This was my first stay here. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and kindly answered all of our questions in detail. Our connecting rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was larger than the one at home, so we could relax and had a very comfortable stay. Because the hotel is located up a hill, getting to Sakuragicho Station can be a bit challenging, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to get around. We also booked an additional single room—thank you for placing it close to our room. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

), which made us feel warm and happy. The room was also very clean, and since it was a room with an open-air bath this time, the children were delighted. We also visited the large public bath several times. The crab-centered meals were also very delicious. It was almost

The option to choose egg dishes was very appealing. Thank you for accommodating my requests this time as well. Thanks to you, I had a fun, relaxing, and fantastic trip filled with gratitude. I truly love this Hotel and will definitely come back again... Thank you so much!

This is my second visit. I was very impressed when I first visited two years ago, and I was finally able to make my long-awaited return this time. As always, the onsen with its natural hot spring water was warm and comforting, the view of the river flowing nearby was beautiful,

The large public bath was clean, and I avoided peak times, so I could enjoy it comfortably. I used this accommodation for the first time to visit Kyocera Dome, and the transportation access was great. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much!

The portions are small but high quality—both my heart and stomach were completely satisfied. The Japanese taiko drum show was incredibly powerful as well. We also enjoyed the large public bath “Akafuji,” which felt almost private when we went. The complimentary cocktails a

I stayed here for an EXILE concert at Tokyo Dome. It’s within walking distance of the Dome, and the staff were excellent—nothing to complain about. This Hotel plays songs by the artist performing that day, which really gets you in the mood before heading out. It was a thoughtful

As we came from Shizuoka, it was a bit far, but we were finally able to visit the Kurokawa Onsen we had long hoped to see. It was everything we expected. The hot springs and the meals were wonderful. The staff were also very considerate in many ways. We would like to come again.

The modern black-themed interior with greenery and jazz music as background added an elegant touch despite already being so clean. Even the placement of trash bins in the changing room was stylish. The abundant use of wood throughout the building and rooms was also lovely. The

The Room was clean and comfortable, a relaxing space where we could unwind. Both dinner and breakfast were served in our Room, with a table full of fresh dishes that left us completely satisfied. We also enjoyed soaking in the bath at our leisure, which helped wash away the day’s

In addition, since my hands were full with drinks, it was helpful to have a place to set luggage in front of the Ladies’ Floor door. The Room was spacious, and the amenities were placed in convenient locations—overall it felt very comfortable. The other guests were also considera

Eight of us stayed as a family in a standard Japanese-Western Room and a Japanese-Western Room with a private Onsen and sauna. The Rooms were very spacious, and even my parent with physical difficulties said the in-room Onsen and sauna were wonderful. As for the meals, I initially wondered if there would be enough, but the taste, quality, and portion size were all very satisfying. However, at the large public bath, some foreign guests were swimming in the tub and washing their faces there, and in the changing area they were using their smartphones pointed in our direction, which made me very uncomfortable (I don’t know whether they were taking photos). This is not the Hotel’s fault, but I would appreciate it if staff could make regular rounds to check and provide guidance. Even so, everyone in our family was very happy with our stay. We would definitely like to visit again.

Upon arrival, we handed over the car key and entered the Hotel. The staff's thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. From then on, their smiles and service were exceptional. The famous baths, including the large public bath and open-air bath, were clean and absolutely amazing

This time, my son and I stayed in a special-type twin Room for his entrance exam. The night before, I emailed to change our arrival time and requested as quiet a Room as possible due to the exam, and I received a very polite reply, which made me feel reassured even before our sta

The staff were friendly and accommodating with warm smiles. The buffet offered a lineup that satisfied both adults and children—truly impressive for the Sea of Japan area. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious. Unlimited alcohol was also a great bonus! The Room was

The woman who assisted with the check-in process had such a lovely smile. I was grateful for being upgraded to a room with a foot massager, which was perfect for my tired feet after walking all day. The accommodation is close to the station, and the room was very clean and comf

I especially appreciated having Shizuoka oden available—it was delightful! Both the facilities and cleanliness were impeccable—there's nothing more I could ask for! If I have another chance to visit Fuji City again, I will definitely choose this accommodation without hesitatio

I stayed here for a sudden accommodation. I was traveling with a baby, and the breakfast buffet, especially the French toast, was delicious. Even my 8-month-old grandchild ate a lot. The staff were all very pleasant and left a great impression—thank you! The room was cl

We came this time to enjoy the spiny lobster dishes and to stay again in a room with a private open-air bath. We requested the highest-tier Shochikubai plan, and it truly was top class—two lobsters per person, and both my wife and I were completely satisfied. We were worried about the typhoon, but it didn’t affect our stay, and we enjoyed the bath many times. At check-out, someone who seemed to be the manager kindly saw us off, and we left feeling very comfortable. My wife and I agreed that we’d like to come back again in our later years. Thank you very much.

The shampoo and conditioner were also from Kosé, which was great. We ordered room service, which was reasonably priced and delicious, with sparkling wine offered as part of the service. Breakfast had both Japanese and Western options with colorful and healthy dishes full of
