion, and emulsion are among the items that even some men will appreciate. The open-air bath on the rooftop is also delightful. The front desk is very helpful. An unexpected "discovery"

I often travel alone and stay at various Properties, but in the same price range, this Room stood out for its quietness, well-equipped amenities, clean bathroom area, and spacious table. Especially the table—it was the first time I encountered a table spacious enough to comfortab

I used the property for an onsen trip with friends, also serving as a year-end party. Thanks to the consideration of the stays, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a room with an open-air bath, which made everyone very happy. The room was spacious, the bath in the room was pleasant,

We stayed as a parent and child the night before an entrance exam. The room and unit bath were very clean and comfortable. Although it was along a main road, we couldn’t hear any noise and had a pleasant stay. We were able to stay in the ANNEX building that was featured on TV, an

I stayed on October 31. Although breakfast was included, I left the hotel around 3 a.m. due to other commitments. In my rush, I forgot the power cable for my laptop in the room. I contacted the front desk before 7 a.m. after arriving home and requested it to be sent via cash-on-delivery. The staff were very polite, and I was surprised that they even covered the shipping cost in advance for me. Thank you so much for your help! I stay in Tsuruoka two to three times a year, and I always choose Route Inn for accommodation there. Thank you again!

While the main building feels a bit old, the Room was clean and the large public bath was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was so delicious it couldn’t be compared to that of a certain chain Hotel.

We also enjoyed a sake tasting set with three types of local sake, savoring each one carefully—they were all excellent. The hotel staff seemed to handle both the lobby and dining areas, but their service was exceptionally pleasant, kind, and attentive. I would love to stay an

I was able to fill the bathtub and soak, which relieved my body fatigue. When I got off the elevator on the 10th floor, I was surprised by the cold hallway. It was like an apartment building with an outdoor corridor. It was interesting. Although my check-in was late, some

Three years ago, I made a Reservation at your Hotel, but I had to Cancel the Reservation due to a forecast of rain from an approaching typhoon, which led to the cancellation of the game. This time, I made a Reservation because the forecast predicts no rain. Your Hotel is located near the Morisekinoshita Station on the Sendai Airport Access Line, but since there are only two trains per hour, I walked from Natori Station on the Tohoku Line. It took about 20 minutes to walk from Natori Station to your Hotel, which felt a bit far. After watching the baseball game, on my way back to the Hotel, I was lucky to catch a train from Sendai Station to Sendai Airport, so I used the Airport Access Line. The room I stayed in was on the second floor, which was the lowest floor for guest rooms. There is a large bath in the Hotel, which I used. It was perfect for a bath after watching the baseball game. The next morning, the breakfast at Route Inn was delicious.

After dinner, we had grilled marshmallows and fruit liqueur by the irori hearth. There was both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and we enjoyed both. The open-air bath faces the river, and in the morning we soaked while watching dragonflies through a net. It was wonderfully

When I consulted with the staff about these matters, they kindly accommodated our requests. (Thanks to them, my mother was very satisfied! We are truly grateful!) Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and made our stay very comfortable. Of course, the meals and onsen wer

This was a repeat stay. The Room was spacious, and the large public bath felt almost private. For this price, I was very satisfied. However, other guests (a family with children) were talking in the hallway for a long time, and the noise carried into the Room, which was extremel

Latte-chan and Mocha-chan, who were just babies before their debut back then, are now completely used to guests. Yodobashi-kun came by at night, and Latte and Mocha visited my Room after breakfast while I was relaxing. They were so adorable and brought me the ultimate comfort.

Although we try to take a couples’ Onsen trip at least once a month, we were busy this month and couldn’t easily find time—so, as usual, it was a last-minute Reservation. We decided to stay nearby and chose Aoni Onsen for its excellent water quality. Luckily, there was a Room available at just the right time. Best of all, we could use the private bath in the building where we stayed free of charge, so my wife and I enjoyed it before heading to the large public bath. The water was great, everything was clean, and the view was wonderful. Dinner was served at the counter with attentive service for each dish while watching the kitchen at work. There was also an impressive lineup of well-known Akita sake—including Aramasa, which I used to drink almost every night. I thought it might shake my resolve since I had only recently quit drinking, but surprisingly it didn’t. With kind encouragement like “Why not just have a little?”—and with my wife unable to drink—I gratefully accepted their thoughtfulness while focusing on the meal. Since sake had always been part of every Onsen trip until now… I expected to feel lonely about it—but I didn’t at all (even though I used to be a certified sake sommelier). We truly enjoyed the Onsen.

The Hotel is reasonably priced, and the Room was spacious, clean, and had separate bath and toilet facilities. The front desk staff were also kind. You can walk to the Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb Dome, and there's a Hiroden station nearby as well, which is convenient.

Next to the Hotel is a Lawson convenience store, followed by a ramen shop and bars. Further down is a bus terminal with direct access to New Chitose Airport in 65 minutes for 1,300 yen. It's much more convenient than transferring between subway and JR at Sapporo Station!

Conveniently located near the subway exit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast smoothie and mango yogurt were delicious. The soup curry was spicy and tasty. One disappointing thing was that when I opened the toilet lid, there was a sewage smell, and it persisted throughout my stay.

This was my second stay. I truly feel from the bottom of my heart that I’m so glad I found Haccho-no-Yu. Thank you always for your heartfelt hospitality. The baths and the Room are wonderful, but above all, the cuisine is exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed the many creative dishes prepared by the head chef—they were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much. All of the staff were full of hospitality, and I was able to relax completely. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

With great access and located at the entrance to the downtown area, it is very convenient. I returned to the Hotel late and couldn’t use the large public bath, but I was happy to hear that the Room bath is also supplied with Onsen water. The staff have a great atmosphere as well.
