Although we stayed during the hot season, we were able to play in the river in front of the Hotel and had a great time. The water was clean and not too deep, and we were happy to see our dog enjoying it—it made us glad we came. We didn’t use it this time, but next time we’d like to have river-play photos taken. The meals also felt carefully prepared dish by dish. The salt-grilled ayu was delicious. At dinner, a female staff member was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was set up like a half-buffet system, and items that ran out were replenished promptly with attentive care. The bath water didn’t feel particularly like an Onsen, but the baths were spacious and relaxing. The open-air bath felt slightly hot. Given the times, it seems they are operating with a small team, but there were thoughtful touches such as a 24-hour self-checkout system at the shop and mops and small vacuums available in the changing area for guests to use. Since all guests had dogs with them, we could relax without worrying about others. We’d like to stay again during the autumn foliage season or when fireflies can be seen.

Overall, I was very satisfied, especially with the lobster pasta and zeppole for dinner, as well as the truffle cream soup for breakfast. The afternoon tea at the salon was also exceptional. Aside from the meals, the location is convenient—within walking distance from the st

Whether as a secluded stay or enjoying the open-air bath, nature, cuisine, and the warm hospitality of the staff, this accommodation offers us an incredibly stress-free experience. This time, we were lucky to witness the beautiful Moon Road at just the right timing—it was truly

The dining area had a modern and lovely atmosphere, and they were considerate of having a child with us, allowing us to enjoy delicious food and drinks, which made us truly happy. Even when we were walking around the hot spring town in the rain, the staff kindly brought umbrella

The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and I appreciated being able to store my luggage before and after my stay. The facilities and rooms were very clean, making for a comfortable experience. I was also pleased with the separate bath and toilet setup! I look forward

The guest room, amenities, bath, and bedding were all excellent. The TV offered various apps to enjoy, and the bedding was even better than that of Hotel Nikko in Shinsaibashi. With just a pedestrian bridge to cross to reach Kansai Airport's boarding area, convenience is top-notc

I stayed for multiple nights, and the breakfast menu varied slightly each day, allowing me to enjoy choosing freely. Outside the hotel, there are convenience stores and coin laundries nearby, which made it convenient even for multiple night stays. I am very satisfied overall—

After such a wonderful stay and breakfast, I felt recharged and headed to work. My friends enjoyed a late check-out and were able to relax. Our annual overnight get-together is always fun, but this time it turned into an especially lovely stay. I’d definitely like to visit again.

The refined Japanese-modern aesthetic, stripped of anything unnecessary, and the thoughtfully placed art throughout were truly captivating. Spending time in the open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water in the Room was pure bliss. I was also impressed by the high q

I stayed here for the first time two and a half years ago. I was completely satisfied with the Hotel’s location, the Room, and the large public bath. The property was also very clean, which left a great impression. So this time I didn’t hesitate to make a Reservation for two nights, and enjoyed visiting Mitsumine Shrine and sightseeing around Chichibu and Nagatoro. The “Tabibito no Yu” bath is a natural Onsen, and compared with other Route Inn properties it has more shower booths (and they’re ReFa), plus a larger bath—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I definitely want to stay here again next time I visit Chichibu. Thank you for taking care of us for two nights. We’ll be back. One small disappointment: the in-room TV’s facility guide didn’t work (even when pressing the Home button), so I couldn’t check how crowded the large public bath was.

We could relax on the tatami while enjoying Nespresso, which made the stay very comfortable. The high-quality amenities such as kendama, origami, Sekkisei toiletries, and a Kinujo hairdryer were delightful touches. Although the bathroom in our Room only had a shower, it feature

This was my first stay, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The in-room bath and open-air bath were wonderful and felt amazing. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was full and satisfied—it was delicious. I’d love to visit again.

The room was clean, and the private open-air onsen had just the right temperature. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and impressive (we even received red rice as part of the birthday celebration). The hostess and staff were attentive, providing excellent hos

Breakfast is buffet-style, with local vegetables, regional specialties, and live-kitchen dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet). Even after eating well at dinner, we ended up overeating again at breakfast. The hospitality from everyone at the Accommodation was outstanding—we were trul

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin "Yoko" Room. The spaciousness, decor, furnishings, and amenities were all luxurious and impressive. Spending time enjoying the beautiful Seto Inland Sea view and savoring fresh seafood and mountain delicacies in a separate dining room was truly blissf

The Hotel staff were kind, and the Room was clean—perhaps recently renovated. The unit bathroom (bath and toilet) was also very clean and hygienic. The bed was comfortable, and having a microwave, refrigerator, TV, and safe in the Room made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast starts

I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

It has a small entrance where cars cannot stop at the front door, and it is not a large Hotel that can offer a grand welcome, but it is wonderful. The cuisine, in particular, is excellent. I have stayed at various luxury Resort Hotels, but this place seems like one I would return

I stayed here on a trip using the Seishun 18 Ticket. They upgraded my Room, so it felt spacious and I could relax. I left from Kyoto Station on the first train the next morning, and since this Hotel is right in front of the station, I was able to depart smoothly. Thank you for your hospitality.

After sightseeing in Arashiyama, we got off at Torokko Kameoka Station (from Torokko Saga-Arashiyama Station). Then we transferred from nearby JR Mabori Station to JR Kameoka Station, and the Hotel was right in front of the station. The area around the station was clean and nice, with a new soccer stadium and a Starbucks. The free hot stone spa for women was excellent. It was open late at night, so I could take my time, and my skin felt so soft afterward. It seems the men’s bath also has an open-air bath and a mist sauna. The morning rice balls also felt homemade and were great. It’s not in central Kyoto’s main sightseeing area, but there’s lots of greenery and it feels relaxing. I can see why it has such high ratings.
