The deciding factor was its great location, being close to Yamaguchi Station and within a little over 30 minutes' walk to Yuda Onsen. Although there were some minor issues with the air conditioning, the Facility was well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff we

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. On the second day, our beloved dog suddenly passed away. As a senior dog, we had prepared for the possibility, but it happened so unexpectedly that we had not brought items such as ice packs for bringing him home. The Hotel kindly provided a basket to lay him to rest in, towels, ice packs, and a blanket. We had reserved dinner at the restaurant as well, but thanks to the staff’s thoughtful consideration, they arranged a private room for us. Because there was a thunderstorm, they also drove us to the dining venue by car, allowing us to enjoy one last meal slowly with him by our side. We are truly sorry for any trouble we caused during the busy summer holiday season. Thanks to your support, we were able to return home safely and send him off peacefully. This year’s extreme heat was especially hard on senior dogs, but we are very grateful that he was able to spend his final moments in the cool Nasu Highlands—enjoying his favorite dog run, Onsen time, and delicious meals. This was our first stay here, and I feel it is rare to find a Hotel that can respond so quickly and compassionately in an emergency. We still have two other dogs at home and would love to visit again. Of course, both the meals and the Facility were excellent as well. Thank you very much for all your help during our stay.

On our first night’s stay, we dined out at a steakhouse below the Hotel; on our second night’s dinner at the Hotel restaurant featured delicious Agu pork that was truly delightful. The breakfast offerings like Eggs Benedict and French toast were also exceptional! The weather wa

Exceptional satisfaction awaits you. This hotel not only offers coffee service but also provides bath additives and laundry detergent, showing great consideration for guests. The hospitality was outstanding, making the stay truly memorable. Having stayed at numerous hotels and ry

We stayed here as a couple in August. It was very reasonably priced, yet everything was excellent overall. The meal included wagyu beef grilled on a ceramic plate, and even if it was cooked a bit too long, it was still very tender. The other dishes were also delicious. The portions were generous, and we were completely satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly, and the building was clean. We’d love to use the bath again. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay again, and we would recommend it to others as well.

The building isn’t new, but it was clearly well maintained and very clean! It was a pet-friendly Room, but there was no noticeable odor at all. We were very satisfied with the Room!! The pool is available from 9:00 to 17:00, but since check-out is at 10:00, using the pool in the morning feels a bit rushed. I thought it would be nicer if check-out were at 11:00 so we could relax more. Next time, I’d like to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and take it easy!

We really appreciated receiving rice for dinner. The Room felt like a living room at home and had all the necessary appliances, such as a rice cooker and microwave, which we could use freely—very convenient. The owner was also very kind, and I’d like to stay here again when v

Toilet: Of course, equipped with a washlet Room layout: Easy to use. The chair has casters, which is convenient Bed: Good and clean TV: Free movies. Not many titles, but there are some quite good ones Large public bath: No sauna, but the bath area is clean and a good size

I had a very comfortable stay. The ladies' floor was well-equipped with amenities, which made me very satisfied. The Panasonic mist steamer and hair iron were especially convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the large public bath as I had it all to

I’ve stayed here many times. The illuminations on the Hotel grounds are wonderful, and the illuminated Hotel across the water is especially romantic. I sometimes stay on that side as well, but I can’t resist the great value at Shirahama Koganoi Resort & Spa, so I end up staying

Both times I visited Osaka for a live show, and this Hotel was very convenient and comfortable for Shinkansen travelers! Last time I stayed in a twin Room, and this time in a double Room—both were great. The Room was clean, and the honey tea (available at the front desk) was also

Thank you for taking care of us on 11/23 and 11/24. We stayed for the first time in three years, and the room was clean, and the staff in charge of the room was very kind. We were able to enjoy dinner slowly in the room, and it was delicious. The event hall was decorated fo

They enjoyed their private dining room, and both the couple and kids were very satisfied with the meal. To top it off, they could watch fireworks during dinner, which made it even more special. The rooftop open-air bath was also very relaxing. When I dropped them off at the Ryoka

The moment we stepped out of the elevator, our excitement was at its peak! As soon as we entered the Room, the kids were thrilled. Choosing a Sesame Street Room was absolutely the right decision. The amenities were adorable, and there were even gifts waiting for us. On top of tha

The post-bath ice candy service reminded me of Dormy Inn and was delightful. At Velbois restaurant, both taste and service were above standard—the doneness of the sea bream poêlé was excellent. It was nostalgic to see Mr. Sa (once called "the strongest contractor" at Hakone High

In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new and very clean, and the air conditioning worked well, making our stay comfortable. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toil

I stayed for one night on a business trip with breakfast included. Some newer hotels in the same price range may be clean and modern, but their streamlined, cost-cutting approach can feel a bit impersonal. Hotel New Otani truly lived up to its reputation—both the service and the breakfast reflected the pride of a long-established hotel. Being welcomed with an in-person check-in after a long journey was genuinely comforting, and the carefully prepared breakfast—more like dining at a traditional Japanese restaurant—was a completely different experience from the typical crowded buffet venue, offering a peaceful start to the day. This time I was shown to a room on the top floor. While some aspects do feel slightly dated compared with newer international hotels, the calm furnishings and well-stocked amenities (coffee, skincare items, etc.) were very satisfying. Also, having a Japanese restaurant on the same floor as my room—and being able to have breakfast there—was excellent, as it spared me from having to wait for elevators. One small point: I also used the parking lot. Although I received a discount card at check-in, I was still charged when exiting. It’s possible I missed part of the explanation at check-in, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance how much the discount would be and how much I would need to pay upon exit. That said, thank you very much for your warm hospitality. I would gladly stay again.

The comfortable bed, the private open-air Onsen bath in the Room, the open-air bath in the large public bath, and the spacious, authentic sauna—all were tastefully designed, impeccably clean, and made for an exceptional Facility. The attentiveness of the staff was also outstandin

③ The bar is highly recommended at this place. 　The bartender's skills, sophisticated conversation, and subtle attentiveness are top-notch here. 　I have visited first-class bars across the whole country (zenkoku), but even affluent people can relax comfortably and enjoy del

Shima Onsen as a whole is enveloped in serene air befitting its status as a hidden gem of hot springs; moving from Kashotei to Sanso or Honkan felt like passing through a cave-like time machine that let me forget daily fatigue and immerse myself in travel bliss. I would love to
