It was clean as always. The distance from Miyako-machi is just right, making it very convenient to use.

The Hotel was spacious and clean, and the staff provided very courteous service. Since it was a weekend after summer vacation had ended, there weren’t many guests, so we were able to relax. We happened to use the large public bath when it was not crowded, so we could enjoy the outside view while bathing and take our time at the sinks as well. The Room was also spacious and clean, and the view of Shibayamagata Lagoon was amazing. Dinner was Japanese cuisine served course by course, but it was disappointing that the next dish took quite a while to arrive. Still, every dish was freshly prepared and delicious.

Amenities are provided as needed, allowing for an efficient system that reduces unnecessary costs. This focus is instead directed toward maintaining the cleanliness of the Room and other priorities. The thoughtful approach matched my preferences, making my stay comfortable and na

The front desk staff assisted us with various needs from check-in to check-out and were all very kind and attentive—thank you! The location is excellent as it's less than a 10-minute walk to DisneySea with children. Next time we plan to stay for two nights and will definitel

The Hotel is new and very clean. The beds were also comfortable. Considering the location and price, it offers good value for money. However, the elevators are slow. There are two elevators, but they take a long time to arrive, so it's better to allow extra time to avoid frustrat

My husband injured his leg, so we changed our booking from a twin to a double and extended our stay from 1 night to 2 nights. During our stay, his leg pain returned, and when we called the reception, they arranged a taxi for us. This is a Hotel that focuses on what guests truly

Our luggage had already been brought up, and the Room was clean and well-maintained. During dinner, they kindly accommodated our child who didn’t eat soup, salad, or dessert while serving delicious dishes that made for an enjoyable evening—thank you very much! Breakfast inclu

The breakfast restaurant "Otenki Parlor" had charming decor, and the buffet offered delicious options like gratin toast, French toast, and dashi chazuke. After check-out, all luggage lockers were full; however, a staff member kindly came out to store my luggage for me—very helpfu

I stayed here last year and loved it, so I decided to visit again. The Room is simple yet comfortable, with a unique design not often seen elsewhere. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the spacious bath feels like home, allowing you to relax without worrying about water splashing around. The sink is an extension of the counter inside the Room—an uncommon but very convenient feature. The bed is wide and offers excellent comfort for a good night's sleep. Even with a no-breakfast Plan, complimentary coffee and non-alcoholic drinks are available in the front floor area, which is much appreciated. The TV is internet-based, so regular broadcasts aren't available. While this might be disappointing for avid TV watchers, you can still watch some current shows on YouTube or other platforms without much inconvenience. Parking is available at ground level behind the building with an entrance there as well—very convenient. The front floor has sofas for waiting or meeting up with others and features seasonal decorations that add charm to your stay. Although I didn't use it myself, there’s also a coin laundry facility available. The staff left a positive impression as well!

The bathroom and toilet inside the Room were newly renovated, extremely clean, and very satisfying. The staff's hospitality was also very polite and reassuring. We used the garage parking as it was available, which was also highly satisfactory. We plan to visit again during

This was a repeat stay. The Room was spacious, and the large public bath felt almost private. For this price, I was very satisfied. However, other guests (a family with children) were talking in the hallway for a long time, and the noise carried into the Room, which was extremel

The staff, including international team members, were friendly and great. They were great both in the lobby and at the dining venue. It was a wonderful Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—exactly what you’d hope for. The slightly no-frills service actually made it feel more relaxed and comfortable. If I had to mention just one thing, I think it would be better to replace the mirrors in the large public bath.

We enjoyed a hearty and delicious breakfast, especially the island tofu and pork miso, which were exceptional! The large public bath was spacious and clean, and the Room was comfortable. In the morning, we were also guided carefully outside of the Hotel to locate the bus stop, w

This was our second stay, following last year. Spacious and comfortable—our 7- and 5-year-old kids were thrilled and kept saying, “This place is the best!” Last year breakfast was Japanese-style, but this time it was Western-style, which seemed easier for the kids to enjoy.

This was our first stay. Since I was staying with my elderly mother, we looked for a place with a separate toilet and bath and chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, and in addition to a long sofa there were also chairs and a table. Th

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was truly felt through their warm smiles. I was amazed at how such a great location near the station could offer this price! Everything about this hotel was simply wonderful. I’ve decided to stay with Wing for all my future visits to Tokyo! You can also enjoy the dining area in front of Akabane Station without any worries, and a short walk will take you to explore historic streets.

We stayed as a family of three. Free parking is available. The Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. The Room, bathroom, and toilet were all large and clean. It was helpful that they lent us a smartphone charger and an extension cord. There are also restaurants and a

We stayed as a family of three, and to our delight, we were upgraded to a higher-grade Room than the one we had reserved. It was truly a dog-first Accommodation. Dogs can share existing bedding with you, and you can dine together as well. The dining area has semi-private seating, so we could relax without worrying about other dogs, which was great. The price may be a bit high, but it was the best Accommodation we’ve stayed at with our dog so far (and this time felt like a bargain thanks to the upgrade!). It’s an Accommodation that makes us want to stay again.

Our family of four adults stayed in a 17-tatami Japanese-style Room with Ryukyu tatami mats. It was a colorful, exciting, Japan-inspired Room that international guests would love! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and truly relaxing. And the Onsen was amazing! The gently fl

This was our first overnight stay since our baby was born. To show my appreciation to my wife, who works so hard every day caring for our child, I was looking for an Accommodation where we could relax with a baby without worry—and that’s how we found KURO. Upon arrival, we were impressed by how spacious and spotless the Room was. On top of that, you had prepared a play mat for the baby, a nap futon, and even toys in advance—we were truly touched by your thoughtful attention to detail. Every dish was absolutely delicious and very filling, yet well balanced throughout the meal. We even finished all the rice balls served as a late-night snack between the two of us. We were also able to enjoy the in-room open-air bath at our own pace without worrying about anyone around us. It was wonderful to see my usually busy wife fully relax and feel refreshed. This time we stayed in the Star Room, but once our child turns one and is more active, we’d love to try the Garden Room next time as well. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay!
