Since my Room was on the 6th floor, I had a good view of Matsumoto Castle. The twin Room was a bit small, but the building was new and the bath was clean, which was great. Additionally, after watching the projection mapping, there was a limited beef bowl service available, and I

The bathroom and toilet were spacious and easy to use, and both the bed and TV were large, making it very relaxing. The price was affordable, which made me very satisfied. Above all, I was impressed by the excellent service of the woman at the front desk. Thank you so much!

The full-course crab meal was incredibly luxurious—far more than we could finish. My mother was truly moved, saying it was the first time she had ever eaten crab this delicious. The Room was very clean, and the Onsen bath was so relaxing—we were completely satisfied. Thanks to yo

My sister and I talked about coming back again to try all the dishes we missed this time around. Enjoying delicious food, soaking in the Onsen, and relaxing—it’s truly what makes traveling special. We had such a wonderful time here. We will definitely stay here again in the fu

We came back for another stay. Above all, the home-cooked meals prepared by the hostess are truly delicious! The vegetables from their home garden, the rice, and each ingredient has its own story—you can really feel the care and attention to detail. Both the hosts and their welcoming dogs made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

This time, we stayed for a birthday universal plan with my son, daughter, and their child. My son requested a single room as he cannot sleep around others, but we chose a large family-style room with partition doors. He was able to sleep without stress and was very satisfied.

Although we were a bit worried since it is the northernmost point, we were very satisfied with the environment and Facility that make effective use of nature. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in a Japanese-Western style Room. They gave us ice as a welcome gift, and the Room was spacious and easy to use. It seemed like there were more couples than families staying. The space from the entrance to the check-in counter was artistic

I come to Wakayama once a month and stay here each time. This time, the front desk was extremely helpful, and I really appreciated it—thank you to the front desk staff. Also, when I write my requests on the in-room questionnaire, they are sometimes fulfilled later on. I’m very grateful. I also like the Facilities, such as the large parking lot, public bath, and breakfast service.

As other Reviews mentioned, the Hotel is old but clean. The bathroom was small but spotless. That said, a torn sofa is questionable for a Hotel..... The meals were more than we could finish and were delicious. Also, the front desk staff tried hard to explain things, but they spoke too fast and it was hard to understand—especially the explanation about the bath, which I didn’t really follow.

I stayed with the No Meals Included plan. For a property with a sauna, I think it’s good value: it’s close to the station, and both the Room and the Hotel overall feel well maintained rather than worn out. My daughter’s family lives in Azamino, and until now I’ve stayed at Hotels in Shin-Yokohama or Center-Minami, but from now on I plan to stay at Hotel Kajigaya Plaza.

The Hotel was very clean and there was nothing to complain about, but the refrigerator was next to the pillow, and the motor noise came through directly... That was the only drawback.

This was a lovely Ryokan with a nostalgic Showa-era charm, conveniently located near Ryotsu Port. True to its name, “Lakeside Accommodation,” Kamo Lake spread out right in front of us, and we enjoyed the wonderful views. Seagulls and cormorants floated calmly on the lake, making time feel as if it were moving more slowly. The rooftop open-air observation bath had smooth, amber-colored water that wasn’t too hot, so we could soak for a long time and enjoy the luxury of gazing absentmindedly at the lake and sky. Our Room was upgraded, so it was much more spacious than expected—quiet and very comfortable. We enjoyed Sado’s local seafood and meat for both dinner and breakfast. We especially loved the abalone and Okesa persimmons, and we even bought Okesa persimmon sorbet as a souvenir. We don’t often get the chance to visit Sado, but if we have another opportunity, we would definitely like to stay here again.

The meals we came for were once again deeply satisfying. The monthly kaiseki course featured abundant seasonal ingredients; everything was delicious and enjoyable to look at as well. Perhaps you’d call it creative cuisine—some dishes offered flavors beyond traditional Japanese fa

It was also very convenient, close to Torokko Saga Station. We were able to ride the scenic train as well. The staff were wonderful and attentive, and thanks to their thoughtful care we had a very comfortable stay. My mother, who traveled with me, was also very happy. We would de

The Room was spacious, the bed size was sufficient, and amenities could be chosen to suit personal preferences while being environmentally friendly. The TV was well-positioned for easy viewing from the bed, with a large screen that made watching enjoyable. Overall, excellent cost

This is a well-sized Hotel with a tasteful blend of Japanese and Western styles. The space was clean and comfortable, and I slept very well. There were no items like lotion or cleansing oil at the sink in the changing area by the bath, but most guests probably bring their own, so it should be fine. If anything, I appreciated that the area around the sink was not dirty. It was also nice that I didn’t need to bring towels from my Room. The flooring in the Room was a bit tough for me because I’m sensitive to cold, but it does help keep things clean. At check-in there was a lot of information to go over, and I got a little spaced out partway through and missed responding once. After that, they explained things more concisely, and at the end they smiled and said, “Thank you for your time.” Thank you for the pleasant service.

Everything was perfect! The ocean view from the Room was amazing. On 8/11, we were able to watch a rocket launch from Tanegashima right from our Room! Dinner also included spiny lobster, and there was more than we could finish—we were very satisfied.

The bed was wider than I expected, providing a spacious and comfortable experience. The mattress didn't sink awkwardly and felt just right. (It was kinder to my back than the luxury Hotel I stayed at the next day.) The loft bed was also fully usable. The receptionist was very p

We stayed with three couples we know. The Room was spacious and clean, earning high marks. The bath was a proper Onsen. Because of the rain, the outdoor bath temperature was a little lukewarm, but once you soak in it, you warm up nicely. The sound of the clear stream in front was soothing, and it felt like being surrounded by negative ions. At dinner, the appetizer course in particular was delicious—delicate and enjoyable with a variety of flavors. It alone pairs well with plenty of drinks. The meal portions were very generous, and we couldn’t finish the final rice dish. I recommend arriving hungry. Breakfast rice was also delicious and very satisfying. The staff were attentive and greeted us with warm smiles. The Accommodation isn’t large, but it offers great hospitality and tasty meals, so I think it’s excellent value for money. Since it’s right by the river, we felt it’s an Accommodation where you can relax while listening to the clear stream. It’s an Accommodation I would recommend to other friends as well. We’d love to visit again.
