This was my second stay. From the ocean-view Room, I could see the sea and sky in the distance, along with the runway, and occasionally watch airplanes—it was a truly wonderful time (it may depend on the floor; I stayed on the 8th floor). All of the staff were kind, and on rainy

As expected, the popular breakfast buffet was very delicious, with a rich and tasty menu that kept me satisfied even during an extended stay. I was pleased with the eco-friendly service during my stay, where although no staff entered the room, towels, amenities, and even coffee a

The location was excellent, close to the station, Kamo River, and Pontocho. After visiting famous spots like Kiyomizu Temple and Ginkakuji by bus, we checked in around 4 PM. The green view from the glass-walled bathroom was very stylish. The room was clean and comfortable.

When I mentioned in advance that we would be staying to celebrate a birthday, they prepared balloons and a congratulatory message in our Room, which truly moved us. They also kindly offered complimentary use of the private bath, so we were able to enjoy a very relaxing bathing time. We were also happy to receive a dessert plate at dinner. For the children, there was a fireworks set, a cute amenities set, gifts for answering quiz questions, and festival-style activities such as target shooting and string-pulling games. There was also self-serve shaved ice where you could adjust the portion size yourself, which was great. At the pool, there were free self-serve rentals of float rings and water guns as well, so we had a lot of fun. There was so much to enjoy that our child was absolutely delighted. We chose the breakfast and dinner buffet options. At dinner there was a live kitchen with hand-rolled sushi and steak (I think), and everything was very delicious. The value for money felt unbelievably good. We went right when service started, so it was probably mostly Japanese guests at first and only moderately busy; however, it gradually became more crowded as more international guests arrived. I think going earlier is more comfortable. The sea bream and tuna sushi were outstanding, and there were also sashimi offerings separately—since we are a family that loves seafood, we really appreciated it. If I had to mention areas for improvement: There was dust under the beds in our Room. Our child playfully reached under the bed and came out covered in dust, which was disappointing. Also (though this may be unavoidable due to the layout), the pool is not connected directly to the large public bath area; you have to move through indoor corridors within the building. After using the pool you need to change clothes before heading to the public bath area, which felt inconvenient—especially for families with children who likely want to bathe after swimming. Because coin laundry is free (and perhaps due to seasonal demand), there can be long waits. A notice said that if someone’s laundry cycle has finished, other guests may move it into a basket—but guests who hadn’t read it seemed startled that someone had moved their items without permission. I understood because I saw the notice myself, but it still didn’t feel great; I wondered if there might be another solution. Since it’s summer and free of charge—and everyone wants to use it—it may simply be inevitable. Overall, we were very satisfied. The value for money was so good that it almost made me wonder if everything was really okay! Thank you very much!

The shuttle bus stop was within a 5-minute walk, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, especially the French toast, and I ended up eating a lot. There was a wide variety of options including salad, bread, rice, donuts, cereal, and side dishes. They even had tako

However, being able to grind coffee beans, the openness of corner windows, a table that felt like a living room setup, and the extraordinary atmosphere were all wonderful features. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep on. From a female perspective, having a hair iron avai

The service exceeded our expectations, and both my spouse and I were deeply impressed. We usually stay at five-star accommodations, but this time, the service provided by everyone here surpassed even that level of satisfaction! First of all, you arranged a room with a relaxing

Even after returning to the hotel in the cold weather, I could warm up thoroughly with the natural flowing moor Onsen and stay energized throughout my stay. I also purchased original items like the hotel's beauty spray and smoked mayonnaise. The location, room cleanliness,

The entire Hotel, including the Room, is clean and very comfortable. The breakfast, in particular, stands out compared to other Hotels with its high quality. There are so many dishes that it's hard to try them all, and they are all delicious. Additionally, enjoying a live kit

I accidentally left my headband at the Hotel and contacted them after returning home. Even though they were busy, they responded quickly and kindly mailed it back with a warm message, which made me very happy. We would love to stay here again when we visit Disney. Thank you very

The next morning included feeding koi fish near the lobby—a serene way to start our day—and it added an elegant touch to our stay. My entire family who stayed together thoroughly enjoyed it as well! This is definitely a ryokan we'd love to visit again someday. Highly recommended

All the staff were friendly and attentive, with just the right amount of distance, which made the stay very comfortable. The recommended cassis juice was also delicious! The jazz background music throughout the property and the modern yukata patterns were wonderful as well.

It was my first time in Fukuoka, but everyone was kind and the food was delicious, so it became one of my favorite places. I definitely want to come again. When I do, I’d like to stay at this Hotel again. The price was very reasonable so I was a little worried at first, bu

The extended check-out time of 14:00 also provides a relaxed morning on departure day. The room is equipped with a DVD player available for rent, allowing guests to enjoy their own DVDs on the large TV near the bed. Watching Mozart operas like "Don Giovanni" and "The Abduction

I stay here every year when I’m in town for work. The food is delicious, and the staff are always welcoming, so I keep coming back every time. I look forward to staying again next time. (I’ll be sure to visit even when it’s not for work!)

I was a bit worried because the building is old, but the room in the main building was well maintained, clean, and full of classic charm. It felt airy and comfortable. The hallway restroom, on the other hand, was modern—like stepping into the present day. The first day was cloudy, but we explored the property and enjoyed walking around while feeling its history. We had fun spotting traces of films and Studio Ghibli here and there. Whenever we passed staff members, they kindly shared explanations and helpful tips. Their affection for the inn really came through, and it made me feel that this is how the place has been carefully preserved over time. The bath temperature was perfect—I could have stayed in for hours—and afterward I cooled off in the evening breeze while enjoying the view. It was a truly relaxing stay. Dinner was served bento-style, but everything tasted great: beautifully presented with a good variety, and more filling than it looked—very satisfying. The flavors were gentle with a clear dashi taste rather than overly strong seasoning like many modern hotels. Since it’s such a photogenic inn, lots of people came to take pictures in front of the main building—and I happily joined in too. A soothing place filled with history and character—this is an inn I’d love to visit again.

The large public bath, accommodating 3-4 people, allowed for a relaxing soak. Breakfast was served in a buffet style, featuring curry and a wide variety of side dishes. I would love to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

It was a reservation during Golden Week, so the hotel was nearly fully booked, but I was able to use the private bath at just the right timing. The next morning, I also used the large public bath, which was clean and relaxing. The breakfast had a limited selection but was delic
