I’d been wanting to stay here for a long time, but the price was usually quite high, so I never had the chance. This time I was able to make a Reservation at a fairly reasonable rate at just the right moment—my wish finally came true! There’s a stylish Hotel tucked one alley off the lively streets of Akihabara. At first I couldn’t figure out how to get to the front desk, so I asked the staff at the restaurant reception right after entering, and they kindly escorted me all the way to the elevator. The front desk staff also left an impression of being friendly and cheerful. They mentioned that about 90% of guests are from overseas, which made perfect sense! Even after check-in, they guided me to the elevator as well—their thoughtful and attentive service is still memorable. The Room was very clean, and each Facility felt stylishly designed. The bathroom had only a shower booth, but it was spacious enough and more than sufficient. I absolutely loved the OSAJI shampoo! (I regret not buying it when I saw it for sale…) Both the restaurant’s chic, international vibe and the Hotel’s calm atmosphere were wonderful spaces. The autumn kaiseki meal was delicious, featuring a perfect balance of seafood and mountain delicacies, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although the town center was bustling with activity, this place offered a calm and serene atmosphere that was truly relaxing.

It was a shame that there wasn’t a microwave in the Room, but everything else was excellent!! The shower in the bathroom was especially interesting!!

I stayed here on a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The room was simple yet functional, with calming lighting and colors that made it easy to relax. It’s also close to Shinsaibashi Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so the location is very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, and their service was pleasant throughout. I’d like to stay here again.

The Accommodation was quiet, and we could also enjoy complimentary drinks on the balcony, which was wonderful. The road to get there was quite tough, so it felt like an accomplishment! It was a very warm and welcoming Accommodation—they even checked in with us about the weather.

The exterior looks a bit old, so I was a little worried before going in, but the Room was even cleaner than in the photos, and the view was amazing—overall it was very nice. I checked in after 3:00 PM and had a relaxing time. Since it was summer, I was also worried about insects, but there were two insect repellent items in the open-air bath area, and an electric mosquito repellent and (possibly) insect spray in the Room, so I think the pest control measures were sufficient. Just one thing: the sink drain seemed slightly clogged, which concerned me. Other than that, everything was great. There isn’t a convenience store within walking distance, but it seemed like you can buy cup noodles at reception, so it didn’t seem like an issue if you get a little hungry. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Izukogen. Thank you very much.

It felt like home in a way, being able to spend time with the whole family, talk, and take care of each other. However, the spacious bath with a jacuzzi experience, the warm floor heating, and the beautiful white wood Japanese-style room were extraordinary happy experiences. There is also a shopping street within walking distance where you can shop for groceries, and the vegetarian breakfast was delicious. The concierge was really kind and helpful; I highly recommend this wonderful Room! Thank you very much for all your help!

Cooking with ingredients bought in the town of Takayama and serving them on beautiful dishes. My son plays in the stream in front of us, while my wife enjoys a half-body bath in the open air with a beer in hand. As the sun sets and night falls, a short walk reveals a sky full of stars. Back in the room, we draw until we get sleepy or enjoy playing Jenga with a glass of wine in hand... In the morning, we have local bread and coffee in the kitchen as sunlight streams in. Amidst the rich nature, the beautiful architecture and furnishings remind us of the "beautiful things" within ourselves. This is a place where you can receive such irreplaceable "time."

We stayed with a group of 8, including my parents and my sister's family. It was our first time staying at a Vacation Rental for just one night, with check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM, so we were initially concerned about the short stay. However, since there were no guests before or after us this time, we were able to enjoy a free early check-in at 3 PM and a paid late check-out at 12 PM. This allowed us to relax more than expected, resulting in high satisfaction. Additionally, we appreciated being allowed to store food items (fresh ingredients and beverages) brought from home in the Facility's refrigerator after noon. This made dinner preparation smoother and more convenient. For dinner for my parents, I wanted to prepare sashimi and ordered it from Yamatsune Fresh Fish Shop near Ito Station based on online research. In hindsight, local sashimi or spiny lobster available at Maxvalue near Izukogen Station would have sufficed as well. During a walk near the Facility, I discovered Kanemitsu Suisan nearby; according to online reviews, it seems excellent for sashimi reservations when staying here. Regarding the Facility itself: unfortunately due to heavy rain during our stay, having the bath and sauna located downstairs was slightly challenging for my elderly parents. However, for most people this detached setup could be seen as an advantage—it was very nice overall! One suggestion would be adding waterproof speakers in the bath area for music playback. The dishes, glasses, living room furniture (table/chairs), lighting fixtures, plants—all items within the Facility—were stylishly curated without anything disappointing us; we had an enjoyable time throughout our stay. For those considering similar concerns: please note that this Accommodation operates as private lodging (minpaku). You may not expect much direct communication with staff post-Reservation completion—phone calls typically connect you only via automated voicemail where messages can be left but may not receive callbacks promptly; email correspondence became possible only days prior instead of earlier engagement like other IKYU.com Vacation Rentals we've experienced before which caused some initial unease despite FAQs covering most queries adequately on their website already. Ultimately though—the quality offered by this Accommodation is exceptional! Approaching your stay understanding these aspects should ensure an enjoyable experience overall!

We stayed as a group of 10 across three families and enjoyed a comfortable time with the spacious living-dining area, rooms for the children, and separate family rooms. The fact that there were three showers and toilets was great for ensuring privacy! For meals, we considered hiring a private chef but decided to cook together while enjoying drinks at our own pace. It would be nice if the private chef option included Western cuisine as well. During our stay, we visited local supermarkets such as Delicia, Big (AEON), and A-Coop. Among them, A-Coop is recommended for its variety of vegetables and selection of prepared foods. For breakfast or snacks, we recommend visiting the bakery just one minute away on foot (Sakurara Confectionery). Their rice flour donuts were chewy and delicious! Our favorite spot in the accommodation was the dining table (180×180 cm), which had an excellent square shape and size for group meals! Even with many people seated around it, conversations felt comfortably close yet not crowded. Additionally, the BANG & OLUFSEN speakers were very stylish with excellent sound quality! We highly recommend using them in stereo mode. Please note that connecting via Bluetooth may only link to one speaker; it seems necessary to select AirPlay for proper stereo connection. While some parts of the manual could be improved regarding these features, we appreciated how helpful JADE Group staff were over phone calls and on-site support when needed! Although vacation rentals can sometimes raise concerns about support services, everything from pre-arrival phone assistance to post-arrival hospitality was excellent. We had a truly pleasant stay. We look forward to staying at another property from this group in the future!

This was my first time staying here. The Accommodation was very clean, and when you step outside you can hear the gentle sound of the river—surrounded by nature and truly refreshing. It’s a bit far from central Kyoto, but it’s an excellent Accommodation for a trip focused on relaxation and recharging. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance!

The Hotel itself was very clean, and I felt that everything—from the appliances to the amenities—was thoughtfully provided. Above all, it was stylish and tasteful in every way. However, I rated it 4 stars because check-in took some time, the Room was a bit dark for eating meals, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work. If I come to Mie again, I would definitely stay here!

This time, I chose this hotel to relax for my fan activities. We stayed as a pair, and the accommodation was close to the event venue with a nice atmosphere, allowing us to spend our time quietly and comfortably. I would like to use it again when there is an event in Shinsaibashi. Since it was the end of the year, there were traditional New Year decorations at the hotel entrance.
