The Room and bathroom were very clean. I used the laundry facilities, and they were bright and well maintained. I would like to stay here again.

This is our second time using this accommodation for a girls' gathering. Very close to Kyoto Station. The food is delicious and extremely satisfying. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. The public bath has long operating hours and plenty of private spac

The onsen warmed me up thoroughly from within and left my skin smooth—it was absolutely wonderful. At breakfast buffet time, I especially enjoyed iced tea at the drink bar along with fresh salads plus made-to-order omelets prepared right before me—they tasted amazing! This hotel

The staff's customer service is excellent. All the dinner dishes are delicious. It came with an all-you-can-drink option, and there was a wide variety of alcohol, with both red and white wine being very tasty. I was pleased to find a ReFa hairdryer in the hot spring area.

We thoroughly enjoyed these as always, and the smiles of the staff were truly comforting! This time, we tried two new experiences: - Large Public Bath - Spa Treatment Both were excellent as well. The large public bath had a cascading hot spring bench that felt wonderful

We also brought our own ingredients and enjoyed dishes like ajillo and chocolate fondue. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant; the staff were very pleasant, and the food was excellent (the grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious). We were also grateful that we cou

As a gift for my parents' 60th birthday, I gave them a trip to Okinawa and had them stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. My parents were impressed with the hotel and returned very satisfied. They said their only regret was not bringing swimsuits, haha. Next time, I would like to stay

Above all, the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding: even when I arrived late at night they came out to greet me at the taxi; their service was always quick and cheerful; breakfast was packed with Kagoshima specialties and very satisfying; from the mist sauna in the panor

This time, I stayed in a twin Room on the top floor with a friend. The double Room from last time was more spacious, but this one was simple yet clean, and the bathtub was large enough for a relaxing bath. My friend said, "It's a shame there's no large public bath, but it's a nic

My grandchildren, who love trains, were able to ride many times and it seems it became an unforgettable and enjoyable trip for them as well. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t try the breakfast—said to be delicious—even once due to our schedule. Next time, I definitely
