Perhaps because there was availability on a weekday, they upgraded us to a larger Room. We were very satisfied with the open, airy Room and the mountain views from the large windows in our corner Room. The meals were all delicious, with plenty of dishes, and we left completely full. It was our first time trying venison—it was tender and excellent. The bath and the entire property were clean and very pleasant.

The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the Onsen, making my stay comfortable. Additionally, my Room was upgraded, allowing me to relax even more. The location is convenient as it’s close to the station, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby where I could buy snacks after

I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and I’m glad I did—I had a very satisfying stay. At check-in, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely courteous, which made for a pleasant start to my trip. The Room was spotless, and I was especially happy with the well-stocked amenities. The shower in the Room was excellent. I had assumed it would be small, but there was plenty of space and strong water pressure—very satisfying. I also used the Onsen and the pool. The pool had a great view; it was a shame it was cloudy that day, but there were warmer areas in the water temperature-wise, which felt really nice. If I had to mention one thing, it would be perfect if they were directly connected to the Hotel with no need to go outside. I wanted to use the Onsen before checkout, but even though it isn’t far, you still have to walk outdoors—and I didn’t feel comfortable doing that right after waking up without makeup—so I gave up on that idea. Still, I had a fulfilling and worthwhile time overall, and I’m glad I chose to stay here.

The stylish interior in this historic building was wonderful! The Hotel had a great atmosphere that truly reflects its heritage. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The shower was incredibly cool! (LOL) The location is also perfect—right in the heart of the sightseeing area with excellent access. Lucky Pierrot and Hasegawa Store are right next door, Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses are just nearby, and Mt. Hakodate is only a short walk away—nothing to complain about. I’d definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

This is my fourth visit. Thank you to all the Kahala Resort staff who always warmly welcome us with a "Welcome back" at the entrance. I use it once a year to heal the fatigue of daily life. This time, we used it to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our son's birthday, a

The reflecting pool terrace offers different scenery during the day and at night. The view from the Room is also breathtaking—nothing to complain about. Dinner was a kaiseki course, served at just the right pace by the staff, and I felt this Hotel offers excellent hospitality. Th

We enjoyed apple pie and royal milk tea at the café, cocktails at the bar, and finally dinner at the restaurant. And to top it off, an Onsen we could soak in anytime. Off-season Karuizawa was quiet and peaceful, and my heart, body, and stomach were all happily satisfied. Thank yo

This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The view from the Hotel was also fantastic. This time, I stayed in a Corner Twin Room, which was spacious and even had a massage chair, allowing me to have an extremely comfortable stay.

I often stay at One Harmony accommodations, including Okura properties, but this is my first stay at Tokyo Bay in 6–7 years. The luxurious and elegant European-inspired design remains unchanged, with its graceful white walls and arched architecture reminiscent of a Southern Euro

The bathroom in the Room was excellent, allowing you to relax while enjoying the view of the beautifully maintained garden. The meals were also very delicious. All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. This is definitely a Hotel I would love to visit again!

The number of dishes could be adjusted, so even my light-eating wife finished everything. The sommelier's stories were delightful, making it a fun and quick meal. Our room was a corner Room with a king bed, offering ultimate relaxation. My wife was also satisfied and expressed he

This was my first time staying here. It wasn't too crowded, and I was able to enjoy both the large public bath and dining area without any stress. The open-air bath with a garden in the large public bath was truly impressive. I love saunas, and the auto löyly sauna with a H

The Chinese restaurant, Togen (Tougen), was incredibly delicious no matter what we ate, especially the chili sauce prawns and Chen Mapo Tofu, which were particularly excellent. Thanks to Castle Hotel, we were able to spend a wonderful and comfortable time. Thank you very much.

The hospitality from everyone—the lounge and front desk staff, as well as the in-room service team—was outstanding. The in-room afternoon tea was amazing; we could enjoy it elegantly in a beautiful Room. The afternoon tea parfait was also delicious, and my child loves macarons—th

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for my parents as well. The meals were visually stunning and delicious, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time together as a family. It became an unforgettable trip filled with wonderful memories for all of us. We would love

I chose this Accommodation because I wanted to visit Mihama Beach and it was conveniently located, but I was amazed by the incredible hospitality. The proprietress was like sunshine, and all the other staff were so pleasant—truly a wonderful Accommodation. The young woman who served dinner even picked up on our small conversation and celebrated my husband’s birthday, which we hadn’t mentioned. The Room cushions were unbelievably thick and fluffy—so much so that I almost hesitated to sit on them. Since I was traveling with my elderly father, they were very considerate of him, and he was in great spirits as well. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a warm Accommodation. Thank you very much!

Next time, I’d like to visit again around autumn when the weather is better. The meal included sashimi and a generous portion of spiny lobster, and everything was delicious. The steak was A5 grade and quite large; it felt like a lot for a couple, but we finished it all. They also

The view overlooking Kiyomizu-dera, Kennin-ji, and Yasaka Shrine in Kyoto’s Higashiyama area was outstanding. The Hotel is conveniently located near Shijo-Kawaramachi Station, yet just behind it are Kiyamachi Street and Pontocho—perfect for a stroll—so even on a two-night trip we
