The staff were polite and kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hairdryer was Panasonic, just like the one I use at home, and the pajamas were also very comfortable—absolutely perfect. One thing that could be improved is adding a make

Through various changes such as the GOTO campaign during the pandemic, main building renovations, restaurant updates, and the removal of karaoke boxes, I am reassured by the consistent hospitality that remains unchanged. I hope this welcoming atmosphere continues in the future.

The ocean was right in front of us, the property was very clean, and above all, the food was delicious—we were extremely satisfied! I haven’t often found truly great sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent. Thank you as well for your thoughtful kindness toward our children

Our family of four stayed in a room with a private open-air bath, and it was amazing—even putting it mildly. The meals, baths, and views were all excellent. The food was generous and delicious, and at night we enjoyed a sky full of stars. The bath left our skin silky smooth—especially the morning bath, which I highly recommend. This was our first stay, but it’s an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much.

They also provided a TV that can watch YouTube, which was a big help while I was busy. The massage chair was wonderful too. With such well-equipped Facilities, both parents and children were extremely satisfied. On the way home, the kids said with teary eyes, “That was so fun—we

The accommodation was new and very clean both inside and out. The parking lot, adjacent to a supermarket, had plenty of spaces, providing peace of mind despite unclear boundaries. The welcome bar offered alcoholic beverages along with soft drinks, allowing us to enjoy snacks a

I think this is a very satisfying Accommodation. Although it is not an Accommodation within Kamikochi, if you are trekking from Taisho Pond to Kappa Bridge, I would recommend this Accommodation even more. We were able to park until 3:00 PM the next day, and it was also possible to use the Onsen for a day trip after the trek. The staff’s smiles were delightful, and it was a wonderful, relaxing Accommodation.

Soaking in the Onsen while gazing at the full moon and stars and listening to the sound of the ocean was incredible. We were able to enjoy our meals leisurely in a private dining room. Both the taste and presentation were top-class. Haifu is an Accommodation you’ll definitely w

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

From check-in, we had a very positive impression, and the rest of the staff were equally wonderful. The dining staff were all from overseas, but they served us with smiles and great dedication, and it was clear they are well trained. The food was delicately seasoned and served at just the right time to enjoy it at its best, and at breakfast we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having warm tableware. The bath was also spacious and very relaxing. We visited in midsummer this time, so we would love to return in a different season.

This Hotel is located along the Kinugawa River. We stayed here on a family trip. The private open-air bath was wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. There were maple trees, so I enjoyed imagining how beautiful it must be during the autumn foliage season! We also used the large public bath, and the location was excellent—you can enjoy the river views and sounds. You can use it even late at night during your stay, so if you have plans, you won’t need to worry about bathing hours. Both dinner and breakfast are served in a private dining room, so I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and recover from everyday fatigue!! The staff were very kind as well. We’d love to stay again—thank you very much!

The Hotel itself is not very large, but its excellent location and compact yet fully equipped facilities as a Business Hotel make for a comfortable stay. Most notably, the quality of the breakfast is outstanding, significantly enhancing its appeal. The impressive buffet selection

We stayed here to celebrate an anniversary with close friends! The stylishly designed living area and the Room with a sauna were absolutely perfect for a girls’ trip. If we have the chance, we’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

They also greeted us with smiles when we went out in the evening and in the morning. Their attentiveness at checkout was excellent as well. I truly felt they were professionals. The Room and bath were both very satisfying. I would definitely like to stay here again when I vis

I stayed in Osaka for three days. The Hotel Room was clean and nice. The staff's service was also good. Although the fire alarm went off accidentally at night, I had no major issues during my stay.

We were worried we might not be able to arrive due to the typhoon, but we were able to stay safely. The Room, meals, and open-air bath were all very good.

While looking for an Accommodation on the way from Ise to the Kumano Kodo, I found this place. As the Reviews said, it was a simple yet very good Accommodation. I enjoyed the instant miso soup at night and in the morning, and the breakfast bento and coffee were also delicious. The staff were very friendly as well.

The front desk staff were kind and approachable, providing helpful information about the town, which made the experience pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. Additionally, the nightly snack service, which changes daily, was a nice touch for a

The unit bath was small, but the placement of the toilet paper was surprisingly innovative. The breakfast was so fulfilling that it didn’t feel like a free service, and I was delighted that mochi was also offered in limited quantities. I appreciated the coffee service and fre
