The private Onsen was wonderful—I could enjoy a bath as much as I liked, whenever I liked, without worrying about others. The room featured Hida traditional craft furniture and furnishings, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Meals were also served in a private room, so we c

This also offers a panoramic view of the sea and was excellent. On the first floor, there is a smoking area next to the parking lot which was appreciated. This area was also clean. I recommend it. This time I had a no-meal plan so I wanted to have meals there. I would like to s

We stayed in one of the few Rooms with a private open-air Onsen bath. The interior was very stylish and lovely! Because it’s not a large Facility, we rarely ran into other guests. The staff were also very friendly and made us feel at home. The meals were more than satisfying for us as a couple, and hot dishes were served at just the right time so they wouldn’t cool down. We’ve visited many Onsens, but the milky Onsen here felt so wonderful that we’d love to soak in it again. We were truly impressed to have found such an excellent Accommodation where we could fully enjoy the Onsen!

The dinner courses (Chinese and Japanese) at the Exiv main building are also outstanding, and with the great service from all staff, our satisfaction is extremely high. There are some Korean guests, but it is mostly Japanese guests, so it is very comfortable. We would like to k

I was happy to have soft drinks and coffee available, and I also enjoyed the welcome bar (until 8:00 PM). I had a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed little by little each day. While it didn’t use luxury ingredients, it was very well thought out, an

I stayed for two nights in February on a golf trip. I used a double Room by myself. The Room was clean, the wooden floor was nice, and the bed was spacious enough for one person. I also liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The sink was easy to use, and the coffee in

Dinner included a Hanakago set meal with kama-meshi, but since I can’t eat chicken, I asked about it and was told it was chicken kama-meshi; they kindly prepared it without chicken, which was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also delicious—especially the curry. The restaura

\nIt is very close to Glover Garden, the Gunkanjima Digital Museum, and a streetcar stop.\nThe port for the Gunkanjima tour is also convenient—about 10 minutes by taxi and within walking distance.\nThe price was reasonable, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagasa

It was calm, and the meals were very delicious. The view right in front of the room was wonderful, and I enjoyed a memorable trip while listening to the sounds of birds and ships during my bath, with a perfect view of the sunset. The staff were also very kind. It was truly an enj

I stayed here on what was said to be the hottest day of the year. Right after check-in, I chose a welcome drink packed with crushed ice. I could feel my overheated body gradually cooling down in the intense heat. The large public bath was also much appreciated for washing off sweat and relieving fatigue. The in-house Facilities were new and well maintained, and everything was kept very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay here again when I’m on a business trip near Kasukabe.

Check-in and check-out processes were smooth too; everything seemed well-organized. My mother mentioned she would love to stay here again when we visit Osaka next time—and I completely agree! As someone who stays at various hotels of different ranks every year—I can confidently

We stayed with three couples we know. The Room was spacious and clean, earning high marks. The bath was a proper Onsen. Because of the rain, the outdoor bath temperature was a little lukewarm, but once you soak in it, you warm up nicely. The sound of the clear stream in front was soothing, and it felt like being surrounded by negative ions. At dinner, the appetizer course in particular was delicious—delicate and enjoyable with a variety of flavors. It alone pairs well with plenty of drinks. The meal portions were very generous, and we couldn’t finish the final rice dish. I recommend arriving hungry. Breakfast rice was also delicious and very satisfying. The staff were attentive and greeted us with warm smiles. The Accommodation isn’t large, but it offers great hospitality and tasty meals, so I think it’s excellent value for money. Since it’s right by the river, we felt it’s an Accommodation where you can relax while listening to the clear stream. It’s an Accommodation I would recommend to other friends as well. We’d love to visit again.

It was a short 2-night, 3-day stay, but everything from the Room, meals, Facility & services, ambiance, and the hospitality of the staff created unforgettable memories. The staff's thoughtful care and exceptional service went above and beyond expectations—five stars are simply

The separate bath and toilet with a bathtub, as well as the ability to purchase a passport, were deciding factors for my stay. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted by an indescribably pleasant scent and an open atrium filled with a sense of spaciousness—a truly extraordinary

In the evening, I enjoyed tempura cooked right in front of me at the restaurant Oomi, which was truly a professional skill, and it was very delicious. The next morning, the weather was incredibly clear, and the view of Lake Biwa from the Room was the best. The only disappoint
