First, I was amazed by the extensive selection of champagne and wine. In addition to Taittinger champagne, there was another type available, as well as rosé and white sparkling wines. The red wine selection included options like Lagrange's second label, New Zealand's Osawa Sauvig

I am satisfied with the room, the bath, and all the staff. Yamagata is a place with great scenery and ingredients, so I would like to visit this Ryokan again. The "Yamagata Museum of Art" in Yamagata City is a museum with a very rich collection of high-level works. Unlike mus

Last year, I stayed in November, but this year I came in the fresh greenery of May. The comfortable room, delicious cuisine, and the hospitality of the staff always make my stay pleasant. I have stayed several times in the SPA & SUITE Onsen Open-Air Terrace Twin B, which I love,

The breakfast was excellent! Having tried various hotel breakfasts in Tokyo before now too—this hotel's breakfast is undoubtedly the best! Especially delicious were their signature dishes: “Triple Truffle Omelet,” “Aomori Strait Salmon Smørrebrød,” and “Eggs Benedict ReLabo Sty

The Room’s vanity mirror was a nice touch as well. The spa Facility is stylish too—I was very satisfied with both the sauna and the cold bath, and the carbonated bath helped relieve my fatigue. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitel

Baby chairs and baby baths were also provided for families with children, ensuring peace of mind. Guests could select their own yukata patterns along with personal zori sandals—hospitality truly extended everywhere. It turned out to be an extremely satisfying stay. I definitely

I stayed for one night on a business trip. From the exterior, it felt like being in a foreign country. The guest room had an elegant, classic British atmosphere, and the pleasant scent of potpourri made it truly relaxing both physically and mentally. In addition, there were Facil

We stayed at this Hotel for two nights, explored Niigata City, and then traveled to Sado Island. Thanks to the excellent service, my husband, our 4-year-old son, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Room offered a stunning night view with ferries docked at the port clearly visi

Amenities and linens are sufficient. The bathrobe after a shower is very comfortable. We tried both the 11th-floor Nadaman and the 1st-floor buffet for breakfast, and the 1st-floor buffet was overwhelmingly better. There was a wide variety of dishes. The homemade salted fish and

It also offered great value for money, and I felt it really lived up to being a Daiichi Hotel. First of all, all the staff were very pleasant, and they even delivered my luggage—left with them before check-in—to my Room in advance. The building, Room, furniture, and bed were all

The Room was very clean and well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the front desk kindly stored my luggage when I arrived early. It is close to the station, and there is a convenience store right in front of the Hotel, which was very convenient. I

From the phone support and warm welcome, to the spacious flat parking lot, welcome drink, Room size, cleanliness and layout, the tasteful Gabbeh rugs, BVLGARI amenities, Onsen, breakfast, and even the farewell—everything about this Accommodation was wonderful. They also provided

All staff were very kind and welcoming, always with a smile. Since it was extremely hot, I really appreciated that the air conditioning was running well when I entered the front desk area at check-in in the evening. There was a welcome drink, and while the Hotel grounds seemed small, it was perfect for us as we were only staying overnight after sightseeing—compact and comfortable. Recently I often choose places with a large public bath, but this time there was a semi-open-air bath, so I could relax without worrying about anything and recover from my fatigue. They had a full lineup of ReFa products; outlets, cables, and towels were provided in two separate areas; it was eco-friendly with no plastic bottles; the alternative cups were easy to use; and there were water dispensers on each floor. I didn’t use them, but it also seemed possible to do laundry and drying. There is a small rooftop area where you can see Sakurajima—I was truly impressed. Great value for money, clean and well maintained, with an excellent location—this is an Accommodation I would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The beds were spacious, and both the interior and the Room were very clean, which made us very happy. The hairdryer in the large public bath was also a Refa, and it was partitioned like a private room, making it very comfortable to use. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of havi

" With its pure source water directly flowing without heating or dilution, it felt heavenly—perfect for long soaks! I am truly delighted to have discovered such an amazing accommodation. I definitely want to visit again someday. Thank you very much for this wonderful experienc

The large public bath was clean and spacious. There aren’t many Hotels in Tokyo with such a large bath, so it was very relaxing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our children. They also stored our luggage on both check-in and check-out days, and we could

There was fish as well, the croissants were amazing, and having Häagen-Dazs made me so happy. The pork miso soup was outstanding too. This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stop by again when visiting Saitama Prefecture. The staff were wonderful—thank you so much for everything!

We stayed at this Accommodation with our children while visiting family. Both the meals and the Onsen were excellent. The open-air bath temperature was just right for our child, and they were very happy. They were also delighted that somen noodles were served with the children’s meal. Because there aren’t many Rooms, the property felt calm and relaxing throughout. Thank you very much.

This is the perfect Property for drinkers. The beef tongue for dinner is good, but the fried oysters were also delicious. The rice is tasty, and above all, the clam soup is so delicious that I had three bowls. If I had to say, the sake is at room temperature, so it would be e

The staff's service, the Facility, and amenities were all excellent. We also enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker and selfie stick in the Room. Not just for this family trip, but among all the places we've stayed at so far, this was unanimously our family's favorite Property. The consid
