I have been using this facility for over 10 years. The greetings and hospitality of the staff are excellent. Some staff members even remember us as a couple, which gives us a sense of comfort. Despite the challenges of preparing meals during these times, the food was as del

Both the Hotel and the Room were very clean, which really lifted my mood! The desk was spacious, and the bed springs were great as well. On top of that, the female staff member at reception kindly arranged for my friend and me to have adjacent Rooms, which made me very happy. The

We used both a large Ryokan-style Japanese room with beds and the single workation building, and everything was very comfortable—the staff service, the cleanliness of the Facility, and the breakfast. In particular, the single workation building was great for accompanying parents,

I loved the Japanese-modern exterior and the chic, calming interior. The guest room had a high ceiling, and the alcove lantern added a wonderful Japanese ambiance—I could really feel the good taste in the design. I heard there are only about 10 rooms in total, so the Onsen was never crowded and I could soak at my leisure. Dinner featured a wide variety of dishes using summer vegetables, seasonal fish, and local ingredients; I was very satisfied with the gentle seasoning. The edamame potage is something I’d love to have again. Breakfast also offered plenty of options and more than enough food—above all, the rice was delicious. From welcome to farewell, I felt truly high-quality service in every interaction with the staff. It was a stay that reminded me how glad I am to choose a Ryokan again after such a long time. Highly recommended Accommodation!

I used this hotel for a trip back home for a memorial service. The hospitality of the hotel staff was very pleasant. I stayed with breakfast included, and there was a wide variety of side dishes, including Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, so much so that I ended up eating more th

All-you-can-read comics/manga. During set hours, you can enjoy warm soba noodles as well. I booked single Rooms, but we all gathered here for drinks and soba—a mini girls’ night—and talked through plans for tomorrow. The staff member on the 10th floor was gentle and very kind

After visiting the theme park, I stayed in a single Room. The Room was spacious. The desk chair had an Airweave cushion, and it was more comfortable than the sofa. The value for money is truly excellent. I couldn’t find the Hotel and it was late, but I called anyway. The staff we

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast and lounge drinks were very delicious. I recommend the plum juice, my father enjoyed the breakfast soup, and my mother loved the granola she doesn't usually get to eat. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friend

There is an Onsen on the second floor (with about three showers and enough space for up to three people to relax comfortably). You can enjoy soaking both at night and in the morning, leaving your skin smooth and feeling very refreshed. Voices in the hallway can be heard, but

It was a wonderful Hotel. Dinner was also delicious, and the restaurant staff were very attentive, which made our time there truly enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff.

It was very well-equipped with bath additives, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, and emulsion. There was also a welcome drink, and I received a special coin at check-in, which allowed me to buy one drink of my choice from the vending machine inside the building, making my stay c

The staff were very kind. The Room was clean overall and very comfortable to stay in. When I asked for a soft drink, they prepared a different variety than expected, which surprised me—in a great way! I was really happy. There was a small kitchen, so it was convenient for light cooking. Also, there was an excellent selection of face wash and skincare items like toner, which was great. The bed was fluffy and the pillows were soft, making it very comfortable to sleep. I also appreciated having a Nintendo Switch available—it was really fun! There were so many services, and everything was fantastic. I’d definitely like to stay again!

We visited as a couple with our preschool-aged child and small dog. We’ve stayed at about ten dog-friendly Accommodations so far, but this was the most satisfying trip we’ve ever had! You were kind to both our child and our dog, and it became more than just a place to stay—it became part of our wonderful travel memories. Our child is a very picky eater, and we always struggle with meals while traveling, but you listened to our requests and specially prepared a menu for us. We were truly touched—both sorry for the trouble and deeply grateful. It helped us so much. The dog run also had soft, fluffy grass, and our dog happily ran around every day. It made us want to live in Nasu. Highly recommended Accommodation! Thank you very much!!

The service was truly impeccable, and the special kaiseki dinner was luxurious, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also extravagant with both Japanese and Western options—I've never had such a luxurious and heartwarming morning meal before. The oce

Last year was for a family trip, and this time for business, but the hotel was just as exceptional. The breathtaking view of Kagoshima City and Sakurajima from the hilltop location, the spacious lobby, the courteous front desk staff of this luxury hotel, the room's size and imp

The view from the rooftop was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lounge. The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere, and the lobster cream soup was delicious. Thank you for letting us take a commemorative photo at the summit table. We would love to stay here again!

The coin laundry was convenient as we could check its availability from the room's TV. Above all, the breakfast, which was abundantly made with local vegetables and fruits, was truly impressive. It was really delicious. My wife was also very pleased. Thanks to this, it was a ve

The Room was spacious, and we were delighted to see SkyTree-shaped water bottles provided. Soaking in the bathtub while enjoying the night view felt like being in an open-air bath. The bed was incredibly comfortable, truly a heavenly bed. Breakfast was also satisfying. I’m

I stayed for a two-night Multiple Night Stay as a solo traveler at Asanoya in Yumura Onsen. From start to finish, everything was comfortable, and it truly became a wonderful stay. Onsen & Room: The Room was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—I was able to spend the two days as comfortably as if I were at home. The quality of the Onsen water was exceptional; each time I soaked in it, the silky water felt wonderful on my skin and soothed my fatigue from the core. Meals: Above all, I was most impressed by dinner each evening. The dishes made generous use of seasonal local ingredients, and every item reflected careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. The presentation was beautiful and enjoyable to look at as well. Not only were the flavors excellent, but everything—from the choice of tableware to the perfect timing of serving hot dishes while still hot—was outstanding, making each meal a truly blissful experience. They prepared different menus for both nights, so I looked forward to dinner every day. Hospitality: The staff’s thoughtful care and the warm service from the attendant who served my meals were wonderful. Even though I stayed alone, I never once felt lonely—instead, I enjoyed a luxurious yet heartwarming time. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again in another season. Thank you very much for such lovely memories!

The cherry blossom season must be amazing, but the fresh greenery also provided a stunning view of Hikone Castle. After Golden Week, the hotel was quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed views of Hikone Castle from our room, the bath, and the lounge. The post-bath drink was perfect. Th
