The staff’s hospitality and service were also excellent; we felt truly comfortable throughout our stay and were glad we chose this Accommodation for our special occasion. It’s an Accommodation worth visiting even if it means taking a flight to get there. I’d love to visit again

The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. The meals were also delicious. I was satisfied with the Hotel amenities and in-room facilities. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I was impressed first by the wonderful view. If I had arrived earlier, I would have liked to relax in the lounge and enjoy it longer. Each dish tasted handmade. Everything was delicious, and since all drinks were free, I could dine slowly and comfortably without worry. I also liked the chef’s call when new dishes were served. The Room was clean, and I could unwind while looking out at the birch trees. Ideally, it would have been nice to have a large public bath, but the in-room bathroom was spacious and spotless, so I could soak in the tub at leisure. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

I stayed here for a hike on Onyujima Island and to visit the Nokasayama war ruins. It was a very well-located Hotel, close to Saiki Station and the highway bus stop from Oita Airport. The ferry terminal for Onyujima Island is also about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Leaflets for nearby restaurants were available in the Hotel lobby, and the recommended place “Toritomi” had amazing chicken tataki. This time I didn’t have enough time to sightsee around Saiki Castle, so I’d like to visit Saiki again. I’ll stay here again next time.

As soon as I entered the entrance, I was soothed by the refreshing LOHAS scent. The foreign female staff at the front desk provided incredibly kind service, which left a great impression on me. The large public bath was very clean and comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying i

We stayed at this Hotel for a company trip. It is in a great location—just a short walk from Kokusai-dori and within walking distance of both Miebashi Station and Makishi Station on the Yui Rail. The all-you-can-drink Awamori and Orion Beer servers on the first floor were also very popular with our group. I would definitely like to stay here again for a private trip.

We stayed for two nights, and on the second day we relaxed in our Room all day because of the typhoon. The meals had many dishes and tasted great, and we were able to take our time in the Onsen and truly feel refreshed. Everyone treated us kindly like family, which made us very happy. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

There’s also a convenience store on the premises, which is very convenient. The Room isn’t luxurious but is sufficiently clean and comfortable. During my Multiple Night Stay, I appreciated the dummy key provided to keep appliances like the refrigerator powered even when leaving t

After checking in at the front desk, everything—from the charming covered walkway leading to our detached Room and the adorable ducks greeting us, to the spacious, spotless Room with a private indoor bath and open-air bath—was a series of delightful surprises. In addition, ever

On my first trip to Yufuin, I visited on a solo journey. Both the head lady at the front desk and the lady at the restaurant were wonderful, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The Room was very clean and felt warm and welcoming. I was also able to relax and fully enjoy the bath. It was a lovely Accommodation where time passed gently and with care. I’m glad I decided to come. Thank you very much.

Although it’s not right along the coastline, this Accommodation had several spots that made me think, “This is really nice.” Dinner wasn’t at the restaurant we originally requested, but they made a Reservation at a place we were very satisfied with. The Room is a bit old, but it was well cleaned and we were able to stay comfortably. There are two baths, both available for private use. There was no time when it was so crowded that we couldn’t get in. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath were very relaxing. For breakfast the next morning, grilled Pacific saury was served. The staff were kind, and it felt like a warm, homey Accommodation.

We stayed in a Yokohama Floor Bay View Room on a high floor, and the view was wonderful—we could see both the ocean and the Ferris wheel. The Room was spacious, and it was very convenient that the bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower booth. The shampoo, conditioner, and b

After checking out, we visited Kihinkan—a historic building where my husband and I savored exquisite soba noodles together. We are deeply grateful to our son and his wife for gifting us such an incredible trip. We would love to visit again someday! Thank you so much to everyone a

We opted for breakfast included, and every dish was delicious with a wide variety that was visually delightful and energizing. The hotel's special French toast, croissants, salad, and fruits were particularly high-quality and satisfying. The milk was also very tasty and memor

A message card and a small gift were prepared in the Room, which deeply moved us. Staying in the Luxe King Room on the top floor, we enjoyed the stunning night views of Minato Mirai and Bay Bridge. The staff were very pleasant, and the French toast at breakfast was exceptionall

I stayed with my two daughters. We were truly impressed by the fresh flowers displayed throughout the Room and the Accommodation, and by the thoughtful service of delivering to our Room the dishes we couldn’t finish at dinner. The Onsen was luxurious, spotless, and wonderfully re

I was very satisfied with the buffet. The main dishes, such as sashimi, crab, steak, and tempura, were plentiful. I also thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine. The replenishment was quick, and the all-you-can-drink option was a nice touch. The bath facilities were very satisfyin

There were also various snacks like nuts which were very satisfying. We had fun pouring our own beers to see who could make it look better—and ended up drinking too much! At Tsukikoma STAND, we also enjoyed beer and wine on the outdoor terrace. During dinner, we were recommended

The Hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service, making my stay pleasant. The Room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There were also four types of complimentary snacks (nuts, chocolate, jelly, and snacks), all of which were delicious. As I

First of all, the amount of food was just right. The quality was also satisfying, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. I enjoyed a welcome drink of beer after the bath. The Onsen was spacious, and I particularly liked the open-air bath that resembled an infinity pool with a vi
