I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

The interior and Rooms have been renovated and are very clean. The service from all the staff, including the front desk and cleaning staff, is not just formal but heartfelt, which is exceptional. Their smiles and greetings may seem basic but are truly pleasant. I will definit

The front desk staff at check-in were very pleasant, and the breakfast buffet staff greeted us energetically, allowing us to have a very pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity to visit there again, I would love to stay at this hot

We were completely satisfied. If I had to mention anything: the sea right in front isn’t sandy beach (you need to walk left or right within walking distance), we struggled a bit scanning the QR codes for check-in & check-out, even though it was a Multiple Night Stay we only had

I stayed at Ne no Hana at Otoiroka no Toki once a long time ago, and because all Rooms are separate villas with spacious, relaxing interiors, I chose to stay again after a round of golf. I was very satisfied with the thoughtful service from the staff. The meals were also excellent, and it was great that additional dishes could be ordered separately. Above all, the head chef personally came to greet us and brought homemade pickles—I enjoyed them so much that I asked for seconds three times. The way the natural flavors of the ingredients were highlighted while still being refined deserves high praise. This Accommodation is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend quiet, private time. At check-out we were seen off, and it was my first time ever to be personally seen off by the head chef as well. His smile was wonderful and made me want to come back again without hesitation. Since I’m a big foodie, I tend to rate an Accommodation based on its meals; from the very first dish I felt confident it would be great—and in fact I returned to my Room completely full and satisfied. I hope to stop by again around early autumn. Thank you very much for everything.

The kids’ meals and amenities were excellent, and the Facility environment was wonderful for keeping children entertained. The kids’ room is open 24 hours, so even children who wake up early and are full of energy could enjoy themselves to the fullest. When our older grandchild fell ill on the second day, you were a tremendous help—preparing gentle-on-the-stomach meals and promptly taking care of the bedding. The adults who enjoy drinks also thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive plan. We would love to visit again. Just one request: we would feel safer if an additional lock for access to the open-air bath and footbath area could be installed higher up as well. Our 4-year-old can unlock doors on their own, and we felt anxious about them accidentally stepping out onto the terrace and potentially falling into the river. Thank you for considering this.

I’ve stayed here many times for business trips and similar occasions. Since it’s right in front of the station, it’s easy to find. The staff are very professional. Breakfast is delicious, so I always end up having two servings—it really energizes me in the morning. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay here again.

The stylish interior in this historic building was wonderful! The Hotel had a great atmosphere that truly reflects its heritage. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The shower was incredibly cool! (LOL) The location is also perfect—right in the heart of the sightseeing area with excellent access. Lucky Pierrot and Hasegawa Store are right next door, Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses are just nearby, and Mt. Hakodate is only a short walk away—nothing to complain about. I’d definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Although it was described as a guesthouse, to me it was a wonderful auberge with outstanding service. We stayed in a special Room with a semi-open-air bath, and enjoyed Hotel-like furnishings and hospitality. Thank you very much. The meals featured an incredible amount of seafood. The seasoning had a Kansai-style flavor with rich dashi, and even when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, it was so delicious we finished everything. On the second night, both the taste and portion size were upgraded—highly satisfying. From the Room and the dining area, we could also faintly see the Tateyama Mountain Range across Toyama Bay (Himi Bay). It was truly moving. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

In the evening, the illuminated Japanese garden was breathtaking. The French cuisine at the restaurant Bella Desso on the 40th floor of the Garden Tower was delicately presented and very delicious, which was impressive. The restaurant staff's smiling service made the meal enj

That said, breakfast was delightful with items like French toast, Kobe beef croquettes, curry bread rolls, freshly baked madeleines—all delicious! However—one male chef-like staff member cleared empty dishes from tables wearing blue gloves without any smile or acknowledgment towa

We celebrated a 60th birthday and had an amazing experience! First of all, thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. From the seating arrangement with a view of the garden (and torii gate), to the BD plate and commemorative gifts, every detail was truly appreciated. The kind

The Room was very clean and comfortable, and since it was a corner Room, it had lots of windows and was bright. We could fully enjoy the view of Mojiko Port—it was perfect. The light snacks in the club lounge were more than satisfying for us as a couple in our 50s, and having s

The staff's hospitality was excellent from the moment we headed to the shuttle bus stop on our way there, throughout our stay at the Hotel, and even during the shuttle ride back to Yaizu Station. We had a truly pleasant experience all around. We’re already talking about visiti

A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited about the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including

Above all, I was thoroughly impressed by how delicious the Hotel's cuisine was. The stylish breakfast featuring fresh fruits and salads was delightful, and I couldn't resist purchasing some Hotel-made jam to enjoy back home after savoring it there. The Basque cheesecake also exce

We chose a Plan because we wanted to eat spiny lobster and abalone; we also added a dining option on the day and were very satisfied—it was tender and delicious. The cosmetics were MIKIMOTO as well. We added an option and gifted my wife a Pearl Spa experience, which made her very

We travel to Onsen destinations across the whole country about 20 times a year as a couple. This time, we stayed for two nights. The sense of space design was outstanding, the service provided by well-trained staff was top-notch, and both the Onsen and meals were impeccable. Seei

We stayed here to celebrate my father's 70th birthday! The meals were delicious, and when we mentioned it was his 70th birthday, they immediately provided a celebratory hat, a traditional vest, and even a message card! The staff were incredibly kind and made us very happy.

The Hotel met all my conditions, including late-night check-in availability, a large public bath, and multiple dining options nearby, so I made the Reservation. Both breakfast and the bath were pleasant, and the staff's service was excellent, making it a comfortable stay.
