It happened to be the day of the Gion Yamakasa Oiyama procession, and since the finish point was right in front of the Hotel, we were able to enjoy it. The Hotel staff answered our questions very politely as well. Thanks to that, my friend and I were able to fully enjoy our tr

It was my first time back in Kanazawa in 25 years for a conference trip. The accommodation options had changed so much since then. I was torn between a traditional ryokan and the convenience of a business hotel, when I found this place and booked it because I loved the concept. It felt a bit more spacious than I expected from the layout, and I was especially impressed by how comfortably roomy the bathroom was. The subtle fragrance throughout was what pleased me most. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time.

Breakfast was served in such a beautiful space that it took my breath away, and everything was delicious—especially the scones, which were outstanding. As this trip was for my husband’s birthday, we used the anniversary Plan. They prepared non-alcoholic champagne and a truly del

I stayed here for my mother's birthday. The Room's interior and furniture were classic and elegant, creating a calm and graceful atmosphere. (My mother loved it so much that she said she wanted to live in this Room forever.) The greenery of the adjacent Okuma Garden was beaut

All of the staff were incredibly pleasant and made our stay at this wonderful Ryokan even more special. During dinner time, they tidied up our room by replacing towels, emptying trash bins, and ensuring everything was clean—this was greatly appreciated! We would love to visit aga

Even if you take a limited express train after work, you can check in late, so you can head out without worry even if work runs a little late. Moreover, after the renovation following the COVID-19 pandemic, the Room has been renewed. I wash my body in the Room's bath and then enj

The meals were delicious, just as the Review said. I felt the Facility was also quite clean. Considering the price, I think it’s a very good Accommodation. The young foreign woman who brought our dishes also smiled and waved to our children. It was a great Accommodation. We’d like to stay again.

I was most impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The Room felt more spacious than in the photos, the view was excellent, and the Facility was well-maintained and clean, allowing me to relax my tired body after a long journey. Dinner was a special experience, enjoying fresh i

The large public bath was easy to use, and I enjoyed relaxing in an onsen. The lounge offered beautiful night views along with cocktails—including many non-alcoholic options—which my sisters with allergies could also enjoy. For breakfast, there were three course options: Western

We requested a private dining room and a birthday cake, allowing us to celebrate leisurely and joyfully. The meal (Yamabiko Kaiseki) was varied and delicious, with just the right amount. For breakfast, the rice and "Dankuma" fresh egg over rice were a must-have, and everyone was

The Hotel’s Rooms and common areas are very clean. It’s also close to the station, so the location is excellent. Since it’s a short train ride from Omiya Station, it’s easy to access the Shinkansen. As the nearest station is served by both the Musashino Line and the Keihin-Tohoku

The highlight is the well-stocked amenity bar, featuring bath salts, mouthwash, shaving cream, makeup remover oil, facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. You can stay comfortably even without bringing anything. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and green tea at your leisure. Breakfa

I’d like to stay here again—the quality is excellent for the price. The twin room has semi-double beds, the in-room amenities are good, and the large public bath is well stocked with amenities, including body towels. Women often bring various items, but you’ll have more than enou

Having spent my own university life in Kyoto, I felt reassured making the reservation under the name of Kyoto Garden Palace. My son seemed to have spent his time comfortably, thanks to the calm atmosphere of the lobby and room. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Next

The room was clean and comfortable; however, it seemed like only pillowcases were replaced as I noticed hair product smells from the pillow itself—this was somewhat disappointing. I realized again that Route Inn provides consistent services wherever you go, making it reassurin

We stayed here about 13 years ago before we got married, and it was such a great experience that we decided to visit again as a family. The bath was absolutely amazing! The miso hot pot was very filling and incredibly delicious. Although the room was 6 tatami mats in size, which
