The meals are perfect for my elderly parents who can't eat much, as the half-buffet style allows them to finish everything without waste. (The quality was especially good this time.) The bath is clean, with no issues regarding temperature or showers. I always use the steam bath a

The service was excellent, the two meals provided were delightful, and while the Room wasn't the most modern, it was clean and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax. Although there wasn't on-site parking, they kindly guided us to an affordable nearby parking lot. Everything was

There is a roadside station nearby where you can shop. Above all, the view from the Sakurajima-side room in the morning was spectacular! With this accommodation fee including breakfast, a spacious and clean open-air bath, it truly enhanced my Kagoshima trip experience. I will def

This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

The amenities are sufficient, the room is thoroughly cleaned, and there is nothing unnecessary—this is a wonderful Business Hotel where you can truly experience that simple is best.

Every time we come, the staff provide wonderful hospitality just as always, along with delicious meals and a relaxing Onsen that welcomes us and helps us unwind from everyday fatigue. Our dog is now a senior, but this is a precious place we can visit easily and without stress. W

Just as the Review said, this was the best and most ideal Hotel for us. Close to the station, free breakfast, and we truly admire and appreciate your efforts at that price. All of the staff were cheerful and always greeted us with a smile. Prices are rising everywhere, but we hop

The large public bath and parking were the deciding factors for my reservation, but after staying, I was also very satisfied with the staff's courteous service and the well-cleaned room. Luckily, I had the large public bath all to myself and could relax. The room was so quiet tha

Fuji while enjoying breakfast. Although the sky was cloudy, catching glimpses of Mt. Fuji now and then was amazing. I chose the Western-style breakfast, and everything was delicious—I left completely full even in the morning. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to visit again

The Onsen, with its salt content, warmed us up nicely, and we enjoyed the different bath temperatures. The meals featured many ingredients from the Okhotsk region and were delicious. Above all, we were impressed by the manager and all staff for their attentiveness, kindness, and

As always, the room was clean, and it was convenient to be able to adjust the lighting brightness with a remote control. It also helped that the TV angle can be changed electrically. The bathroom was clean as well, and the amenities were well stocked. It was very convenient to be able to view a camera feed from the room showing how crowded the breakfast venue was. The parking lot is spacious, and there are also places nearby where you can have dinner, making for a calm and comfortable stay. This was my third stay, and it has become my regular Accommodation.

This year I didn’t have much time and couldn’t make full use of the services again, but when I returned to the Hotel there were still hitsumabushi rice balls left, so I was happy to get one! Enjoying local food is one of the best parts of traveling. I’ll definitely stay here agai

Seeing the corridors and windows polished to a shine was incredibly refreshing. The staff were also exceptionally kind, providing warm and comfortable service. That alone makes me want to return. The cuisine, prepared with attention to every detail, was flawless in both pre

The meals were beautifully presented and delicious, and the bath was wonderfully soothing—its gentle water warmed me to the core. The places we visited based on the owner’s advice (a walk and a roadside station) were also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service of being able to use three yukata per person for a one-night stay, which is something you rarely find elsewhere, allowing us to relax in comfort. The attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality throughout were outstanding, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed it very much. The eggplant miso at breakfast reminded me of my mother’s cooking. I’ve known since childhood that Naruko has many Accommodations, and I’m truly glad I chose to stay at Naruko Kanko Hotel. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such g

Close to Susukino, making dining convenient. We went to Nijo Market for breakfast in the morning, which is about a 3-minute walk. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary De'Longhi coffee was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The amenities were also great; having separate shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. I usually avoid 2-in-1 shampoo as it makes my hair feel rough. I wasn’t feeling very well that day and wanted to lie down quickly, so I went straight to my room without noticing that the

We chose the Hirame Kaiseki dinner. The sashimi, tempura, and kamameshi were all delicious—absolutely wonderful! The women on staff at the dinner venue were also very kind and attentive. Our child got full and left some of the kids’ set meal, but they spoke to us gently, which we

The Onsen had excellent water quality, and just as its name suggests, it left my skin smooth and silky. It was a truly wonderful Onsen, especially Ryujin-no-Yu. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. I also appreciate your accommodating my allergies. I would love to stay again.

I was impressed by the staff’s drive to improve. I was especially amazed by the chef’s thorough attention to detail—even down to the choice of serving dishes. I was also struck by the president’s wonderful spirit when I previously stayed at Takinami, and it’s simply incredible that an even more upgraded Accommodation has been created. I would love to visit again and enjoy your outstanding, carefully crafted cuisine. Thank you very much.
