I stayed one night at Sanga in Kurokawa Onsen, in the “Natsutsubaki” Room. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding, and the thoughtful attention—never intrusive—made my entire stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious and thoroughly satisfying. Although it rained during my stay, the damp weather only enhanced the Accommodation’s serene atmosphere, to the point that I felt I had actually come on a good day. The Room was kept very clean; given the natural setting, insects do appear from time to time, but I appreciated that insect repellent was properly provided. It’s an Accommodation I would love to stay at again.

Breakfast offered everything from scallop sashimi to jingisukan, and everything was delicious—I ate too much on both mornings. The milk and yogurt from Okoppe were also excellent. I’ve only just checked out, but I’m already thinking about when to make my next Reservation. Than

It was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and kind. I was truly impressed by the thoughtful touches throughout the Hotel, such as handwritten boards and materials introducing birds you can see around the Hotel. The Room was also very clean and comfortable, and the meals wer

It took us 1 hour and 40 minutes from JR Nikko Station to arrive. We were soothed by the hospitality, cuisine, and the semi-open-air bath in the Room at this Hotel. The Room was clean, and the food was so delicious that we were completely impressed. We talked about wanting to com

I was tired from traveling from Tokyo, but the check-in was smooth, and the room was quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly. The hotel staff were very pleasant, and I felt at ease. When the baseball season opens next year, I would like to stay again. I am really looking forwar

The Room is bright and clean. I like the large public bath with its spacious tub that warms you up, and this time I also enjoyed a morning bath. It’s convenient that you can check how crowded it is in advance. Breakfast offers different side-dish options each day, so even on a Mu

The meals were delicious, just as the Review said. I felt the Facility was also quite clean. Considering the price, I think it’s a very good Accommodation. The young foreign woman who brought our dishes also smiled and waved to our children. It was a great Accommodation. We’d like to stay again.

The exterior gives the impression of a traditional hotel, but once inside, it feels like a bright and clean luxury Ryokan. The rooms and hallways have a touch of Showa retro atmosphere, yet everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff's hospitality is excellent. As for the meals, true to the hotel's name, there are many recipes featuring apples that were both enjoyable and delicious. However, the highlight was definitely the Onsen. The large public bath was almost always private whenever I visited, and the water quality was incredibly smooth—leaving my skin warm and moisturized after bathing. I also appreciated how they separated bathing areas for day visitors and overnight guests, which added to the special feeling of staying there. The welcome apple was not only delicious but also a charming idea that brought warmth to my experience. I would love to visit again!

The Room was spacious, with plenty of space for luggage, and it was perfectly equipped with all the amenities we needed. After arriving, we were very satisfied to enjoy sake in the lounge while having rice crackers. Face towels were provided in the bathroom, which was very conven

We stayed with my parents, my spouse and I, our three children, and one dog. We arrived after 2:00 pm, and they kindly allowed us to check in. We stayed in two Rooms, Seiran and Gekpaku, and breakfast was served for all seven of us together in Seiran. For dinner, the seven of us gathered around the irori hearth to grill the ingredients we brought, enjoying a relaxed time together. It was also fun to use the Tuk-Tuk Shuttle Service to Mochimune Station and Mochimune Minato Onsen. The grassy garden and cool earthen-floor area were comfortable for our dog as well, making this a pleasant trip for the whole family. We would love to visit again in a different season.

The room was clean, and there were many restaurants nearby. I enjoyed dinner outside and had a leisurely breakfast at the hotel's Japanese and Western buffet. The buffet with vegetables from Hokkaido was delicious. The staff's response was pleasant, and I was able to spend a re

A conveniently located Hotel near Hikarigaoka Station on the Oedo Line. Offers a very comfortable stay. The restaurant attached to the Hotel (a Chinese restaurant on that day) was closed, possibly due to weekday usage. This seemed like a reflection of modern times and gave

The room had been renovated, with a TV larger than that of Yonago ANA Hotel, and the unit bath and toilet were very clean. The meals changed daily with different side dishes, so they were delicious without becoming monotonous. All the hotel staff were polite and made my stay pl

The onsen had high-quality water that was gentle on the skin and retained warmth well, providing complete relaxation for both body and mind. Having stayed at nearby famous hotels or onsen towns before, my time at Seiranso exceeded all expectations. I would definitely love to retu

The building and lobby were clean, and the front desk staff were very polite, making check-in pleasant. The room was well-equipped, and you can slightly open the window for ventilation. A small but appreciated detail was that the hand soap also worked as a facial cleanser. Break

I also tried the mango smoothie for the first time—the refreshing aroma and perfectly balanced sweetness were fantastic in the morning. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to revisit if I have the chance. Thank you very much. By the way, I thought I might have left

We were worried that the earthquake might have caused damage, but when we asked in advance, we were told there was no particular impact and that we could feel at ease, so we decided to visit. The area around Aso was cooler than Kumamoto City and very comfortable. For the open-air bath in the Room, they showed us how to fill it with Onsen water when showing us around, and since it is available 24 hours a day, we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak at night and again in the morning. This time we chose a Plan with breakfast only, but there were many small dishes beautifully arranged and pleasing to the eye, and the rice cooked in a pot was also very delicious. This is an Accommodation we would like to visit again for a relaxing stay.

The staff's courteous service and smiles were very nice!! Dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious and perfect! As a memento, we had a two-shot taken with the hotel's camera, and the next day it was neatly framed, which made my boyfriend very happy! I would love to

The bathtub is spacious, so you can relax and soak comfortably. There are multiple coin laundry machines, so I didn’t have to wait and could use them right away. It was also convenient that the coin laundry, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines were on the same floor. Bre
