Dinner was of course delicious, but breakfast was also very tasty. The terrace after meals offered a wonderful view and delicious coffee. The staff were all very kind and wonderful people; I think it's a Ryokan that is very friendly to children. I would love to visit again!

The meals were delicious and well-portioned, and the staff’s attentiveness was excellent. The view from the rooftop was also amazing! Beppu Tower was right in front of us, Beppu Bay looked beautiful, and the mountain scenery was great as well. The location was very convenient—wit

I have stayed at hotels in Naha City about twice a year without specifying, usually around 10,000 yen per night. The room, toilet, and bath were top-level for me. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable compared to anywhere else. Due to Okinawa's first heavy rain I exper

Enjoyed the stunning night view from both the bath and bed, as well as the thoughtful breakfast and relaxing time in the lounge. The breakfast starting with sparkling wine was delightful, featuring three different egg dishes over three days and freshly baked bread each time. On N

Throughout the Hotel there were beautiful floral arrangements everywhere; and since Awaji Island is famous for incense, it was gently scented throughout—there were thoughtful touches all around. It seems there is also a pool in summer, so I would recommend it for guests of all ag

The result was excellent. The architectural brilliance of Chutaro Urabe, combined with the interior design and art within the facility, created a very relaxing atmosphere. It was such a comfortable hotel that we were glad we chose it. The location is perfect for dining out

We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the in-room Onsen; it was very soothing. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only disappointment was that there was no light near the bed and no bedside table to place glasses or a smartphone. The road to the Accommodation was narrower than expected, which was a bit scary.

Everything was excellent. It had been a while since I last enjoyed in-Room dining at a government-registered international tourist Ryokan, and the staff’s service and cheerful hospitality were outstanding. They faithfully preserve Japan’s fine traditions while continuing to refine them, which was truly impressive. The large public bath was spacious, with an ocean view that felt very relaxing. The meals were also delicious (blackthroat seaperch). Crab season had just opened as well, and although I wanted to try it, I decided to save it for next time after considering my budget. The front desk staff were efficient; the support you need is attentive, and anything that should be quick is handled quickly. From the station, buses run reliably for a regional city—take the bus and get off at “Tourist Center-mae,” then it’s just a few minutes on foot—so if you check the timetable in advance, access from Yonago Station is smooth.

Even though some appeared to be trainees, their hospitality felt genuinely comfortable and satisfying. The entire ryokan gives off an atmosphere of teamwork and dedication. I would love to visit again during wintertime for another memorable experience. Thank you so much for ever

The quality at this price is unbelievable. You should definitely go Onsen-hopping at the group Hotels. If you go with high expectations, you might be disappointed... But no—this was amazing. The baths, the Room, and the meals were all extremely satisfying! We will definitely stay

I have stayed here many times. Among the Onsen in Zao, the water quality is excellent, and Tsuruya’s baths suit me perfectly. There are also four types of private baths, so you can relax and enjoy them at your own pace. The food is incredibly delicious—every meat dish is generous in portion size and so tasty that you’ll want to eat it again right away. This time I had the Zao beef steak; it was very tender and wonderful with a variety of flavors such as lemon butter and wasabi. I will definitely visit again. A Multiple Night Stay is also recommended.

I found it pleasant enough, but it seems it was tough for my daughter—our Rooms may have been next to theirs… The large public bath on the first floor was clean, and my daughter used it twice—at night and again in the morning. I was too tired to go. Breakfast was also very s

All the meals were delicious, and we were extremely satisfied with them as well. We also enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with tasty eggs. Thank you to the hotel for your thoughtful hospitality. As a couple, we were very satisfied and are already talking about wanting to visit

The Room was clean and comfortable, a relaxing space where we could unwind. Both dinner and breakfast were served in our Room, with a table full of fresh dishes that left us completely satisfied. We also enjoyed soaking in the bath at our leisure, which helped wash away the day’s

This time, my son and I stayed in a special-type twin Room for his entrance exam. The night before, I emailed to change our arrival time and requested as quiet a Room as possible due to the exam, and I received a very polite reply, which made me feel reassured even before our sta

This was very helpful as I had a lot of luggage. They kindly upgraded me to a larger Room. The Room was quiet, and the air conditioning and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious buffet and great value for money. I will stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

The Accommodation has a calm, traditional Japanese atmosphere, and we were able to relax and enjoy a very peaceful time. The Onsen water felt gentle on the skin and helped relieve our everyday fatigue. The kaiseki meal, made with local ingredients, was delicious and very satisfyi

The dinner exceeded our expectations. The appetizers served in a multi-tiered soba container were exciting, each dish was delicately flavored and beautifully presented, making it a feast for the eyes as well. Everything was freshly prepared and served with care, complemented by l

The accommodation is new and clean, with a separate bath and WC (be cautious with the rain shower), providing a relaxing experience. She was upgraded to a spacious room with a double bed and even had a massage chair, making it almost too luxurious for one person. The staff greete

I always use a non-smoking single Room. The Room is very clean, the air quality is good, and I can spend my time comfortably. The bathroom and toilet are also clean, so I can use them with peace of mind. The bed and bedding covers are well-maintained, allowing for a good night's
