The Room was clean and very nice. There were two small sofas by the window, and their bright yellow color was stylish and really enhanced the feel of the Room. The Room itself was spacious, and since it was on a high floor, the view was open and I could relax during my stay. Also

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I had a very comfortable stay. The service was excellent and comparable to that of a high-end first-class Hotel. At checkout, they kindly saw me off outside with smiles, which warmed my heart. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at ag

I was especially impressed by the price and quality of the oyster and conger eel rice. The Hotel is conveniently located near both the ferry terminal and train station, with perks like tickets and momiji manju included. The rooms were modern, clean, and excellent! I would love

The garden view allowed me to enjoy the sight of the garden at Ukigetsuro, built on the site of Tokugawa Yoshinobu's residence, making my stay relaxing. The facility was clean, and the unit bath was spacious and well-maintained—perfect for business use with no complaints at all

I made a Reservation because it’s conveniently located near the station and has a large public bath. Due to JR service suspensions, I had to check out suddenly, but the staff handled everything smoothly. I was in such a rush that I left something behind, and they responded kindly and carefully. It was my first time trying a buffet-style breakfast, so I’m sorry I couldn’t make use of it. I’d like to stay again.

It was a Business Hotel, yet a relaxing and comfortable accommodation. Highlights of the Accommodation: Perfect temperature of the natural free-flowing Onsen, half-buffet dinner with an alcohol-inclusive drink bar, free private open-air bath available without reservation, free

Although it was only a one-night stay, it was a truly wonderful Hotel. We had made a Reservation for two Rooms for two guests each, and they properly prepared connecting Rooms for us. All amenities were provided, and we enjoyed an elegant, comfortable stay with no inconveniences.

Onsen: The water quality is excellent. There is only one open-air bath for the natural Onsen, but if more baths were added, it would be an even more perfect Accommodation. Dining: The Japanese cuisine here is high quality and very delicious, even compared with other Ryokan and Ho

Even so, there was parking, and we were able to park for free. It was affordable, and since there were three of us we chose a suite; it was larger than a certain famous Hotel, with a sparkling marble luxurious living room and kitchen—everything was spacious and very comfortable.

The extended check-out time of 14:00 also provides a relaxed morning on departure day. The room is equipped with a DVD player available for rent, allowing guests to enjoy their own DVDs on the large TV near the bed. Watching Mozart operas like "Don Giovanni" and "The Abduction

I decided to go on a castle tour in Gunma Prefecture. The accommodation was conveniently located near Numata Castle Ruins and surrounded by plenty of dining options, so I chose it. With a spacious public bath on the first floor and a large dining area, the overall design was relaxing and comfortable. I splurged a little and reserved a room on the 10th floor, the top floor, where I enjoyed expansive views of Numata's beautiful mountain scenery. For dinner, I had some drinks at the yakitori restaurant next door, which was right in front of the parking lot. There were also several izakayas and bars nearby, making this my favorite accommodation. The breakfast buffet was well-managed with staff promptly replenishing dishes and cleaning up with great attention to detail. However, it was disappointing to see some guests leaving their tables messy with leftover dishes behind.

The building is beautifully maintained, and I was truly moved by its smart design that still feels warm with natural wood. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed having plenty of both fish and meat. The Hotel staff were always smiling, and it was a pleasure communicating with them. I came for lunch five years ago and had been dreaming of staying here ever since—my wish finally came true. Thank you so much; I’d love to come back again!

All of the food was delicious. We had drinks as well, and everything—from cheese and prosciutto to roast beef, pork shabu-shabu, and pickles—was excellent. Breakfast was also great: vinegared rice with marinated salmon roe, yogurt, and clam chimaki were all very tasty. The staff

Location, facility, service, price, and bath—perfect. The location is within walking distance to the downtown area. Last time I had to take a taxi back and forth four times unnecessarily. There’s no hotel in Fukushima that surpasses this one. Next reservation for July complet
