Locals say the food is delicious, so they use the large banquet hall for parties. After enjoying the Onsen and having breakfast, I was satisfied. It tends to be used more by men. Tea is placed in the hallway rather than in the Room.

The Room is equipped with cooking utensils, a washing machine, and other Facilities, so I can truly relax in the Room and always enjoy a wonderful staycation. The sauna is also fantastic: a cold plunge with cooling function and an outdoor relaxation space. It’s truly the best.

With few days off in my usual routine, I booked this Accommodation at short notice because I wanted to relax in an Onsen for the first time in a while, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. The whole place has a strong Showa-era vibe, which felt pleasantly nostalgic to someone born in that era. They prepared a private dining room for us, and our family enjoyed a delicious meal together—both the quality and quantity were more than enough. We were also very satisfied with all the baths: the open-air bath attached to our Room, the large public bath, the outdoor Onsen bath, and even the private bath with karaoke. We could truly unwind. If I visit the Nagano area again, I’d like to stay here again.

I found this Accommodation by searching on YouTube and stayed for one night during Golden Week in May. The price was reasonable for a one-night stay with two meals included. Although it had a new name after a change in management from the previous Hotel, it felt like an old-fashioned city Hotel with a Showa-era vibe. It’s within walking distance of Hitachi Station, and there is plenty of parking, making it ideal as an Accommodation mainly for road trips. I didn’t expect much from the meals given the price, but they were delicious and a drink was included, so it felt like a great deal. On the second day, we were also able to visit nearby Kamine Park and the zoo, which made for a fun trip. I’d like to use it again when traveling around the Hitachi area. The Room was on an upper floor just as I had hoped.

A simple accommodation with only the essentials, avoiding excessive services. The room is stylish and comfortable. A memorable highlight was the sushi prepared on-site. Savoring seasonal delicacies while appreciating the craftsmanship and presentation was delightful. The

The Room was clean, and the service was excellent. The morning greetings from the young man cleaning and the woman were particularly memorable. It gave me a sense of reassurance to see them working while being attentive to their surroundings.

The Room felt a bit small, but for me as an exam taker, it was a space where I could focus. However, the breakfast portion was small.

It was a wonderful space. I’ve also uploaded photos, so I hope you’ll take a look. I was amazed at how beautifully this place has been designed—what could otherwise feel a bit small is made to feel so special. My wife, our 3-year-old child, and I stayed here and were very satisfied! The room was very clean, and our child was thrilled, saying, “The top bunk is my spot!” The sink area and bath were comfortable with everything we needed, and the TENTIAL sandals were also very comfortable to wear. I think this place will change people’s image of a “garage house hotel.” One thing I hope will improve going forward is the food. Dinner looked great—the plating and tableware were beautiful and enjoyable visually. On the other hand, the overall flavor felt like it could use one more step up. In particular, while the venison main dish was prepared in a very approachable way, those who love game meat might find it a little lacking. I was also personally disappointed that there wasn’t a glass red wine option to pair with the venison main. That said, since it was such an easy-to-eat dish, perhaps the by-the-glass selection was chosen intentionally to match that style. And breakfast— this is something I really hope you improve. The rice had dried out and become hard, which honestly made me sad. Personally, I feel breakfast can greatly change the overall impression of a Hotel stay. Because this Facility is so wonderful otherwise, I strongly felt you should put more effort into breakfast. Also, while the female staff member in charge of dinner came across as highly professional, at breakfast it felt like operations still weren’t running smoothly. In the end, after-meal drinks took quite a while to arrive and we had to wait. The families on both sides of us seemed to be in the same situation as well, so I hope this will be improved going forward. I’ve written various things about the meals but—above all—this place itself is truly lovely. I think it’s definitely worth staying at this Hotel. There was also a small issue during our stay this time; however, your response was very smooth and pleasant. Including how you handled an irregular situation like that, my personal evaluation is very high. As an aside: when my child and I woke up early for a walk in the morning—we actually found a stag beetle! My child was overjoyed as well; including that experience too, it became a wonderful memory.

This was my first stay at an unmanned, studio-style Business Hotel. If it’s going to be unmanned anyway, I wish they had at least a robot reception desk. The first impression feels a bit cheap, but I suppose that’s the owner’s limit. That said, this time I realized what an amazing location this is—Miyajima looks like the “Sleeping Kannon” from here. You can see the beautiful Sleeping Kannon shape of Miyajima from this direction. The Business Hotel should promote this location much more. It’s not my company so I don’t really care, but it’s a waste to have such a great view with so little PR. Next door there is a private Ryokan called Ajina-tei (one group per night), but since you can look down on Ajina-tei even from the 2nd floor of this Business Hotel, I think staying at this far cheaper Business Hotel is better than staying at Ajina-tei. The only disappointing thing was that you could see many power lines from the 2nd floor. I stayed in Room 201 (a twin Room). In particular, the service line to Ajina-tei was thick and distracting, and there were also an unusually large number of wires messily connected to utility poles with capacitors. I think the view would be better on the 3rd or 4th floor where you wouldn’t see them. I think management should clearly state that power lines are noticeable on the 2nd floor and make those Rooms cheaper. I don’t know whether the Accommodation Fee on the 3rd and 4th floors is currently the same as on the 2nd floor, but they should differentiate pricing—even if higher floors cost more—because they offer a better view. (It would be ideal if their Reservation website showed view photos by floor.) Also, National Route 2 runs in front of the Hotel and traffic is heavy even at night. Noise and vibrations—especially when large trucks passed—that didn’t bother me during daytime became noticeable at night, and it was hard to fall asleep. Additional note: Even with this excellent view in Ajina, it’s disappointing that condominium buildings in Natalie Marina Marina Town along the coastline overlap with Miyajima in your line of sight. I can’t forgive whoever approved construction of those buildings. Lastly, since travel encounters are once-in-a-lifetime for me and I probably won’t visit Miyajima again, if I were to stay here again I’d want Room 401 or Room 301 instead (this is coming from someone who stayed in Room 201). Second additional note: There’s a system where you put your shoes into lockers at the shoe cabinet by the entrance, but having to walk about one meter from the entrance to that cabinet wearing slippers is inconvenient. Having to change into slippers twice made me feel annoyed.

Although slightly dated, the staff's service was pleasant, making the stay enjoyable. Room service was also appreciated. Excellent value for money!

Since it’s a condominium, I like being left alone. This was my repeat stay, but the unit bathroom was very small, and I could do without the toilet lid hitting my back while using it. The toilet seat was cold too.

Excellent services and perfect location! I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

It was my first time staying, and it was quiet with meals served in the Room, allowing for a relaxing experience. However, during my Multiple Night Stay, the service on the second day was not satisfactory, with insufficient replenishment of amenities. There were also times when no staff were available, which caused some concern. The semi-open-air bath was nice but not a free-flowing hot spring; it used a circulation system with low water volume and limited temperature control. Since there is no large public bath available, I think it would have been more enjoyable if the water level had been higher and at least partially free-flowing. It’s unfortunate because it’s such a great location where one can relax quietly.

The accommodation is located right in front of the sea, making it easy to enjoy swimming just by walking. The facility is thoughtfully designed, allowing for a comfortable stay. Despite being unmanned, the hospitality extended to guests was warm and sincere. However, the guests staying next door were extremely noisy late into the night. They played loud music outside and continued their commotion past 11 PM. As we had a young child with us and wanted to put them to bed by 9 PM, it was impossible to rest under such circumstances. While this issue pertains to guest behavior rather than the accommodation itself, it was nonetheless very disappointing.

Even as someone who isn’t fond of camping, I found it incredibly comfortable. The staff were always friendly with their smiles but maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant two-night stay. I would love to visit again!
