Although it was only a one-night stay, it was a truly wonderful Hotel. We had made a Reservation for two Rooms for two guests each, and they properly prepared connecting Rooms for us. All amenities were provided, and we enjoyed an elegant, comfortable stay with no inconveniences.

I visited Tokyo Skytree for the first time, and the location was perfect as the Hotel is right by Oshiage Station, with no transfers needed from the Keikyu Main Line at Haneda Airport to the Toei Asakusa Line. It was very convenient to stroll around Solamachi as if it were a gard

Our family of four stayed here and we were very satisfied. We used the Hotel buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. All of the Hotel staff were very kind and helpful, and our children were impressed as well. We would love to stay again if we have th

The front desk was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. Although I didn’t use it, the welcome drink seemed like a nice touch. There is a microwave, ice machine, and vending machine on the first floor. The guest room had plenty of space; even with a large suitcase

I chose this Accommodation for its convenient access to Toshogu Shrine. Perhaps because many international guests stay here in large groups, the Room was spacious and comfortable. I was also happy that I managed to have the large public bath all to myself at just the right time. Breakfast was refreshingly different—you can choose from four kinds of grilled fish (I think), and there were plenty of dishes, so I was satisfied. If I had to mention a couple of concerns: the bath towel had a smell I didn’t like, and there was a long list of guests’ surnames displayed at the entrance. Considering that someone could take a photo and post it on social media for the whole world to see, it didn’t feel comfortable having names written where all guests could see them. (Maybe I’m just overly sensitive about it…)

I was soothed by the many flowers and trees and the lively songs of birds. There is also a park nearby, making an early-morning walk very pleasant. The Hotel’s complimentary drinks were great, and the meals—along with the beautiful tableware—were thoughtfully prepared and delicio

Additionally, there was a mist sauna in the large public bath, and the room had a massage cushion, which helped me relax. The room was also clean and well-maintained. Although it was a short stay, I was able to relax. I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed for one night during my trip to Osaka, and I was very grateful for the kind assistance with luggage storage both before check-out and after. The Facility was clean, the large public bath was excellent, and all the staff provided wonderful service. I would definitely like

The library was very clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious, but there was only one coffee machine and it took time, so there was always a line—I hope this can be improved. There were no cotton swabs in the amenities, so I had to buy some at a nearby drugstore, but they were available at the front desk. There was no explanation about this, which was disappointing. The Room was quiet and clean, which was great.

This was my first stay, and the staff provided excellent service both during check-in and check-out. The Room was very comfortable and easy to relax in. I usually have trouble sleeping with a different pillow, but I slept soundly here. If I have another opportunity, I would

- I stayed here on a business trip from Tokyo to Nagoya. - I also borrowed a few amenities (a smartphone cable and nail clippers), and the staff were kind and welcoming with warm smiles. - The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the energetic service from the staff was impressive. - The double Room was comfortable, and I was able to use the large public bath (a bit small) almost privately. - The only downside was that the elevator was crowded in the morning, and some guests couldn’t get on, so I recommend allowing extra time when leaving. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I’ll be back, and I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues!

The sound and view of the stream were amazing!! I was extremely satisfied. The other baths with different atmospheres were as wonderful as ever. The nostalgic time-traveling feel of this accommodation is still intact, which made me very excited. This time's room was also grea

Stayed for one night on November 11th and another night on the 18th. The room had a separate toilet and bathroom, which was clean and reassuring. The bathtub was spacious enough to stretch out, making it very comfortable. The bed had the perfect firmness, with two pillows and

They even provided drink service, allowing me to study in a quiet and calm environment. (I had planned to study at the desk in my room, so this was truly helpful.) Additionally, many exam takers and businesspeople were staying here, which made the facility quiet and peaceful. I

Dinner was served in a private room by the stream, featuring local ingredients prepared with care, accompanied by excellent explanations and service from the staff. The reception and lounge staff were very kind and attentive. The view from the hilltop location slightly away from

I’d like to stay here again—the quality is excellent for the price. The twin room has semi-double beds, the in-room amenities are good, and the large public bath is well stocked with amenities, including body towels. Women often bring various items, but you’ll have more than enou

The hotel's response was heartwarming, as they seemed to know I was staying for the exam and even gave me a supportive message. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, and I was satisfied with the delicious dashi chazuke that I could customize to my liking. The resta
