My eldest son and his wife, who have an infant, used the private bath and were very satisfied since they don’t usually get to relax in an Onsen. The food was delicious, and it pleased our crab-loving daughter as well as my second son and his wife, who love steak. My parents in th

I stayed here the night before a business trip. It’s close to the station, the room was clean, and it was just the right size for a solo stay. The bathroom is a unit bath, but the bathtub was spacious and very relaxing. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options, i

As a member of Via Inn, I frequently use this hotel. The addition of skincare products at the amenity corner next to the front desk has been very helpful. The Room is clean, and staying in a Deluxe Twin with a separate bathroom allowed for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

The entire facility was impeccably clean. The meals were incredibly satisfying both in volume and taste—plenty to eat and drink to satisfy even heavy drinkers like us! Free soft drinks and beer for just 100 yen were definitely highlights. Overall, while there wasn’t excessive se

I often use the Mitsui Garden Hotel Group, and all of their hotels offer a high level of satisfaction. Among them, Kashiwa-no-ha is my favorite with its Onsen, quiet atmosphere, and spacious Room. The Onsen in the early morning is especially relaxing even during business trips.

The corridors and Room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the Room was very clean. There was also a coffee maker in the Room, so I could relax and spend time comfortably. The bathtub was spacious, with plenty of room to fill it up and soak. If I have the chance to visit Kanazawa

Surrounded by hot springs, the gentle sound of the river, and lush greenery, our stay was deeply soothing. Most memorable of all were the staff’s warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. The meals were outstanding—the roe-filled sweetfish was impressively large, and the Shimanto pork and homemade ice cream were rich in flavor, making for a truly indulgent dining experience. The hot spring water left our skin silky smooth, and we were able to relax at length in the open-air bath while enjoying a pleasant breeze. When it was time to leave, we felt genuinely sad to go—this is an unforgettable inn where hot springs, nature, and human warmth come together so beautifully that we knew we would return.

The stay included breakfast of excellent quality that left us full and made for a perfect start to the day. One minor suggestion would be to have a microwave available in the room. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay at this ryokan. We would love to visit again and hope
